OMG!!! this was so good doing a road trip through and didn't want greasy food and this was definitely a good stop only slightly out of the way but well worth it. The menu was easy to understand (with quite a few pictures ;) with fast service barley had to wait. The ambiance was sleek nice hometown feels not too overwhelming. Definitely get the pancakes everything is good but the pancakes were sooo good.

First time trying this place because of all the good reviews on yelp. It was an hour until closing time, but we were still welcomed and sat quickly. The restaurant seems new and is very clean, especially for a Sunday afternoon. Service was good and the food was absolutely great. I don't have one complaint. Looking forward to my next visit.

My brunch was delicious! High recommend the sirloin and eggs. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the sourdough toast was super soft and thick! Very clean establishment with friendly service.

We were in for breakfast after our workout, thirsty and hungry and were seated quickly. The cafe was emptied of the lunch crowd, now down to a few patrons and it was fairly quiet, clean, and comfortable. There was a generous selection on the menu and an experienced server provided help, directing a trainee who shortly disappeared. Hubby ordered the Stelios Combo--that was 2 eggs sunny side up, bacon, hashbrowns and two buttermilk pancakes at $15 with a Granny Smith topping extra at $2.59. I ordered the Slim Skillet that included sausage, spinach, cheese, two eggs over easy on hashbrowns with one pancake (it came with two--only wanted one) at $14.49. I'm not sure why, but the skillet food tasted a bit dry for me and was glad to have the ketchup the server left for us. Immediately obvious was that neither of us would be able to eat the bacon--well beyond crisp. Unfortunately, the egg yolks were cold, though the whites were cooked. My meal was warm (not hot). Meal portions were probably appropriate for our (senior) age, though the same meals elsewhere usually result in enough to take home. Quality level below price point.

Such a cute spot! They had valentine decorations throughout the venue. Everything from the greeting to the service and the food was 10's all across the board! Amazing people and delicious food! Everyone was welcoming and friendly! We opted for the catfish special and the French Toast. Side of pancakes, grits and hash browns. Chef's kiss! Bacon was cooked perfectly and everything was hot and fresh! This was our first time here but it definitely won't be our last!

Delicious classic diner menu plus some more modern items like avocado toast. We ordered the Spartan omlette and a classic BLT. Both delicious! I got the pancakes as my side and they were probably the best I've had in a while. Coffee was great too. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Decor is sort of contemporary diner. I liked all the 4th of July decorations too!

Passing though on our way from Indy to Chicago, we decided to stop here for a late breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised. The interior is very cute and roomier than it looks from the outside. We went with the basic breakfast and it was delicious.Everything exactly as we ordered. I had mine with sausage links and those were the tasiest I have eaten in a long time. Short, fat, juicy and full of flavor. Generous portions at a reasonable price. Service was very friendly and efficient too. Close to the highway, so we'll be stopping by again when we are out this way.

Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience…read more I came to this restaurant because of the good reviews, expecting to have a nice meal. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After sitting down, I had to use the restroom. BIG mistake. There was feces all over the bathroom floor, on the sink area, and even on the door handle. This wasn't just a small mess--it was a significant amount of solid feces throughout the bathroom. When I returned to my table, I noticed that feces had also gotten onto the rug near the front/register area, where I was sitting. I immediately informed my waitress, who then notified the front desk. Eventually, someone came to clean it up. At that point, I had completely lost my appetite. After an experience like that, you would think management would come over, apologize, and offer to refund the meal since I was no longer able to eat. Instead, I was simply given a senior discount. That was extremely disappointing. I will say that my waitress was very kind and showed genuine empathy. She brought me a warm, soapy towel so I could clean my hands and even clean the bottom of my shoe. I truly appreciated her compassion because she was the only person who seemed to understand how upsetting the situation was. What disappointed me most was that the manager never came over to apologize or even acknowledge what had happened. I understand that accidents happen, but the way a restaurant handles an extremely unsanitary situation says a lot about its customer service. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my appetite and my visit. I came because of the good reviews, but after this experience, I would think twice about returning.

We were greeted by our waitress no complaints. She asked what we would like to drink and shortly brought them to us. A few moments later the waitress came back and took our order. Pigs in a blanket and eggs Benedict with hash browns well done with a side of bacon. A small conversation later she returned with our order. Pigs in a blanket ended up being pecan pancakes and my hash browns were not well done. We stated that we ordered pigs in a blanked and she took the pancakes away. She then returned less than 5 min later with the correct order. Thankfully my girlfriend didn't have an allergy to nuts but they took the original pancakes and brushed off the pecans a rolled the pancakes around the sausage. Not sure if that was the right thing to do. The waitress was also asked to bring a glass of orange juice which we never received. Lastly the bacon was not good at all slices were way too salty and not up to a family restaurant quality . I've had better bacon from McDonald's and for the price I was disappointed and did not finish them. I'm almost certain we will not be back. I will though travel a bit farther to dyer to the family restaurant on 41.
