Good busy vibe inside, different variety of breakfast foods. Coffee tasted good, not burnt

Beautiful cafe to go with coworkers! Accidentally made my vanilla matcha hot instead of iced, but it was so creamy and sweet.

Grabbed coffee here on the way to explore for the afternoon. It's a quiet coffee shop tucked inside the building. Enter through the main front doors and the coffee shop is to the left.

    Vegan Scone

I stopped by a few times and the staff was always friendly. I loved that they had a vegan scone option for breakfast. They let you pour your own milk in the cold brew so you can adjust to your liking. So efficient, even when busy!

    Lavender London fog

I ordered a lavender London fog with oat milk and it was pretty good! The baristas were kind and speedy. This spot has some somewhat fancy feeling decor for a cafe which is fun. There's a good amount of lighting as well for working or ready but not many outlets. The food selection is decent but they don't really have anything dairy free or vegan, which was kind of a bummer. Cute spot to have a drink and snack!

This place has excellent service, cute places to sit and take a break, great coffee and pastry, with reasonable prices. They are also open at 6 AM perfect if you are stuck on east coast time.

Chai Latte 20 oz $5.25, Taboulé Salad $6.75, Blueberry Scone $3.75, Almond Pinwheel Croissant $4.25

Opens 6am. Simple small office building cafe on its main floor with good coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches & salads. Does the job. The cafe & small sign is recessed on the corner of the building so you can't see if coming from north to south until next to it. Patio seating with shade in the front. Chai Tea Latte a little light but had a very nice thick foam 20oz $5.25. 4* Blueberry Scones $3.75. 4* Almond Pinwheel Croissant $4.25. 4* Breakfast Sandwich Spinach Egg Swiss Cheese was nicely toasted on a panini $6.25. 5* Taboulé Salad very much like Costco's which I love $6.75. 5* Located -on 4th Ave between Seneca & University St -across the street from Fairmont Hotel & Lily Yang

We walked here from the Motif Hyatt because we didn't want Starbucks. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Very friendly and efficient baristas and the espresso was perfect and the decaf latte was so good that my wife had two of them! It was nice to not have to drink coffee out of a paper cup. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich and cherry scone. Everything fresh and delicious.

Loved the vibe, friendly & mellow staff, and the seating area space. There are long tables to work at, comfy seating with games, and chairs to enjoy your coffee with friends. I ordered a drip to try out...did not disappoint. My kids ordered some iced coffee - sorry I wasn't paying attention when they ordered - and they were delicious! We did order a few food items to share for a snack but they were gone before I could snap a pictures. The coffee was perfect, no hint of burnt flavor. I heard the food was also good but it was gone before I sat down. The merch was simple but you will want to buy it all!

We got the salmon rice bowl, cauliflower and yodelin broth with shrimp added. The salmon rice bowl was essentially a salad topped on rice and fresh salmon. The quality of the ingredients were fantastic, you could tell how fresh it was but the actual dish itself wasn't anything crazy. The yodelin broth was a bowl of complex flavors. You could taste the fish, and it was very comforting. The mini shrimp in it were surprisingly good and they don't skimp out on the quantity. Finally, their cauliflower dish was delicious. It was a little crisp without being overly hard. The creamy sauces paired so well with the chili crisps. Definitely on the pricier end for the food but so good.

This was on a Sunday afternoon close to 5pm, and there were still so many people occupying nearly every seat inside. I did come back to try their matcha matcha drink only to find it gone from their current menu as of May 2026. Instead, their turon matcha immediately caught my eye, as it has banana and I've been obsessed with banana-flavored toppings and puree on my matcha lately. It has matcha and house banana puree, both of which work well together. The tiny layer of house banana puree has all the flavor, especially when you mix the whole drink together. Very refreshing, and their ceremonial matcha's grassy tones still came out despite the banana puree being just as strong in the drink. Their matcha here comes pretty close to making it to the highest spots on my list of my most favorite matcha places in Seattle. Even if it isn't on the top of that list, their drinks are still 5+ star quality.

I noticed that they now pour drinks from a pre-made plastic jug instead of making them fresh like when the store first opened. I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.
