We celebrated our anniversary here, just an intimate dinner for two. When the reservation was made, my husband advised of our special occasion, and the table was decoration with rose petals , our napkins folded in the shape of a heart with a nice sign that wished us a happy anniversary. The service was lovely, our waiter was able to answer our questions and make suggestions. It was a slow weeknight, so I enjoyed hearing his knowledge on the menu as he answered other peoples suggestions. With each dish, he made recommendations on how to pair it with a drink for those wanting. He was very charming. We started with the famous roasted bourbon candied bacon tapas along with the French onion Angus Meatballs. Solid choices. For dinner my husband had the Boneless Rib eye cooked with Porcino Mushroom crust and chefs butter. It comes with a roasted head of garlic, French whipped potatoes and green beans. It came out perfectly cooked and was enjoyed very much. I had the Crispy Duck Breast and Confit, this was my first time trying this so when they waiter asked how I wanted it cooked I asked him to make a recommendation. It was very good, but I think the duck lost its crisp when the plate was brought out with a dome cover on it. The presentation was wonderful. The was it was presented, when they lifted the lid in a circular manner all the smells were just delicious. We finished with desert. My husband chose the peanut butter cheesecake, with Oreo crust, paired with a home made grape jelly. it was all his favorite things on one plate. I had a small taste, the smooth peanut flavored cheese cake was decadent. I chose the Sea Salted Pistachio Gelato- OMG, from the first taste, I looked and my husband with wide eyes. I have never had such a glorious taste of pistachio in my life! The sea salt complimented the sweetness and the pistachios through out were plentiful. Honestly the best desert I've ever had and the perfect ending to our meal. Coming here is an experience you can enjoy, it was quiet this night which was perfect for us. There is a piano in the bar area and I understand on some nights a violinist. We had something grand planned for our anniversary this year, but due to family emergency needed to stay local. This was the perfect evening and way to celebrate. Had dinner there to celebrate my wife's birthday. I had the special, a ribeye steak aged 28 days. Cooked to perfection. The drinks were delicious and the service is top notch. The ambiance was perfect. This restaurant is high end so it's a little pricey, but for us, it was worth the money we spent. The added little "happy birthday" note topped off a great evening. Upscale dinner done right! We went for Jess birthday dinner and she LOVED IT! We started with escargots and Jess says it's the best she's ever had. Also tried the baked onion soup which was packed with onions and cheese. Yum! The charcuterie had a mix of interesting flavors, especially loved the olive spread. Jess had ribeye and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. Huge too! My daughter had NY Strip and I had the pork chop. All great. Our sides were crispy mushrooms (not my fav but Jess loved them) and lobster Mac and cheese which is the best we've had in brevard county. A must. Dessert was excellent tiramisu. Excellent food and excellent service. Came in here to celebrate a birthday and I liked the little "Happy Birthday" note card that they had already placed on the table. All the staff was very friendly too! We started with the egg roll and the Brie and both were very good! I liked the meat filling mix in the egg roll, though the glaze with pineapples with it was a little too sweet for my liking. The Brie baked inside of the pastry shell was exquisite! We had steaks for the entrees and the NY strip did not disappoint whatsoever! Perfectly salted and cooked, and the potatoes were a nice complement to it. We were in town for the week visiting and decided to try CuiZine based on a recommendation from friends--and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The food was phenomenal from start to finish, with every course thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Our server, Delores, was outstanding giving great advice about the entrees, desserts and cocktails. The four of us began with a round of appetizers, ordering six to share so we could sample as much as possible. The hydroponic wedge salad and organic heritage salad were fresh and well-balanced, a great way to start. The filet egg rolls were a standout--crispy on the outside with a tender, warm filet center, accompanied by a sweet-spicy salsa that added just the right kick and contrast. The artichokes were grilled to perfection, and the baked onion soup was a rich, comforting highlight--hands down the best I've ever had, with layers of flavor and perfectly melted cheese on top. For our entrées, each dish was as impressive as the appetizers: * The Pistachio-Crusted Australian Lamb Chops were oven-roasted and served rare, just as requested. They were flavorful and incredibly tender, served with silky French whipped potatoes and finished with a rich port wine lamb reduction that brought everything together beautifully. * The Cast Iron 14 oz. Parmesan-Crusted Veal Chop was a showstopper--juicy and thick-cut with a golden parmesan crust. It sat atop a creamy and earthy porcini mushroom risotto, all tied together with a luscious veal demi-glace. A luxurious and hearty dish done right. * The Miso-Glazed Sea Bass was delicate and perfectly cooked, flaking apart effortlessly. The glaze was subtly sweet and savory, complementing the fish without overpowering it. It was served over fragrant basmati rice with ginger ponzu for a flavorful twist, alongside tender, grilled baby bok choy that added a fresh, vibrant crunch. The only downside of the night came from the cocktail menu. While strong, most drinks leaned too far into intensity without balance. The Old Fashioned made with High