I stopped in to purchase some gift cards for work and enjoyed a complimentary mocha while I waited. Courtney, the store manager, provided awesome customer service. Bonus: Received some bags of coffee beans for the amount of gift cards purchased. I'm looking forward to returning when our offices move to Pioneer Square. The mocha was great too!

The inside of a breakfast burrito that actually had a smattering of egg and sausage.

On my way to the ferry, found this corner coffee shop. Ordered a breakfast burrito and a MVP coffee to go. The wait time was 10 minutes to order and another 10 before it was served. Burrito was stuffed with potatos but had VERY little egg or sausage. Coffee was good temp and flavorful. Both were hugely overpriced though, totalling over$19 for the 2 item order. Not worth the time or money.

It's not too noisy. Just live ambient coffee sounds. Espresso machine running. Servers are direct and professional. My drink of choice is a solid 50% sweet and 50% bitter. I love the balance between ice cream and espresso.

Lovely vibe, good views of the street and passersby, and a solid shot of coffee. What else could you want? Oh - thé little square y milk chocolate served alongside the coffee! Nice touch.

Great atmosphere inside and quick friendly service and a delicious espresso served the way Italy intended.

Super cute cafe with great breakfast sandwich options, baked good options, and warm coffee and tea! We stopped in when it wasn't busy and grabbed a window seat. Super cute street views.

The drinks and the coffee here is amazing. The manager there is a very delightful person!

Best place in Pioneer Square for coffee. Caffé D'Arte has a few locations, including this one. It mostly has coffee of course, but there's also a few pastries and sweets. Has prices that are comparable with other places around here. There's only a few seats inside so most people get takeout. A casual place and hip. It's part of a small local chain that has a few locations. This one is the best though. Certainly appropriate for the area. It's about $4 for a latte. Has a few non dairy milk choices. The coffee is why people come, but there's some other stuff. It's about $3 for baked goods. The Protein Puck cookie is from a local bakery with a few flavors and it's vegan. Good stuff. The other options include things like croissants among others. For sure it's a good place for coffee. It's located on 1st Avenue at Yesler Way in the middle of everything. There's a few things okay for vegans and vegetarians.

While in Pioneer Square, we stopped to see the new artwork painted by local artists--my niece included! It's exciting to watch the area being revitalized with so much creativity and color. Afterward, we grabbed a skinny vanilla latte at Caffé D'arte, and it was hands down the best coffee I've ever had. A perfect stop in a neighborhood that's truly coming back to life.

The marbled cold brew was the best. Perfect balance of sweet and bitter. Delicious. Would go back just for that.

Amazing coffee, fair prices and friendly staff. The best place to get coffee in a crowded downtown area filled with overpriced choices.

Loved the vibe, friendly & mellow staff, and the seating area space. There are long tables to work at, comfy seating with games, and chairs to enjoy your coffee with friends. I ordered a drip to try out...did not disappoint. My kids ordered some iced coffee - sorry I wasn't paying attention when they ordered - and they were delicious! We did order a few food items to share for a snack but they were gone before I could snap a pictures. The coffee was perfect, no hint of burnt flavor. I heard the food was also good but it was gone before I sat down. The merch was simple but you will want to buy it all!

Relatively compared to other coffee shops offering similar concept, their prices were more on the high-end ranges so we did have high expectations. We were pleased by the warm-welcoming baristas, who were pretty accommodating to all our requests. Besides, they offered nice 'intro offering' with free mugs when you signed up on their web as new customer. We got their Cold Brew Latte and Vanilla Latte, which seemed to be on the top-tier fan faves. They were pretty good coffee with nice-tasting house vanilla syrup, but I would still say tad over-priced for being more than $10 ex tax and tip.

Everything I've tried so far has been really good, and the taste has been very consistent. Their drinks also aren't overly sugary, which I really appreciate. These are the best matcha drinks I've had, and I loved their Vietnamese coffee as well. I'm someone who likes to bring a book and spend some time at a cafe while trying different drinks, so the only thing I personally wish was a little different is the atmosphere. The grey, garage-style decor isn't quite my cozy-cafe aesthetic , but that's completely a personal preference and definitely doesn't take away from how good the drinks and service are. Absolutely worth a visit, especially if you love matcha!

My friend and I went around 11:45 am on a Saturday and the line was around the block. We saw lots of groups give up and leave annnd even people driving by commented that it wasn't worth it. However, my friend had her eye on the banana pudding hojicha so we stayed. The inside is cute, very crowded so you definitely have to loiter for tables as they become available. I do love the little tables and chairs by the entrance, definitely a call out to the asian experience. For 3 drinks, our total was ~30 so with my tip, $34 dollars total. And for that price, it better be good....ALAS. That was wishful thinking because the matcha was watery, the cream top had almost no flavor and the entire drink was lackluster. My friend's hojicha was undrinkable imo though she said the banana pudding was the best part and saved the drink for her. We also got the phe keo -- caramel coffee with honeycomb which was the saving grace but also a tad too cloyingly sweet for me. This is not worth the line whatsoever in a city with 300 other matcha spots that are frankly better. Check it out if you want to decide for yourself, but it's a pass for me.

I noticed that they now pour drinks from a pre-made plastic jug instead of making them fresh like when the store first opened. I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.
