Sadly to say the owner of this place has no manners on treating students n grown ups like myself in his business... this afternoon took my child there for honeydew tapioca drink, after 20 mins of waiting for it, one of his employees came out from the back and ask me can I help you and I nicely told her that we been waiting for our drink, at that time the owner turns to me in front of a big group of students n parents and proceeded to tell me that I have NO business talking to his employee that HE IS THE OWNER of this place and that he is the one responsible of his place and his voice with his Asian accent was going higher and higher screaming at me telling me YOU LADY GET OUT OF MY PLACE, GET OUT OF HERE... all the students and other parents were just shocked to hear him abuse costumers, in his country they see women like secondary, women have to walk behind men, he does not realize that he is in USA we are ALL EQUAL... another parent stoop up and told him you are RUDE.. I was more embarres then anything else, what kinda of example does he give to the young generation that goes there....HE most realize that because us the costumers he has that business, that I bet you if you in the back of his place is nasty full of rats....I seriously ask to all the students and others to stop going there to get that treatment...he does not deserve your money..... I've been coming here for years since I became apart of the community. I will be honest and say it's a OG boba shop, so it's not one of those trendy, boho themed, modern boba shops you see nowadays. This place existed before those boba shops were even thought of. Tony the owner and his wife Michelle have always been so kind, upbeat and friendly. Last time I went (last week) I order 2 drinks and forgot my wallet at home and Michelle told me to pay her for it next time. I went home and grabbed my wallet to pay her right away anyway but I appreciated her effort in trying to make things easier for me rather than her. I have had nothing but good experiences here and some people may be turned off by Tony's "I'm the boss" attitude but he's only trying to make clear that he takes no "bullsh*t" as a small business owner who is living and working in a different country than his home country and having to adapt and learn a whole new language. I would be petrified to do what they do. read more

Tina and Michelle are outstanding members of the community, greeting snd serving everyone doing business at this shopping mall. Today we shared the #10 bagel - made by Michelle ... each component was tasty! The egg, turkey, bacon and cheese were cooked to the top level in a fresh plain bagel - delicious! My teammate got a slush drink: the mango-passionfruit slush was the right amount of sweetness and just the right amount of boba... hydrating on a sneaky hot day... I got a terrific hot chai made by Tina - mmm mmmm! Temperature was perfect even thi she made sure to remind me to be careful not to get burned, lol... it really matched up with the bagel, in a breakfast-brunch way! Tony always makes sure to go above and beyond customer expectations when it comes to service and quality. I've been a customer for years. The drinks are always well prepared, and he often offers a box for me if I order a lot of em LOL. The sandwiches smack HARD but I'm cheap and don't buy them often... I definitely would if they were a bit cheaper! I have a lot of memories of this place, like when Tony offered free donut holes just because of how often my family and I have been showing up. I was so happy that he remembered us!! :)) Nowadays my mom buys TONS of their croissants. They remember that too, hahaha. Will most definitely be coming back! (Also, look out for Tony's truck. Miss this place when it was known as 'The Coffee Shop'. Just recently walked in to buy myself a boba drink and found that the entire shop has changed. There are no longer computers lined up against the wall. There are donuts. And there is also a new owner. Their milk tea isn't that great. It has a weird taste to it. Barely tastes like tea at all. But their thai tea is good. So I end up ordering that whenever I am here. Sometimes their boba is overcooked and soggy. But it's not really a boba shop. So I shouldn't really complain. read more