West Double Rye tasted watered-down and lacked character. The Empress gin cocktail was overly heavy on the gin, making it hard to enjoy. The Limoncello martini and French 75 were both bright and refreshing, and the Espresso martini had potential but wasn't quite smooth enough. Despite the uneven cocktails, the food and overall experience at CuiZine were exceptional. From thoughtfully curated small plates to expertly executed entrées, this restaurant is a must-visit. We'll absolutely return the next time we're in town. One suggestion to elevate the cocktail experience would be to collaborate with local distilleries such as 21st Amendment and Oceanside Distillery. Both are known for crafting high-quality spirits and have developed fantastic signature cocktails. Featuring locally made products could enhance the bar program while supporting other local businesses--and give guests a unique taste of the region's craft distilling scene. read more

Have eaten here several times since my first review and have never been disappointed! The food is excellent - from offerings, to recipes, to presentation. Gorgeous food. They always have a great bartender that pours a correct and tasty old fashion. I have never had even a hint of bad service there, despite regularly having a different server at each visit. We LOVED the violinist on Friday night! Was a great addition to the atmosphere. Non-obtrusive but present. They have different specials all the time, so it's find that the menu is pretty stable (though I have seen changes since my original visit). TL;DR: A+ escargot, crab soup, steaks, chocolate cake - all phenomenal. Go. Soon. I've been wanting to go for a long time and we finally had the opportunity. From the moment we walked in, I knew this was going to be an experience. We were led through the dimly lit bar where a lovely blonde perched next to a white piano singing slow and sultry songs. The music made for the perfect background. Seriously, it was a classy joint. Service was spot on though sometimes I felt like my indecision was going to send the server into hysterics. She was nice though once she warmed up to our awkwardness. The escargot was excellent. The liquid left over was so good we could have taken the escargot plate and drank directly from it. We settled on using bread to sop it up. The Man said it was the best escargot he's ever had. We both had the "Amazing Crab Soup". They bring the bowls, then they put a large amount of crab in the bowls and THEN they pour base in which was much like a bisque. I've been privy to this type of presentation at some fine restaurants. I get the same level of childlike glee from Caesar salad being prepared table side. There was so much crab! It was a tad too spicy for me but anything with two additional grains of pepper added is too spicy for me. My partner ate both servings. Our entrees came and they were so beautiful. They looked like pictures you see in food magazines. I had the filet mignon. You could ALMOST cut it with a fork. I'm a sauce girl (and saucy) so I usually have sour cream and horseradish to make my own horseradish sauce. It goes on meat and veggies and potatoes and even fish. I ordered Béarnaise sauce but didn't even need it. That's how good it was. The sauce was a little cold anyway. The man got the special 30-day (28?) dry aged New York Strip. The chef came out and sliced fresh truffles on top. It was delish. It takes a lot to impress The Man food-wise and I think this was a win. It was my partner's birthday and they brought out a complimentary slice of some sort of chocolate cake with hibiscus dust misted delicately across the plate. She was sly, too. There was no noisy singing, no big show...she practically slipped it onto the table without us even noticing. It was, of course, beyond delish. The Man TOOK LEFTOVERS HOME!!!! He never does that. We came in here to celebrate my hubby's birthday. The ambience is nice and service is friendly. He started with a smoked old fashioned. The presentation was great and he enjoyed it. I got a Cosmo which was just ok. I requested light on the cranberry and lime juice, but it had too much cranberry. The pretzel bread is divine. Hubby got the crab chowder and thoroughly enjoyed it. For mains, he got the ribeye and I got the filet. Both were excellent and maybe one of the better steaks ever. Nice sear, tender, and delicious. We made reservations here for my birthday last month and it was fantastic! We frequent the HappyHour but I wanted the full experience and I was not dissappointed. I already knew I wanted the Sea Bass and hubby ordered the steak. My fish was delicate and perfectly cooked. Risotto was creamy and smooth and asparagus just tender enough. I had never had foie gras so I splurged and also took out servers recommendation for the accompanying liquer. It was a no brainer for Me when bread pudding was offered as a dessert option. This place, especially given the beautiful, romantic atmosphere--but the food was a major letdown, especially for a restaurant that bills itself as fine dining. We ordered the steak and it came out very salty. The Wienerschnitzel, which our server said was a house favorite, was also over-salted and lacked flavor. The spaetzle was a bit mushy. The complementary bread was strange: pretzel bread with two lonely crackers and cold, hard butter. The filet egg rolls seemed to be an overly salty puréed mess stuffed inside the deep fried shell. The only bright spot was the grilled asparagus, which was well-prepared and had a great flavor but seemed a little pricey for what it was. For the high prices, the quality just wasn't there. Over priced for what they serve. We don't mind paying for great food and we go out every week with friends. Price is never an issue when food/ drinks are on point. Drinks are priced way too high for this scale of a restaurant. My pork chop was inedible it was so salty. Server dumped my husband's fries on the table cloth as she