I can't believe I only recently discovered this Queen Anne location after years of going to the KEXP and Capitol Hill Cafe Vita shops. Out of the three, this one might be the coziest and most charming. Stopped in on a classic misty Seattle day for a chai latte, which was warm, balanced, and exactly what I wanted for the weather. The staff was incredibly friendly and even let me briefly bring my dog inside while placing a takeout order, which I really appreciated. The location is hard to beat: ample outdoor seating, easy street parking, and just steps from Kerry Park, beautiful residential streets, restaurants, and Molly Moon's across the street. It really captures that relaxed neighborhood coffee shop feeling Seattle does so well. Didn't try the food this time, but the pastries and burritos looked great. After a late lunch in Belltown/LQA and wandered around the W Highland parks (Kerry Park viewpoint, Marshall Park/Betty Bowen viewpoint, and Parsons Gardens), The Homie and I were looking for refreshments (4/24/26). I remembered that there was a Caffe Vita near 2nd & Galer. Nice retail stretch with pizza, sandwich, ice cream choices, plus a French cafe nearby too. Lucked out with parking right at the corner. Several folks were seated outside enjoying the pleasant spring sunshine. I've been to other Caffe Vita locations in Capitol Hill, LQA w/KEXP FM at Seattle Center, Fremont, and Caffe Fiore on Sunset Hill/Ballard. There are other spots in Seattle, plus expansion to New York and Arizona. This was our first visit to this specific site. I liked the interior - wood, mirrors, art prints, and of course the wrap around counter with merch, coffee roasts, and Macrina pastries. Variety of indoor seating available, as well as, outdoor sidewalk seating. The barista team during this visit were very welcoming and efficient. I had my usual 16oz iced mocha and The Homie had a 16oz iced Arnold Palmer. I was happy that my accrued points resulted in a significant discount with this transaction. This Caffe Vita (formerly Caffe Fiore, interior unchanged) is my favorite coffee shop on Queen Anne Hill. Somehow the light suffuses the whole shop and it just glows. Outdoor seating is also great -- nice big Adirondack chairs. Service is friendly and the art, community message board, and the beaux arts design details inside make it feel both cozy and elegant. Did I mention it's also a great place to co-work? And they have shared spaces so laptops don't prevent others from using the space. And Caffe Vita makes my favorite coffee in Seattle, so that doesn't hurt either. It's a truly great third place. read more

Everything you'd expect from a Seattle coffeeshop--sipping amongst the rustic cozy vibes with the drizzly weather outside. Service is really good here--typical counter service but the baristas are neighborly without the corporate robotic hustle of a well-known larger chain. Food options are not bad with a selection of basic pastries but not much else. Within walking distance of Kerry Park if you want to include the best view in town of Seattle's cityscape. No dogs allowed inside. But a decent number of folks are crunching away on laptops if that is your thing. read more

I came here on Friday after a flight with an urge to drink coffee. I don't really drink coffee but I enjoyed the vanilla latte over ice! It has a good warm atmosphere, but the pastries did look a few days old and dry. read more

A woman sitting out front in an adirondack chair had a dog on leash & unfortunately another dog walking by caused the leash to launch her mug of coffee all over her, and then shatter on the concrete. I was about to walk in to order, saw this happen, & I picked up the 3 broken pieces of the mug & brought them up to the barista counter. I explained what happened & asked for a rag so I could wipe off all the coffee from their customer's chair. I kid you not, all the female barista says to me, stone cold faced: "We have a dumpster outside & around the corner." That's it. Zero care about the customer covered in coffee. Zero care about someone cleaning it up. Just a complete & utter disdain for her job. She couldn't even put 3 little pieces of garbage in a garbage can. When I came back, I ordered & received my coffee. She never once said oh thanks for helping out, never cracked any sliver of any emotion, and never followed up or asked if the situation was cleaned up. Mind blowing. It's the worst customer service I've ever seen at any business. read more

