Nothing crazy... it happens Took one start because I would appreciate to understand the tip expectations a head .. instead we were asked by the movers to tip.. since we didnt know we gave them something and then they call us cheap lol...so then we gave them 100 per mover.. which was like 20% Nothing against tipping and yes they were good and it was deserved, but it was awkward.. nice gesture if the company would have shared expectation ahead or include it in the quote. I would definitely recommend this place to folks, but recommend to the company to share tip expectations as people dont move often and are not familiar of what is customary.. thats all.

Especially with gym equipment, a backyard trampoline, garage items like a freezer and sauna, plus a washer and dryer--but Alexis, Peter, and Ciro handled everything flawlessly. They wrapped and protected all of my furniture with so much care, disassembled and reassembled everything, and even took down mounted TVs without any issues. They also used floor protectors and mats the entire time, which I really appreciated in both homes. Not only were they efficient and careful, but they also made the whole experience enjoyable. By the end of the move, they were cracking jokes and keeping the energy positive, which honestly made a stressful day so much better. They even let us borrow their drill while we were putting things together in the new house, which I thought was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Overall, 10/10 service. I searched around for movers and got several proposals for a local two stop move…read more They were mostly in the same range however Tony at Friends Moving quoted 3 movers instead of 2 for just a bit more and this sounded good to me. After experiencing their service with 3 movers I definitely recommend it and Friends Moving. He quoted me three hours min and they finished exactly at 3 hours, although I kept them for 30 min to help me build an IKEA bed. They arrived 15 min early and called me. The first stop was a storage unit where Tony and team helped get out a sofa, shelf and boxed we needed for the new place. They were quick, careful and efficient. I thought it would take an hour to move things around, get the stuff and pack other stuff back but we were in and out in 30 min! 3 movers is a plus. Second stop at my house to pick up my daughter's bedroom. Again very quick, careful wrapping and put into the truck. Finally the move into the new room/office. They covered the wood floor and stairs to protect it. They took good direction on where to put stuff, and got things unpicked quickly. The only hitch was a couch that was a challenge to get around the corner of the stairs and light. They ended up lifting it over a railing. They did slightly scuff the wall, which was no big deal as it just needed a little paint touch up I would do later (things happen during a move, if minor like this folks need to understanding, as it's not a big deal. Everything else was good and they finished right at 3 hours, but as I was building a queen sized IKEA bed I had them help me for 30 more minutes and so glad I did, we made quick work of it. No surprises at the end! Paid time spent and a tip for each mover a handshake and a heartfelt thanks!
