8/13/25 one day earlier pick up than estimated. I truly have enjoyed this fix auto experience at this particular location. There is a text link that shows your the progress of the fix, allows staff to communicate back and forth with your rep throughout your repair experience. Blanca was my rep and she was phenomenal. I received 10 star customer service experience with you. She excels is professionalism, courtesy and communication. Whether if it was a part that came in or a delay in receipt of a part, she kept open communication the entire time. She truly Gets that when we drop off our cars here, it's like we drop off our children (actually, I get Less updates with my kids). We want to know what's happening. The repair was early by one day and I was super expedited to have my car back. After I arrived, Dulce updated me there is a small delay due to the tow hitch. Once fixed, they will bring out my vehicle. They even drove it out to check sensors for my Tesla. One park assist kept coming up but it may be due to my wrap. They asked me to keep an eye on it and see if it resolves. If not, they are happy to look take a look again. *unexpected service: they shined my tires and armorall'd my interior surfaces. Front and back seats. I was slipping and sliding lol when I told my husband about the service and the extras they did to bring a smile to their customers, he was shocked. He never heard of repair shops returning a vehicle like this* "My rear has never looked this good!" In summation, If you guys need your Tesla's repaired, don't hesitate to come here. My car seems to be something of a magnet for bad luck as this is my second time having to get my car repaired. This makes me even more grateful to have a company like Fix Auto Express that does such great work and so close to my home. My passenger doors were damaged in a gas station and Fix Auto fixed them in only a day, Thursday to Friday. Customer service here is always great and I was helped with any questions or concerns I had. Thankfully insurance handled everything for me but in their price breakdowns, it all seems reasonable to me. read more

I am posting this on the Anaheim and Santa Ana locations since they sent my car back and forth between the two and blamed each other when things were not fixed correctly. Don't be fooled by the star ratings and look at the most recent reviews for this body shop. I drive a Mercedes G63 AMG. I have listed the series of events that happened from 7/20/23, when I dropped off my car, to current. In total, it took almost 5 months to get my car back from this body shop. The work they do is terrible, messy and poor quality. They will skip as many corners as possible. If you care at all about your car, take it somewhere else. I am still dealing with the aftermath of their poor worksmanship almost a year later. 7/15/23 Car accident - I was hit from behind on the freeway. Damage: corner, tail lights, bumper, wheel well area. 7/20/23 I dropped off my car at Fix Auto in Anaheim. They call me and let me know that Fix Auto in Santa Ana will be doing the paint job because the manager, Gilbert has years of experience with Mercedes. For about two weeks, I received auto text messages saying that my car is being worked on and then the messages stop. I call consistently to ask for updates to which they say someone will call me back or that they are still working on it. 9/22/23 They let me know my car is ready & I pick it up. The next day I notice: overspray, sloppy paint job. New scratches and chips on the doors. The trunk door won't close. They did not screw the bolt in. The hinge scratched and dented the trim. Door seal is broken. 10/3/23 Fix auto again - Dropped off car again 10/21/23 They let me know my car is ready. I drive there and the issues aren't resolved so I leave it there. 11/6/23 - They let me know my car is ready and I go to pick it up. There was overspray on the rear drivers side door. The trim is messed. They added adhesive onto the existing adhesive and the trim stick outs. 11/30/23 - Went to Santa Ana to pick up my car. My car is matte but on drivers door there is now a shiny area right below the window about the size of a grapefruit. The workers try to wipe it off. It doesn't come off. They need to repaint. 12/7/23 I finally pick up my car I notice that the trunk door isn't as easy to close. A month later, I take it into Mercedes and they say it was not put on correctly and that they can adjust it for me but the problem may come back. $300 7/10/24 I take my car to Mercedes because rear drivers side door isn't opening from the outside. 7/12/24 They say that an after market screw was incorrectly installed which voids the warranty. $900 It has almost been a year since the accident and I am still dealing with the shody work that Fit Auto did on my vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They have yet to reach out to offer compensation or apologies for the massive amount of inconveniences they have caused. I live about an hour away (each way, with traffic) and having to go there and point out what is very visibly wrong with the car each time was ridiculous. read more

Took my car to get fixed from from bumper and ended up with a loose headlight seal to which at first they had said they didn't remove but in the papers it states other wise & now they won't fix it because they claim it's a seal problem the brand has . read more

My car was vandalized and rear glass was smashed. Fix Auto Express was communicative and did a good job repairing on time. BUT they clearly took my car out for a drive. Odometer was 60 miles higher than when I dropped it off. I think "test driving" that much is excessive for glass and some plastic molding repair. My battery was completely depleted and gas level was noticeably less. The RAV4 emblem was placed on crooked. They also ordered the wrong trim emblems so I have to go back to the shop to get that sorted. If you don't have a fancy car, then they might be good to go to. Otherwise I would no go back. read more

Beyond happy with my car's repair!! Dropped it off on a Monday & it was ready for me by the following Tuesday. The work is clean & my bumper is shining brighter than when I first got the car. Whatever clear treatment they put on it I wish I could have all over my car. She's sparkly ~ I didn't catch the girl's name working the front desk but she was nothing but kind & extremely courteous. She made sure that if I had any questions or concerns that she was there for me. She deserves a major shout-out. She also informed me that the repairs are covered by a lifetime warranty as well!! I made an appointment and when I arrived, all of the technicians were at lunch so the receptionist took the photos and said an estimator would be in touch with me the same day (Friday) or Monday. I never heard back from anyone. A few weeks later, someone emailed me to come bring my car by for an estimate, I told them all the photos were already taken and I was just waiting for the estimate. I dropped off my 2018 Honda Odyssey on Wednesday 12/5/2022. The blind spot system worked fine. On Wednesday 12/14/2022 morning,I received a call from them that they cannot repair my van due to structural damage. They said everything will be put back together and ready for pick up in the evening. I picked up my van that evening just before closing time. I saw "Blind spot info system problem" warning light came on my dashboard. I did not let them know, because it was late and I had to return my rental vehicle. I did reported it to insurance company about the problem. Monday 12/19/2022, I called Fix Auto Express to report the problem and wanted them to fix the blind spot sensor. They refused to fix the problem and indicated that the other repair (shop that can report my van) will fix it for me and that the sensor was damaged and can't be reinstalled. At home, in my garage, I took the bumper off and saw the wire harness wrapped on the left size. Fix auto did not reinstalled the wire harness. I reinstalled the harness and the Blind spot system work again. I took me less than 30 minutes. They are irresponsible of their work and made up story to avoid fixing their mess. I will never take my business here and will not recommend this place to any one asking for auto body repair shop. read more

Dropped car off two weeks ago so they can fix a problem they created when they "fixed" my car after an accident. It's almost impossible to reach the person you need when you call and they don't return your call. I'm still without a car and they cannot tell me when I'll get it back. read more

Ok Brandon goes above and beyond to make customers happy....iused to build harleys and hotrods and I am very picky when it comes to finishes....I brought my truck back a couple times and each new issue was handled with the upmost professionalism.....Love this shop and Brandon,and his guys are awesome read more
