The service here was absolutely awful when I came for my friend's bachelorette dinner in PR. Not only was the food slow, but our waiter constantly forgot people's orders and at the end of dinner told us we held them up from closing (we had not all received our dishes) and said we had to get going. We stumbled into this place whilst on a walk in the area. We were greeted immediately by the waitress (forgot to catch her name) who was insanely friendly. We were sat immediately and offered drinks. There were quite a few groups in there enjoying their meal. Laughing and joking. It didn't seem very touristy which was nice. The place was very clean and comfy. I can't say enough about the friendly service we received. When the food came our appetizer came with our main courses. Which is ok, but I don't really enjoy when that happens. The Boa buns with chicken were sooooooooo good though! My favorite part of the meal. I tried my partner's Cuban and it was so good! Highly recommend. I could always use more pickles but it really was perfect. My nachos had a good flavor, but I was not a fan of the consistency of the chips. They are not-not crunchy , but not flexible either. We had the fried cheese balls with guava sauce as an app, then we both had skirt steaks, mine with mofongo and my wife's was in an avocado that came with tostones and a Arroz con Gandules Risotto which was on another level. Definitely a place to visit again as soon as we go back to the island.
