Do not take your car to this location!!! I have had my vehicles repaired at other caliber collision locations and I have always been extremely satisfied with their customer service in the work they have done. This location on La Palma is horrible. They've had my car for almost exactly one month and they cannot repair it correctly. They told me to come pick it up. It was ready. The paint job was horrible. The paint looked like it dried dripping, the texture felt like it was never sanded. This is how they were going to give me my car back, I had them keep it to redo it and now six days later they are telling me it has to be re-done again! This is ridiculous! Yes I want my car done correctly but there is no reason for it to have to be done over so many times. IT SHOULD BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! read more

Extraordinary service these guys are so good, they totally when an extra ten miles from the ladies at the front desk to Sergio the GM, I had to take it back after the initial pickup because it had a rattling noise underneath the car and tail gate showed it was open, not only did they fix everything they also took care of another scratch that was not even part of the original work, if that wasn't they paid for a rental for the day and they totally detailed my 2024 Honda Pilot Sport inside and out. But, why my insurance company sent me there for an inspection of my suv to see if there was any residual mechanical damages I have no idea!? [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inspector I got was friendly, but demeaning--he was trying to tell me all the superficial scrapes and dents on the body and underbody of my car when that was never why I came there![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It wasn't even why my insurance company sent me there! I kept telling him I was there to check if my car was still damaged after having it repaired at a local shop; it was repaired from running over a traffic cone and dislodging it in the underbody of my car between my two front tires. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inspector kept not listening to me. He thought he was doing me and my insurance company a favor by pointing out that I scraped my 12 year old suv on streets and driveways... when, who cares?![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He even wrote up a report about it. Unbelievable!!! Long story short. They had the car for 24 hours just to say it drives fine and when I asked if they could confirm I don't need tie rods, etc. that I was told I still needed by the local repair shop to recover from the traffic cone damage, they were hesitant. When it comes to my vehicles, I am one of those very particular people who can be very hard to please. This place went above and beyond my expectations. Some bonehead backed into my truck at a Walmart parking lot. She managed to hit the door, the cab, and the bed of my truck with her crapmobile. My truck is a very distinct orange color and with all this damage, this makes for a tricky repair. I literally cannot see any sign of the repair. All parts were replaced with genuine OEM parts, body panels were repaired expertly, and a top-notch professional paint job was applied. They were also kind enough to fix a couple of other small imperfections that existed in the area. This Caliber Collision location exceeded my expectations by giving me everything I wanted and more. I had brought in my car nearly a year after my incident, given it was very minor and life just got in the way! I check in, and the staff are very friendly. I was given forms and did some signatures and it was all done fairly smoothly. I do exotic dancing so I had a whole stage pole set up inside my trunk that I completely forgot to take out because it was too heavy to do on my own! I asked the staff for help which is beyond their duties and they helped moved my stage bags into the rental shuttle! It was 225 pounds and they did it happily. Lisa kept me well informed with almost daily calls or texts on the progress of my car. She was very kind, cordial, and made the experience seamless. Gladys and Yadira were also very helpful at the front desk. Since by my own doings, the insurance check I had received was expired and I didn't have a new copy with me to pay for the services. Yadira emailed and called the adjuster and when that didn't work, Gladys stepped in and was able to contact a different adjuster to help with the issue. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to take my car home that day but she made it possible! The men of Caliber also helped me move my stage items back into my car and were so friendly about it and made me feel welcome. Receiving my car back, I was walked through the improvements and best of all, my car looked spotless! Which was so convenient because I had just gone to the beach so it was so kind of Caliber Collisions to get it all cleaned up. Some stupid lowlife/crooks decided to cut my catalytic converter off my truck, but not only that, they literally cut the trans line and 02 line as well. My truck was brought to Caliber Collison the same day; got it towed there. I was met with the service advisor, Shawn Lee. He was very attentive and relayed each step of the process. They were able to replace and repair my truck in a timely matter, I was quoted an ETA on the job and Shawn did manage to get it done.
