She thought our server was perhaps a bit displeased that she made this request, but we feel that it is reasonable, given the price tag for soda that comes from a machine. Although "tacos" provides the initial draw, the menu for Tacos Colima is varied. Other than tacos one can choose from burritos, super burritos, tortas, flautas, quesadillas, sopes, tostadas, and even a Torta Cubana sandwich. Protein options include pork carnitas, chorizo, chicharron (+$3), lengua (+$3), cabeza, shrimp, chicken, asada, pork adovada. We both went with burritos today - a carnitas Super Burrito - slightly larger and includes sour cream, avocado, and cheese - and a regular chorizo burrito - the regular is a simple beans, rice, and meat version.
