The lead man Allen or Alan, with his apprentice Ethan were awesome, and provided a detailed estimate to my landlord. At first they weren't going to be able to return until the following Thursday but Thank God they made room for me today, Tuesday, and installed a new split system with a heat pump inside unit and a new fan condenser outside, and knocked it out in one say! Alan or Allen, is a really great dude and a great lead man or trainer for young Ethan, who has electrical background. They worked endlessly, as a team, as PROS while being very likeable guys too! And back in the office Sandra was just as awesome! ACCU apparently has merged and now offer electrical contracting as well. I couldn't more highly recommend and GREAT COMPANY! I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

This isn't the case with RASP HVAC because the service isn't being provided by a "company" but by the man himself. My brand new AC system installed by the home builder started with a leak that left us with issuing a warranty claim after the first year of operation. The warranty repair never sealed the leak and we ended up with a sweltering home in the middle of summer in just a couple years. I found RASP HVAC on Yelp a few years later and after taking to Joseph thought he might be able to find the leak. Even though he wasn't able to find the leak, Joseph went the extra mile to check every component in the system and even some that aren't so obvious or easily accessible. Knowing he couldn't find the leak, he gave me a discount on the recharge. Although I'll have to continue to deal with my home builder's sloppiness, Joseph's honesty and integrity is what sets him apart from all others in the HVAC industry.

Integrity was able to come out on a Saturday however they quoted $9,000 to fix what was actually a…read more~$600 (parts + labor) problem. I got a second opinion from Veteran's heating and cooling and it turned out to be the compressor contactor that welded itself in the ON position which I had mentioned to the Integrity technician already. After replacing the contactor etc. the system is working fine again despite its age. I cannot recommend Integrity due to this experience.