We stumbled upon this place while walking around the Queen Anne area looking at open houses. It was a cloudy day and this place gave us the complete Seattle vibe. The inside was dark and cozy and there was good energy about the crowd that was there. There was no problem finding a seat while we waited for our drinks. They had a seasonal menu for the holidays that had some great options. It was hard deciding between the Mint Mocha, Eggnog Latte, or Pumpkin Latte. I ended up with the Pumpkin Latte and it was great! They also had a kids menu so my daughter got a kid's hot cocoa, which she enjoyed. There is self serve water and the staff was friendly. Great neighborhood spot! read more

The drink was pretty good overall. I got a nonfat matcha latte with berry cloud. The berry cloud was unique and added a freshness to the matcha. The service was fine. I don't think the barista was rude, but they weren't particularly friendly either. The ambiance was also fine. The seating is a bit strange with lots of large tables with a skinny high top bar in the middle. There's some chairs outside but many of them were full and someone was doing painting work on one side, so those were roped off. read more

Hostile environment holds this place back from being enjoyable. After being a regular for a year, you would think one would develop some sort of a rapport with the baristas, but they act like robots who have never seen you before. While I've made efforts to keep things light and friendly, the cold, dehumanizing treatment has reached a tipping point. It's disappointing, especially since I've been looking for spots to feature in a blog post about my favorite coffee shops in Seattle. Unfortunately, the lack of human respect here has left a bad taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend it to anyone who wishes to be treated with basic decency. read more

I went here on a Sunday morning, they had a line which extended out the door but the wait wasn't too bad as it was moving fast. The baristas were helpful and answered all the questions we had. The register was also pretty quick and accurate with billing and checkout. I do think the prices are a bit on the higher side, it was about $18 before tip for a couple of 12oz lattes. The ambience and seating inside was very comfortable. The mocha I had was very tasty and not super sweet unlike some other places which load it with sugar, so I liked it. They use Cafe Vita coffee for their coffees. I'll recommend checking this place if you are in the area. read more

I just want to say that this cafe has ALL the right tools! A scale, auto-tamper, etc. But some knowledge is needed. This cafe doesn't know how to froth and steam milk. WAY too much air. The top was horribly bubbly, and the bottom was too runny. Cute shop, much potential. Just learn your craft and teach your employees. read more

I expected more but it's a much-needed tiny shop in the neighborhood near the Seattle sunset hotspot. The ambience inside is dark and too small for comfort. And while the drinks were made fast, the register was not because long, personal conversations were more important than the line going out the door. My review is mostly influenced by my drink, the Mandy, which was too weird for my matcha-loving taste and I ended up throwing it all out. I'm sure their coffee is better. read more

My husband and I were visiting Seattle a few weekends ago and of course needed to check out a bunch of coffee shops - Caffe Fiore happened to be one of the spots we stumbled across while it was raining one morning. This cute little coffee shop is in the beautiful Queen Anne area. There's not a ton of seating inside, but we were able to grab 2 stools at the window. Service was friendly and quick, and the latte art was beautiful. I got a matcha latte while my husband got a caramel latte - we were both so satisfied sipping on our lattes while watching the rain fall down outside. I'd definitely come back to this cozy little spot if I'm even in the area again! read more

I have never had such a rude experience from anywhere, ever. I called to see if I'm able to place an order for pickup. The lady said "no" and hung up. I was nearby so I walked in to question why they were so incredibly rude and the person making coffee was also extremely rude to me. Oh yeah! Gotta love it when you find another great coffee shop in the neighborhood. That's what happened a while back when walking around the streets ... happened across Caffe Fiore in Queen Anne and had to come back to check 'em out. I enjoy the Ballard location and wanted to get some of the goods in QA now too. My son and I stopped here the other day on a walk and had a wee snack to get us through. I had a drip coffee for my beverage and loved every sip of it. They have some of the best beans in the city and I've never had a bad cup of coffee here. Smooth, full flavored, and roasted to perfection. Ahhh, craving a cup now as I right this! For our tasty yummy, we split a wee little Banana Walnut goody. I'm bad with sweet names, so I'm not sure what it was actually called; but it was kinda like a cake doughnut with a sweet icing on top. Whatever it was, it was GREAT! I only wish it was bigger ... the boy ate most of it. LOL! All in all, a wonderful coffee shop with great seating options and friendly staff. Highly recommend Caffe Fiore. I actually really like this place. The drinks are good, the service is good, the cafe is super cute. But I went in the other day and ordered a 16oz iced oat milk latte. This drink at other stores is usually about 6 dollars. But here it was 8! With no flavors added. That's insane. Obviously I tipped as I normally do which made it almost 10 dollars for a regular latte with alternative milk. If you're willing to pay that, I'd recommend, but personally I'll stick to making coffee at home. I don't know if this is a thing in the area, because recently other places have started charging a ton for alternative milk. But either way that's a lot! read more

