I brought in my car to this location from a rear ended collision. This was my first time being hit so the process was new to me. The lady up front was SUPER helpful I believe her name was Lisa.. She helped me throughout the whole process I was on my lunch break she rushed the rental car and even called around for me since nobody had any cars available, she told David I was in a rush as well and he got right on it. They even had a shop guy give me a ride to the enterprise because none of the enterprise drivers were near! How nice?! THe next day I get a call to inform me of the estimate and time of my car..they told me about a week but it was done within 3 week days so I was stoked on that due to the fact the rental car stunk. Anyways I go to pick my car up it looks beautiful! They even washed & waxed my car. I am so thankful! I was really trying to come here open minded, they tell me I would have my truck back by Friday, I thought great.. Then they tell me that I was going to be taken to an enterprise car rental that they have reserved a car for me. Come to find out that was not true they wanted $350 bucks for the week when it was going to be covered since it was the other persons fault. Then comes Friday and I get a call that they tried to fit an aftermarket fender and they couldn't get it to align, but wait your soupose to use genuine parts its on your quote claims. Wouldn't this be considered cutting corners or cheating the insurance? So now I have to waite an till monday to get my truck back, well that didn't happen either. I got a call beating around the bush that they needed it till Tuesday. I said yeah no problem get a good look at it in the morning sun make sure it's all good before calling me it's ready I hadn't even pulled in the parking lot and it was like night and day even in the shade. So either they were blind or they didn't care about the end product. Then when I point it out they want to keep it another hour so they can peel the trim and reset it. WELL IT LOOKS LIKE IT BEEN DONE MORE THAN ONES the new trim has ripples all the way down like it was peeled up more than once. Then it flipped caddy waompus starting about half way, and to top it off it doesn't match the rear half. Shit what's another 20 bucks to make it look better. I pointed out that they used maker on my mirror to cover up some white paint, I said REALLY is that professional to use a marker for touch up. GET THIS HE CALLS ME A LIER. "my guys would do that" I said BS it was white when I dropped it off. Then the head lights, could you get your buffer to buff out my old head light to at least attempt to match the lights. Oh and thanks for letting me leave with a burned out head light that I had to talk my self out of a ticket. Apparently the manager wants to talk about my concerns. Second time at this location 1st experience was great this time not so much time to contact my ins co and get approval was very slow understand I am a patient person but over a week before communication was established a bit too long as I am in need of my car back and the rental time is now extended another week oh well might be new office not saying there not qualified now we hope the rest goes as planned. read more

Someone backed into me in a parking lot, and put a grapefruit sized dent in my Camry's rear bumper. The quick review : The work done by Caliber was great, but the delays, lack of communication, and false status text updates I got were definitely not! The extended review : I took my car to to a different shop (the one required by my insurance) to get a quote. My insurance settled with me for that amount, and told me I could take it anywhere to be repaired. They also said that if additional damage was found after work began that they would pay the additional amount. So I took my car to Caliber on a Monday. Caliber told me that it should be ready by Wednesday or Thursday. I also signed up for text message updates on the status of the repair. Late Monday afternoon I received a call from Caliber telling me after they removed the bumper they found more damage, so I gave them my insurance information and they said they would call my insurance. Tuesday morning I called them back, and the receptionist told me they were able to contact my insurance. I called my insurance, and they said they spoke with Caliber and that Caliber had all of the information they needed to move forward with the repair. Later that day I received a text from them, saying "Update: Hi Kevin. We have updated your estimated completion date from (Pending) to [Thrusday's date]. Thank you, Caliber Collision." The next day, I received another text from them, saying "Update: Hi Kevin. We are nearing completion. Soon you'll be back to the rhythm of your life. If any delays, we will call you. Caliber Collision" Great! I will be able to pick up my car by close of business on Thursday! So Thursday rolls around, and I haven't heard anything from them. I call them late in the afternoon to see what time I could pick up my car, and they tell me that they are waiting to hear from the insurance and that they haven't even started working on my car. WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT??? I tell them about the text message updates I received, and they can't explain why they were sent out. And what about that whole "If any delays, we will call you" part????? It seemed as if they were just going to wait forever and were in no hurry. Needless to say, I expressed my frustration at them, and tried to immediately facilitate communication between them and my insurance company. It sounds like they were waiting to either receive the check from my insurance company for the additional damage, or needed proof that the check was in the mail (because you never know when a multi-billion dollar insurance company might close up shop and stiff them). Had they actually contacted me and told me this, I would have told them that I would pay for the extra damages, and have the insurance company send me the check. Shortly after talking to them, I receive another text message update, essentially telling me that the estimated completion date has been updated from about 2 hours from now to 7 days from now! Meanwhile, I'm burning through car rental days that I have to personally pay for. To their credit, once I expressed my frustration they did seem to put a priority on my car, and it was ready 6 days (3 business days) later (after a 3 day weekend). And the work they did on fixing the bumper looked great. But based on the false text message status updates, and their lack of communication with me when there was delays, I would not recommend this body shop. read more

Had a small repair from a tree branch striking the car after a windstorm. We were referred to Caliber by our insurance company even though the repair would likely fall under our deductible. Great service, My Tahoe was done on time and they did an excellent job, my service tech Dave made sure I was updated and informed about every step in the process. It took about a week for the repairs, but only because the first door that was ordered, was damaged and they had to order another door for my 2004 Tahoe. My front bumper got hit while parked on the street. My insurance company directed me to Caliber. They said it was a 3 day job. Vincent and the group there at Caliber were outstanding, not only did they fix the bumper, but buffed out my cloudy headlights, and finished the job in 2 days! Wasn't expecting such a fast turnaround, so I didn't have a ride to pick up my car, so they came and got me as well. Would recommend them to anyone, great customer service! Just got my 2014 rav4 back today and there are some issue already on the spot. Going to bring back so they can fix some of the scratches on Monday. It's their word against my on the donut spare tire though. 100% sure someone had switched even know it new but still it not the same brand name when I brought from the dealer seven months ago brand new too. That what impress us first thing when we asked to see the spare tire at the dealer, it the same as the other 4tires. So how can I forget what caught my attention in the first place? And the fixing are no where near the back, so there is no reason for the replacement. That my experience from this place, so to you guy out there, be sure to check, take picture or even take video of your car before you send them in. That way you have proof especially when you have new car like myself. Make big different you guy, little things count too. Good luck.
