There is a long hallway that's painted black and then it leads to the main sitting area which contrasts to a bright white room. I ordered the chocolate waffles which are definitely cute to look at, nothing out of the ordinary-- just tastes like waffles. Wish the waffles were a bit softer. Also ordered the blueberry yogurt drink and strawberry yogurt drink and a caramel macchiato. All of the drinks were pretty good so no complaints there. The place is still fairly new so as of now, you cant to-go any desserts. I was trying to bring back a dessert for my mom to try but they do not have to go boxes yet. Definitely a cute place to go check out with family or friends. The staff are super friendly which is a plus and here is limited seating and when I went on a Sunday night, it was poppin. You can't really notice it far from Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy but you will be fascinated by their interior setting and neat color theme. Once you enter, you would see the ordering register right in front of you. The entrance area is all in black with bright screen menu. Currently they have bingsoos, a couple of sweets, fruity ades, smoothies, teas, and espresso based drink options, but the staff informed me that bubble tea options will be available sooner. After you order, there is a direction to back of this dessert shop through the automated glass door (very neat) where more seatings are. Walking through the short hall way, 2 people seating booths on your right THEN get ready for instagram pictures as you step into the back. Bright lights, white walls and ceiling, colorful carpet and cute knickknacks, nicely displayed art works, couch seatings and table seatings available. Today's orders: blueberry yogurt smoothie and rose ade with very light sweetener (all drinks come in one size, I think) - Mine was rose ade. We were next door eating some Korean food and decided to stop at this place for some coffee. The place looks very cool and welcoming. They have a lot of room in the back area. We got a chai, jasmine tea, latte and cappuccino. The presentation was really good, my chai was very weak almost tasted like only milk. This is a clean, cute and quaint hangout spot for a date, just to chill with friends or even to study/do work. They have a hidden door that opens automatically as you get close, which will lead you into their main lounge area. Service is quick and friendly. And of course they got really yummy desserts. I recommend snow bingsoo!! All of the choices of their snow bingsoo is delicious!! Very very refreshing sweet dessert and always satisfying. It is nicely prepared and presented. Picture perfect. This was a new and interesting experience for me. At first, when I walked into the store, I thought there were no seating besides the little booths that are in the black room. Once you step closer to the "wall" of "books" the door slides open to a brightly lit white room with more seats. The service here was great and quick. Everything was tidy and the bathroom was pretty cool. You are given a buzzer after you order and you have to go and pick up your order in the white room. There are utensils, napkins, water cups and water there for you to use. There is also a spot for you to place your finished dishes. It was rejuvenating to see a different type of Korean cafe in nova. This place is soooo cute! I'm here now and let me say, if you need a cute IG picture, come here! Very modern dessert cafe. You order in the front and go to the back where there's tons of seating; super comfy chairs and couches. It's a really good place to work at too, doesn't get too loud so you can focus without it being too hectic. I got the honey bread and it was sooo delicious! Wish the bread was a little softer but that's okay. I also got the charcoal latte which was surprisingly amazing. VERY impressed by the folks at Who Seek! When we first walked in, it looked like nothing to brag about. The seating selection didn't offer much options, so we almost sat outside. I stared at this door that had a bookcase wall decoration covering it, and as we got closer, the door slid open. To my surprise, the door opened to a back room with a bunch better seating arrangement. It's like a des The aesthetics of the back room, paired up with the lo-fi music playing in the background instantly makes this a wonderful place to hang out with friends, study, or simply get work done! But the true test is the food/drink test. After ordering in the front, you are encouraged to go to the back room, primarily because that is where the orders come out. Our order came out fairly quick and it looked delicious. The strawberry snow was surprisingly good. It came with strawberry wafers, strawberry pokey, a strawberry macaron, and a slice of cheese cake. The pairing up of the snow with wafers and strawberry pokey made it that much better! The cheesecake was just okay though. A little on the hard (frozen?) side. The green tea bubble tea wasn't as great as I had hoped, but since this place is new, I imagine they'll improve their bubble tea with time. The snow on top was a nice touch. The matcha toast was really delicious; probably the best dessert toast I've ever had. I think it had a lot to do with the bread being drizzled by honey. The decorations are super aesthetic and I love that the main area is actually hidden behind an automatic door with a bookcase image. Their desserts are also excellent. I've had their coffee, matcha, and strawberry snowflake. All three flavors were pretty much supplemented with the same add-one (mochi, respectively flavored icecream, cheesecake, macaron, picky, waffle, etc.). Their portions are huge so this is definitely a sharing item. I've also had their Mixed Grain latte which was very interesting. Who Seek is nicely located near a few other eateries. Its signage