* I usually never write a review * SERVICE (2/5): It was my first time here and right when I walked in, the atmosphere was perfect for sitting down and getting work done here sometimes. My fiance and I were looking at the menu to see what special drinks they had and needed some time. The barista, the best description I could give is a tall guy with shoulder length blonde hair, had a rude tone and asked if we were going to get any drinks. I had a question and asked what the "mudhoney mocha" was as I never heard of "mudhoney"before. He wasnt particularly rude but he wasnt friendly either, he responded with what I could describe as an annoyed/tired voice "it is just honey".. I was shocked by how he responded and just went with something I usually get. Maybe it is just based off the name of the band "Mudhoney" and it is just a mocha with honey in it but, as a customer I would like it if it was told in a nicer way. The only reason I did not rate it a 1 is because the lady at the cashier was friendly and made me feel much more at ease after the interaction I just had. In the end, I just couldnt shake off how he responded which spoiled my excitement to be here. DRINKS/FOOD (3/5): I got the maple bar latte with OATMILK, it tasted good but the fact it definitely tasted like WHOLE milk ruined it for me.. I am lactose intolerant and I can taste the difference, after the first interaction.. I did not want to interact with him again so thank goodness I had a lactaid on me. Fiance got a sausage egg sandwich and it was okay. I am not sure whether we'll come here again, I would like to think maybe he was having a bad day (doesnt excuse being rude to anyone).. but the interaction left me feeling unwelcomed and I would rather go to the cafes I have always felt welcomed in. read more

A very cute coffee shop which feels warm and inviting -- it's a beautiful wooden vibe and has precautions in place for COVID. It's a short walk from Kerry Park too! I got the blueberry hibiscus ice tea and it was really tart and refreshing. My friend got a chai tea and it was a kick of flavor and definitely spicier than expected but she still liked it! I popped into this place in a rainy day - I was desperately needing a coffee before running late for a hair appointment across the street at Intermezzo Salon, and was so impressed with their coffee! The maple bar was great too. I'm not sure if their get their donuts from Top Pot across the street but it seemed like the same quality which super yummy! Yesterday, a group of my friends from church and I walked over to Caffe Fiore simply wanting a nice cup of coffee. When we entered, we were greeted with hostility from three of the employees. But one stood out the most, a man with longer hair began aggressively yelling at us to get in line directing us. First of all, we all had been there before and we knew exactly what to do. But it didn't make sense why he was being so rude. There is a proper way to offer instructions to customers and that was not it. He continued to act this way while everyone was ordering and I did speak to the assistant manager about his behavior. We, the customers were not being routey and were not being disrespectful at all when we arrived. It was completely uncalled for and I'm genuinely thinking about telling all of my friends not to come here in the future due to the poor customer service. Very disappointing. read more

I'm happy to call this place, my neighborhood gem of a shop. Wood lined, with a feel of old/vintage seems to flow. It feels warm, inviting, even if it's really tiny. Yes, the place if sometimes packed with people on laptops, but it's also the meeting point for people who just want to chit-chat and talk. The inside has two large round tables that fit 6-8, a couple standing/stool areas, and outside a bunch of wood lounge chairs. Oh, the coffee is pretty good, their baked goods are pretty tasty also. I had the pumpkin bread the last time I was there, and it was delicious. So basically, it's a good coffee shop. read more

I absolutely love this place. I come in almost every morning I know the customers and the staff all by names. We talk about hobbies and interests. But there is one day that I will not be going because of one of you employees up on Galer and 3rd. I think she works on Wednesdays only and her name is Christiana. Every time I go in I get this unwelcome service and a rude attitude. I'm sure she's not like this just to me. But people who work in the service industry I know it's hard but leave whatever you're going through at home! Don't be bringing it at 6am in the morning and pissing people off. read more
