I am a young female who is often taken advantage of on pricing when it comes to any thing to do with my car. I had places quoting me at 700+ for my door locks and speaker replacement. Sam is on your side, he wants you to have what you want, and he isn't going to upsell you at all. They were great, was able to keep all controls on my 2015 Suburban. Found issue with one of my stock speakers and installed new ones. Great service, had to go out of town the installed head unit and came back they reinstalled again to add wiring that allowed all controls at no charge. read more

After my last impressive sterio purchase and installation, I was ready to go big for my next equipment on my new car. Sam has designed me a system that could not be topped. I had been driving around with no sound in my car for weeks because I was scared of being charged an arm and a leg to get my speakers fixed, I looked on Google and found Cali car stereo when I went in to get an appraisal Sam was 100% UPFRONT AND HONEST with me. From the beginning he let me know what problems his team could run into trying to fix the failed at home speaker install I did with my dad... and told me if my amplifier did not work then it would need to be replaced. I am a skeptical person and worried they might try to have me replace the amplifier even if it didn't need to be however I felt very good about the interaction with Sam and I trusted them to take my car back. Boy am I happy I did that because when I picked up my car the speakers sounded amazing! They ended up cleaning up all the wiring for me and regrounding the amp to make everything safe, moved the amp off the sub, just COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations, as well as charging me less than originally quoted because they were able to salvage materials for me:) Will be recommending to everyone I know for car audio, Very pleased, Thank you again to Sam and your amazing team!!! read more

I brought my 2006SSR to this company they were supposed to fix the wires on my stereo because the sound was crackling they told me that I had to get a new stereo and I waited hours has it turned out they broke the windshield wiper motor and apparently replaced it The cost was $1200 I'd later look at the stereo up on the Internet and it was on sale for $90 what happened is that they charged me for the broken windshield wiper motor which was $400 I have proof of this because when it was removed it has a yellow mark with the date that I had the work done if you know anything about these parts when they pull them out of a car they use a yellow greased pan to mark the date that it came out so basically I got a $99 stereo for $1200 he gave me $300 back and then asked me if I was satisfied I absolutely wasn't of course but he sat in the car and left a review on my phone with five stars I don't want to give this guy any stars because I felt that I was totally ripped off when I talk to him about it he said why come back if I didn't do it right in the first place I said you were absolutely right he would not give me an itemized list of what I bought I feel that they took it vantage of me because I am a woman and I did not have a man with me if you were smart do not go to this place they will rip you off if you're a woman.
