We really like this spot. They were really busy so it did take some time, but we didn't mind waiting for our drinks. Snagged a table to enjoy them. Today we tried the banana cream latte (which was a little too sweet for our taste but yummy) and the vanilla cream cold brew (which was delicious and a great balance). Til next time!

Another cute little coffee shop with some tasty drinks. Ordered a matcha latte and a Madagascar vanilla latte. The matcha latte was just okay but the vanilla latte was pretty yumz. They got a handful of tables so you can sit down, relax & sip on your drink. Go for the drink, stay for the vibe.

It's ok. Tasted like a lot of calories that aren't worth it in my opinion. The drink looked good, I just would have liked it to taste as good as it looked, if not better and that wasn't the case. It actually lacked a lot of flavor. I like the pink straw and the branding. You are greeted right away and it was fast service. Parking was also easy to find.

Their banana cream top is a certified go-to of ours. Service is great as usual! The place can get busy -- many go there to hangout or study, so pick your times! Lots of parking in the back if the front is full.

Came back while I was in the area to give them another try. They were pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon and there was a short line to order and wait for our drinks. Service was friendly! I would come back for their coffee only. Madagascar vanilla cream top latte (4.5/5): the coffee is strong and a good sweetness Matcha cream top (3/5): a little sweet, and matcha isn't too strong. Cream top is yummy Banana cream matcha (2/5): banana cream was good but a bit runny, matcha tasted watery and bland

Casual place for grabbing coffee with friends. It's nice that it's not overly quiet or too loud so both people trying to get work done on their laptops and those chit-chatting with friends can co-exist. The food menu is limited so really mainly here for the beverage. Service is friendly but our breakfast order was messed up (got one of our drinks wrong and didn't toast our croissant like we asked). Overall good, nothing extraordinary.

Found an OC spot that gives the same flavor as my fav place Memory Look in K‑Town. I got the Madagascar Vanilla with the cream top -- super smooth and balanced to perfection! Chill atmosphere, solid service, and an easy 10/10 for me. I can't wait to try other items on the menu.

Average service, nice interior to study or chat with friends. - strawberry matcha: would get again - matcha w cream top: heavy, would get again - cold brew with sweet cream: wayy too sour for my liking. would maybe come again!

Very near my house so this place has become my go-to. It's actually very affordable and on the cheaper side compared to other places ($6.5). Drinks: Their matcha tastes very unique and it is a very solid drink. The foam tastes tasty too, and matcha is very strong. Their drinks can be on the sweeter side so I always order less sweet. Staff: The staff are generally friendly, but your experience may vary depending on the person. Ambiance: The shop can get pretty crowded. There are plenty of tables and seats available, and the space itself feels spacious. I could be wrong, but I think there's an extra charge if you order your drink "for here" and a recommended 2-hour time limit for seating.

Super cute and modern cafe! The cafe is small but cozy, and also has seating both indoor and outdoor. The seats don't look too comfy, but there were a handful of people doing work on their laptops when I came. It is a bit loud in there though. Service was overall friendly and quick. I ordered a banana cream matcha. The drink is on the sweeter side with the matcha not being very strong. The banana flavor is light and I was glad that it didn't taste artificial. Very creamy and smooth drink. The foam at the top was also creamy and thick. Overall, the drink is pretty light and subtle--I've had other banana matcha lattes where both flavors are very strong and prominent, so this drink was nice in the sense that it didn't feel super heavy. Very yummy drink!

Tried this spot after seeing it all over TikTok, and overall it was decent but a little overhyped. The matcha itself was underwhelming. the flavor tasted pretty light and lacked that rich, earthy matcha taste I was hoping for. The cream top definitely carried the drink though; it was smooth, creamy, and honestly the best part. The baked goods were the real highlight for me. I got the banana bread and almond croissant, and both were SO good. Everything tasted fresh and buttery, and I love that they can warm them up for you if you're eating there. I saved mine for later and they still held up really well. Not sure if I'd come back specifically for the matcha, but I'd probably try their coffee next time since that seemed to be what most people were ordering. Cute spot and good pastries, but the viral hype set my expectations a little too high

Fun little coffee shop with a great indoor and outdoor space to sit and hang! The drinks were delicious, we really enjoyed the Maple Creamccino. Everything was made very special and there's a ton more drinks we look forward to trying!

I didn't think through the fact the coconut rice was blended up and wasn't a fan of the mouthfeel. It was a bit strange with the rice bits not being full grains to chew on nor small enough to ignore. 6.5/10 for me. If you are lactose intolerant, you've been warned! The breakfast sandwich and burrito were also good!! Nothing too special, but still yummy The avocado toast was tasty, but some of the ratios were a bit off. A little too much goat cheese and it was loaded with avocado (perhaps a bit too much for the bread it was on), but I did really love the addition of pickled onions and balsamic glaze. I could hold off no longer and had to visit this charming boutique with cascading blush and ivory. A breathtaking floral wall welcomes you inside and invites you to take a seat. As you enter, greetings from staff echo from the counter. Do you check out the shop or grab a drink and browse? Whatever you do, do not skip the banana cold foam on your drink if you love banana! The hospitality here is evident the moment you walk in. Staff were ready to take our order, answer questions and even checked to see if our drinks were to our liking. Think fashionable design meets European charm for the interior atmosphere, right down to the plates. Morning Lavender offers table seating as well as booths and can accommodate large parties for events. Now for the good stuff- let's talk an Iced Mocha with extra chocolate and an Iced Chai Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The Mocha with extra chocolate was indulgent and velvety with the espresso seamlessly intertwined. A decadent treat to enjoy as the morning started to warm up into the afternoon. Just a suggestion for those who enjoy the richer side of coffee and espresso. A dash of a bit more cream would've added that refined richness. The star of the morning was definitely the Iced Chia Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The description of cold cream hardly captures and embodies what this Banana Cold Foam really is. Think lusciously thick banana smoothie topping off your drink. Impossibly creamy and bursting with ripe banana. Crowning the drink sat a slice of banana bathed on one side in a caramelized sauce similar to crème brûlée. Crunchy peanuts generously scattered on top, making an irresistible contrast in texture. This drink was truly an exceptional culinary experience. I will be back again and again for the Banana Cold Foam.

Rumi was wonderful with the kids, the snacks were cute (albeit pretty limited for the price--a small tea sandwich, a small cupcake, some cinnamon goldfish), they had a little dance session, and then did photos. Overall a cute experience for the kids. That said, I got a lavender latte and it was difficult to finish. The foam was like a salted caramel, which clashed with the lavender's liquid portion of the drink. There were a lot of lavender petals on top, which looked nice, but were bitter to taste. The latte portion actually tasted ok after I grabbed a straw so that I could drink it without the foam, but the foam and toppings just really threw the drink off. For $7, I expect harmonious flavors as well as an aesthetic look. I'd definitely bring my kid back for another Tots event, but I'd not get the lavender latte again.

So when you come to Kean, you are coming to a special place that is tied to the history of coffee in The O.C. Needless to say the coffee is roasted in-house and is excellent. I always buy an oatmilk latte here, and the coffee taste is deep and aromatic. Definitely one of the best in Orange County for the pure quality of its coffee. For Orange County, the location has a nice community vibe. Eclectic mix of tables, but there aren't always enough of them, so it always seems packed. Staff are always extremely nice. Appreciating the history, great coffee, and community feel is one thing, but you should know in advance that they do not offer wifi here. That is my only complaint and the only reason this gets a 5 and not a 4 star. I suppose if they want to maintain a certain vibe they don't want people working there, but I would be happy even with a one-hour time limit on wifi usage.
