After having a small leakage on our faucet and no hot water we decided to call this plumbing company. They charged us $50 just to come and $425 for their service which is quite ridiculous because nothing was done, they just simply placed a stopper that may have cost a few dollars at Home Depot, we still do not have hot water. It took the worker longer to obtain the stopper at Home Depot and a few seconds to install while his partner was texting in the bathroom and sitting. I do not trust this company and personally will not be using them again. I asked to make sure if what they were charging me was reasonable for nothing was done and the worker simply said the owner said that was the price. I paid but will never be calling them again. I could have called a family member to help me shut the water and place the same stopper myself. read more

I finally decided to have my entire house re-piped. I contacted several plumbers for an estimate, and Cal Pro Plumbing was the most professional and transparent from the get go. A team of plumbers worked the entire day re-piping my place and thoroughly cleaned up after. Now, having the drywall done through them was optional which I decided on too anyway. And it was a decision I will not regret either.
