If I could give her no stars I would!!! Please do not book her for any special events. I booked her because she was highly recommended by a friend I trust and she's very talented. Unfortunately, she is not professional at all. I should of looked her up on yelp but did not think to, which is my only fault. I booked her for her treat package for my baby shower, which were going to be the favors for my guests. My event was Sunday and so pick up was at 9 am that day. I texted her to confirm the order on the Monday before, no response. Then Wednesday I texted her again and she finally responded but had mixed up what I wanted written on the cookies, I should of known something at that point but decided to just trust her. Sunday at 3 am she texted me canceling my order and sent the refund. I had no way of having a back up plan at 3 am so I was pissed. Please don't ruin your event booking this girl. This is the type of unprofessional conduct Allie depicts with her business. We drove 45 minutes to pick up the cookies, and received confirmation to pick them up Saturday at 11 from her a couple days prior. The messages speak for themselves. Really gross to conduct herself that way. I guess getting some Instagram popularity gives some people a big head. To think this girl has an assistant too?? If they were ready then why can't we pick them up? I asked her even after my sons party was over if we can pick them up and NO RESPONSE. So I dealt with Allie a few years ago and I'm sad to see she's still pulling the same game with her customers. A few years ago I ordered cookies from her, paid in advance and confirmed a pick up time. When I arrived she initially wouldn't answer the door and then when I emailed her she emailed me back as I'm on her porch that she burned the cookies.. she then came to the door and proceeded to tell me she'd deliver the cookies. Of course she never delivered them and I never heard from her. I ended up doing a FB post about it and got SO MANY replies from people who she had done the same thing to. I'm talking like over 100 replies, feel free to look up the post. It's really unfortunate that she's done this to so many people and continues to do it. She is talented I'll give her that but unfortunately more times than not she doesn't come through and leaves people hanging. Save your self the time and stress and go with someone who is more professional and reliable. read more

PLEASE AVOID OR YOUR EVENT WILL BE RUINED She may be talented but it's a shame how unprofessional she is. I ordered custom cookies a month prior. Since the event was on Friday evening, I scheduled the pick up date to be on Thursday. On Wednesday, I contacted her about pick up time - no response. On Thursday morning, I texted her again and I got response 5 hours later saying she thought the pick up date was on Friday and it can be picked up anytime after 7:30am on Friday. So I replied her that my husband will go pick them up at 8:00am on Friday. - no response again. On Friday at 7:00am, I texted her "My husband will be there in an hour", and she replied "I apologize but I could not complete your order due to technical difficulties". ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. It was extremely frustrating to communicate with her. From first inquiry to down payment, her responses are immediate. But when it's time to pick up, it was almost impossible to get hold of her. Also, if I were to pick up the cookies in the morning, it should've been done the night before right? Why wait to report the issue until last minutes? (Not that I believe she really had technical difficulties) If I knew about this the day before, I could've arrange something else. According to the other rating sites, she has failed to deliver orders to wedding, birthday parties and baby shower due to "technical difficulties". I don't think she is guilty of it. Cakes and cookies are mostly for special occasions. She needs to understand what kind of impact she would cause for those events and customers. I am beyond disappointed. read more

We ordered a cake for a baby shower, purchased a cake topper and even confirmed with her before the drop off time for the cake was at 5pm which was an hour before the event started! Did she show up? NO! Did she answer our calls? NO! Did she ever deliver the cake!? NO! She first charges for delivery but then has Uber deliver it and Uber somehow "drops it" or "messes it up". Horrible customer service! Horrible communication!! Why would you hand a stranger (a Uber driver) your hard work? Like be professional and deliver your cakes to your paying customers!! I contacted her a day before pick up, she never answered me, so I showed up to her address & waited 30min. Contacted the number she gave me. It was disconnected, & then I later get a call from another number saying my cookies were not done & that she is so sorry (I'm outside her house) and that she would issue me a refund!!!! I ordered in advance for my sons bday party. I paid in full. I even confirmed 3 days before pick up just for peace of mind. When I got there a little girl answered saying she wasn't home the. Her husband came to the door and tried looking for my order and could not find my order of cookies. Then after waiting 30 min in my truck they tried giving me the wrong order. (I gave it back as soon as I opened the box in my truck) that would have been someone else's order messed up. I lived like an hr away and she didn't reach out to me till the next day. Luckily I went to sams and just got cupcakes but man that was the worst experience. I was such a big fan from TikTok. I would never recommend her services. If I could give zero stars I would. Sad to say things did not work out with Allie. She is completely unresponsive when it counts. We had a mix up about the date I needed the cookies so I never received them. That was actually ok because it was partially my fault and they were not a center piece at the event so it wasn't a huge deal. She was extremely apologetic, so was I, and she offered me a full refund saying she would pay me back that day. I never received any refund and it has been 3 weeks AND she has completely stopped communicating with me. I have been forced to open a dispute with Paypal. I love to support local small businesses and Allie is super talented, I just wish she would follow through and communicate better. Absolute worst business ever. I took some time and read through the other reviews and my experience with Allie was EXACTLY the same. Her service is atrocious! I ordered an 8 inch cake, Toy Story theme, for my daughter who turned 3. She had us waiting 1.5 hours for the cake. The Toy Story design on the cake was LITERALLY PRINTED OUT ON COMPUTER PAPER from a home printer and pasted onto the cake. She gave me a cake with computer paper on it. My daughter turned 3 and when the cake was finally handed to us, the cake had a 2. The cake had the wrong age! The cake arrived to the party during the final 30 mins. Allie suggested I tear off the number 2 on the cake. I was so embarrassed to have to present that cake to my friends and family. It was humiliating. I've seen Allies Instagram page (as many of us have) and she can be talented. She suffers from being terribly unorganized and absolutely zero time management skills. You can tell she desperately needs a staff but will not hire anyone. She leverages her family members including her children to complete her deliveries. I'm pretty positive she had no idea she had scheduled me for a cake that day until I texted her trying to coordinate pick up. After everything that happened she apologized and offered a full refund. I waited 2 weeks and never received a refund. I sent her a text asking about my refund, no response. I sent her another follow up text and finally got a response. Allie ended up refunding me only thru cash app. The one thing I will say is once Allie began responding to be she provided my refund within minutes. But honestly it had been 2 weeks of me waiting and I was so embarrassed at my daughters party. The damage was already done. What's worst is when my daughter turned 1 I actually reached out to allie for a cake. She cancelled the same day of the party stating she had a sick family member. This was my daughters very first bday and I was left to scramble and figure something out. I went back to her for my daughters 3rd bday and this is what happened. This type of service is what has been delivered for years already. I hope that she can start acknowledging all of these issues and STOP piling excuses and lies on top of each other. read more

I was completely disappointed and I completely understand if you become ill, but wouldn't the order be set up and almost ready by that time? At that point I was literally at a loss, I was excited to see my son's expression for the order I had placed. So I replied to her that I was disappointed but I understood things happen but that I did not have a plan b. She has pre orders for certain occasions but then takes 30 minutes to bring out your order during her "scheduled pick up time" and she has multiple people waiting outside her house.
