The theory is you're supposed to go on their website and make an appointment. There are no appointments. The website is broken. You can never find an appointment not a 8 o'clock in the morning not at nine not at midnight never. I was told by customer to check on the second Monday of the month at 9 AM because that's when the appointments open, the website was still broken. They do have a good clothes, so Yipee if you want to shop. It's great! For consigning you must have to know somebody.

Not sure if they are Patagonia's or the mall's restrooms. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm; and on Sundays from 11am to 5pm. Service - Self service. Price - Above average, but that is the cost for quality (and service). Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And thank you for also giving 1% to not-for-profit workers "to defend the earth." And having programs that raise awareness of environmental and social issues. My favorite program is Worn Wear. I left feeling like I was being treated poorly simply for being there. Hopefully this can be a lesson for anyone working in customer service: if you're constantly unhappy with customers, maybe it's worth finding a job that makes you happier and allows you to treat people with more kindness. In addition, I gifted my son a fine suit and Mario hit that one out of the park. Finally, I had a full suit purchased at the Livermore Outlets that Mario made look like a custom suit. Mario is a class act, I would drive from all over the state to have Mario work on my undersized wardrobe. I highly recommend this shop!