was putting his plate down, then proceeded to scoop them up and place back into the container they were in. Gross. My husband told her that he would scoop them up. My friend ordered fish which was not good it had a funny taste to it. They brought her another one which was worse. Three of the four entrees were bad. We tipped well, because we know the server isn't responsible for how the food taste, but when it was brought to the attention of the manager (not looking for anything other than to let him know our experience) the manager didn't seem to care. Maybe it was a one off night? But if I were the manager I probably would not have been dismissive, a genuine apology would have been nice to hear. This is our first time at CuiZine. Saw a review of the food on 321 Brevard and said we must try! We made a reservation for our wedding anniversary. They went above and beyond setting the table with heart shaped linen napkins, fresh rose petals and complementary Champaign! Very thoughtful of them to do all this. We ordered the Amazing Crab Chowder, ribeye steaks and a side of the vegetable risotto. The crab chowder was amazing! I loved the hint of cayenne pepper and the sweetness of the lump crab meat! The steaks were perfectly cooked and the Gorgonzola and Béarnaise sauces were to die for! The star side was the vegetable risotto. Best. Risotto. EVER!!! My husband finished his steak but I just could not. It was a massive steak! Our server Collin was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the various dishes the seasoning and very attentive to our needs. I ordered the sea bass which came with grilled baby bok choy and lump crab basmati rice. The bass was perfectly cooked. The rice had plenty of crab meat in it. There was a piece for every bite. The grilled baby bok choy was the best I've ever had. All of these components, along with the breadsticks, made this one of the best meal I've had in Brevard County. My wife ordered the Turbot Fish, which was an off menu special. Although the Turbot fish was really good, it did not hold up to the awesome Sea Bass. All of the cocktails were well made and full of flavor. I recommend the Black Cherry and the Smoked Old Fashioned. The smoked old fashioned is served inside of a wooden chest and opened when it arrives at your table. The restaurant itself is elegant, with dim lighting, and very romantic on inside. I say on the inside because the restaurant is shared by other businesses in a small strip mall. *This is the perfect place for an anniversary dinner or date night. There is a dress code. I had driven by this restaurant countless times. Every time I would try to remember to stop and give it a try sometime. Well today was the day and I had a reservation for four. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. It is a very nice, dare I say fancy restaurant with more modern design. Our server was very friendly and helpful with the menu. I ordered a Manhattan cocktail which was delivered promptly. It was expertly crafted and delicious, just what I needed. For starter, I had heard people rave about the bacon. To be honest, I would pass on this. It wasn't bad but was it worth of high praise? Not at all. Our server delivered some Pretzel style bread rolls to the table. They were indeed tasty and worth a try if you visit. My appetizer was their Hudson Valley Foie gras. This was spectacular, well seared and pared with a light glaze and greens. Next was a wedge salad, to be honest it didn't really resembled a wedge salad at all and was pretty weak. More like a house salad with blue cheese. For my entree I had the duck. It was expertly prepared, presentation was a bit weak but the taste was excellent. The burgundy wine pear sauce was the perfect accompaniment. Very enjoyable! For dessert I enjoyed their tiramisu very much. It was both creamy and soft without being soggy at all. The coffee bean and sweetness of this dessert shined. So we come down to l'addition. So after starters, appetizer, salad, entree, etc etc. This place is very pricey, so be aware. A party of four was just a little shy of $500. To be honest, I feel some may find the cost is a bit high for the location, offerings, and quality. We can't blame the bar part of the bill either because only one cocktail and two glasses of wine were ordered. Three people didn't order an appetizer.. This is one of the few fine dining restaurants in the area, but it was a wonderful experience and worth it for a special night out. We started with the complementary fresh bread that was warm and served with light whipped butter. Then we got escargot, crab bisque, and baked Brie. The escargot was described as if it had a "unique spin" on it but it was exactly what you'd expect. Delicious certainly. You can't go wrong with baked Brie really. For entrees we all got steaks. One filet was over cooked but the chef was quick to make it right. Everyone was happy with their cuts in the end (2 filets and 1 ribeye). Filet was as it should be: melt-in-your-mouth tender. One steak was ordered with a side of mushroom garlic butter (I forget the name) that was AMAZING. Highly recommend that add on. All steaks came with roasted whole garlic that was great too. Lastly, it was a birthday so we got a delicious piece of chocolate cake. It had a base/crust layer of cookie that was different but fit right in. Perfect for chocolate lovers. Omg. The miso sea bass was to die for. It was literally so amazing! I've worked for two different James Beard award winning chefs and this plate was by far the best I've ever had. Plus they serve you delicious thick cut bacon at the bar while you wait for your table to be ready. Oh and the escargot is soooooo good. I could go on and on about this place but you should really just go taste it for yourself! (Side note: some crazy women said the miso sea bass was too salty... she was so rude to her server, the owner and the chef and they all handled it better than I would have.
