Very highly recommend Cali HVAC after an incredibly positive session with them today. My AC went out last night -- at midnight, the temp in the house was 85 degrees. With a 106 projected outside for today, being without AC was going to be incredibly painful. After reaching out to them, their technician, Tom, was here in under two hours. After having a friend of mine in the industry tell me that it sounded like the whole unit needed to be replaced (to the tune of $10k), Tom diagnosed a capacitor as the culprit. $475 for parts and labor, problem solved in less than three hours. I had a great experience with Cali HVAC. We needed all the heating ducts in our house replaced, and Daniel and his team were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. This was definitely not a fun job - we have an old SF house and the crawlspace that houses the ducts is dark, dirty, and cramped.
