Such a great venue…read more We were in Ptown during their annual Film Festival and Arthouse has two theaters that are set up for both movie and live performances. Seating approximately 100 people in theatre 1, there is plenty of space for a good crowd. In addition to the theaters, there is a large bar and outdoor patio for dining and drinking and more drinking. It feels fresh and recently renovated. I enjoyed the space and look forward to returning for other events down the road.

The only thing that came through strongly was the salt crystals on the top of the biscuit. Tried a bite of my husband's chicken salad on a cheddar/onion biscuit and had the same reaction - the biscuit overpowered everything else. Not that I'm complaining. The bakery is on a side street off the busier, more touristy Rogers Street. I had this idea too late but next time I'm in Gloucester, I'd take a biscuit sandwich to the beach area along Western Ave. The cafe itself is very, very cute, with little nooks and crannies everywhere for seating and even a comfy looking couch. Overall, it was a very disappointing breakfast experience.

If you're in Provincetown, don't skip the linguica breakfast sandwich at Cafe Maria. It's simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The Portuguese muffin, perfectly cooked egg, melted cheese, and flavorful linguica make it one of the best breakfasts in town. While walking on commercial street we just happened to find this place while wanted to take a walk on the beach. We had great sandwiches and took a nice walk and enjoyed them on the beach. Great sandwiches, great location. She has the best grilled chicken on a while wheat baguette - we just love it. She is in a great spot to sit and relax and take in the view.