is a bit unassuming where it seems like this place likes to continue surprising its customers. When we first entered, we were met with a sleek interior where we ordered a strawberry cheesecake bingsu. We then proceeded through a corridor to the back. Along the corridor, a decorated wall provided a good photo opportunity, which was surprising. The back is well lit and looks more cheerful than the front. The lighting is good for either photos or work. Saw a few people taking photos around, so if you like that, you can definitely do so. Tried to choose a nice table to sit at, but they unfortunately were very sticky. Got our order of strawberry and cheesecake where it was well sized to feed four of us. I liked the freshness of the strawberries and was pleasantly surprised that everything wasn't overly sweet. I think there was a novelty factor contributing to the experience, but in terms of flavor, it felt very standard. The ice cream wasn't particularly rich or creamy and seemed like any other ice cream place. I think the shaved ice kind of clumped together and did not feel as finely done as bingsu typically is. In addition, the ratio to toppings and ice was a little off where there were some bites of shaved ice that was hard to flavor due to insufficient amounts of ice cream and toppings. The interior has been remodeled where the cute sliding door is not there and the lounge has built in booths and tables. The lounge can definitely fit more patrons now. But I do miss the old space where the decor changes seasonally. The new management kept some of the old drink and dessert menu items. Please bring back the misugaru (multi-grain) and charcoal lattes! Those were my two favorite drink items. I did find a new favorite recently. The mango cream with lychee bubbles tastes like mango cream soda. The addition of cream makes that drink pop. The snows and honey breads are still as huge and meets my sweet tooth. My favorite is the original honey bread. The huge pieces of brioche-like bread comes out warm, covered with honey, and tastes amazing with the vanilla ice cream. It's one of my toddler's favorite as well. Tried Who Seek for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the selections available and quality of my dessert. The staff was friendly, the wait time was acceptable for the amount of people in the store, and the price was on point with what I have paid before. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was that the tables were all dirty and our table was sticky when we were there. Back to dessert. We shared a tiramisu snowflake and found it to be very well balanced between the "snow", ice cream and the toppings. The ice cream was smooth, silky and had a great flavor. The coffee syrup was very yummy and helped to balance the dessert. I enjoyed the cereal choice which added a nice texture to the dessert and my spouse enjoyed the candy topper. I've never experienced shaved ice like this in a bingsoo before but it was a nice light texture. My favorite part was the layer of cocoa crisps hidden in the shaved ice. It added the perfect amount of sweetness and crunch to the ice. It was pretty good but I wouldn't say it's worth $9. The staff didn't seem very enthusiastic or friendly when we arrived though. It's kind of hard to explain unless you go there yourself, but heading from the front of the restaurant to the back was such a fun, trippy surprise. It's in the back of the restaurant where you wait for your desserts. My next delight was when the window opened and my dessert appeared. It was massive! My eyes lit up and I felt that Christmas morning feeling! It must have been contagious because my coworkers all seemed giddy as well. The snowflake is best when shared because it's so large-you get several spoons with the order. The base is a milk snow which is topped with chocolate shavings and candy, a large scoop of coffee ice cream, and some cookie garnishes. Sounds wonderful, right? Sadly, I felt it was more gimicky than delicious. My favorite part was the ice cream itself as I found the snow to be kind of flavorless and the chocolate a little bit waxy. However, my companions ordered the matcha and nutella honey butter cube desserts, and I found both of those to be super delicious! The cubes tasted a bit like funnel cake to me, and they paired perfectly with the ice cream. We were on a time crunch and had to eat and run which actually worked in my favor because I would have sat there until the honey butter cube plates were clean! First you order in what looks like a take out only menu and cashier but after placing your order you enter what appears to seem like a hidden door to a whole new bright sit down area. The area however could use a little cleaning; but that's do to it mostly being a eat and go place. The desert we ordered was the Nutella honey cubes. The cubes has a nice crisp baked outside while remaining soft inside and sweet flavor topped with honey, Nutella, chocolate ice cream and whipped cream. The bread was good, ice cream and whipped cream were standard, and Nutella is Nutella Not bad, but a tad pricey for 12 bucks. Wow, what a fun and unique experience! My husband took me out for dessert at Who Seek - it was quite a treat! We shared the Tirimisu Snowflake (portion was huge, you definitely need a partner in crime) and the Potion Drink. The Snowflake was like nothing I've ever had - akin to a creamier shave ice layered with chocolate, crunchies, and topped with ice cream, wafers/sweets, and a macaroon! Crazy. I feel an onset of diabetes just talking about it. Then we washed down our sugar with a more sugary drink "The Potion". Yummmmmm. They also had a unique atmosphere that I'll let you find out for yourself. It was a bit pricey considering our grand total was about $20 for the two of us, but I'm glad we gave it a try!
