Detailed review below: Last month, I got in an unfortunate accident with my Lexus and it's my first ever accident. Needless to say, I wasn't looking forward to handling insurance and going through the whole process. From the get-go, the staff was very helpful and friendly in answering my questions. Shout outs to the front desk people-Teri and Alondra. I especially want to give a shout-out to my estimator, Zotero. Every day-without fail-Zotero made sure to follow up with me to give me updates about my car. He also diligently worked with my insurance company to ensure that my Lexus received the treatments that it needed. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as pleasant as possible. The end result? My Lexus came out even better than before. The process was so smooth. Thank you Zotero and the Fix Auto team for taking care of my vehicle. Great service and great value of an auto body shop to work with. Will definitely look to this establishment in the future if I have future auto body shop needs.

Also they never put in the plastic rivets for the wheel liner. Brought this up to Travis and 'oh yea yea, we'll take care of it, we'll just need it for about an hour. I'm going to order those rivets and call you to get this all worked out.' It's been since Aug 6th and haven't heard anything. I've lost faith and per various other Yelp reviews, I shouldn't be surprised. Avoid this place.

Upon taking my car apart there was quite a bit more damage than we could see externally. They called me to inform me of what was wrong and let me know about the parts we would need and the work to be done but made sure I knew they weren't a GM certified shop which could affect my warranty on my car. Unfortunately due to that I had to move my car to a different shop however that really stuck with me. They didn't have to point that out and could have just started the work. They missed out on a pretty substantial job because of it. If you are looking for a shop you can trust and will be honest with you.. this is it!

A guy called Kyle managed the repair for his car. 2 weeks later my husband got his car back, but soon he found there was a wheel bearing problem for his car so he couldn't drive it. Then he took the car back to Kyle and ask him to fix it. But Kyle refused to admit it's actually his fault and he didn't able to fix the car. So my husband had no other choice but end up spending $500 at mechanics, the mechanic guy told him it was Caliber Collision's fault. Anyway, very bad experience with this place, such an asshole and irresponsible stuff member. Do not come here with your damaged vehicle, because they cannot fix it! You will lose more money!

Picked up car and many imperfections!!!!…read more Picked up my car from repairs; I stated the hood is off, but the shop communicated they didn't touch the hood nor do they see where the alignment concern is off, yet my paperwork stated HOOD w/ NOTE: dented/buckled from impacted. Right side of hood, panel piece that is lifted and not aligned nor fletched out, but shop communicated, "they don't see what I'm talking about." Underneath grill, dented from whatever machinery or tools were used, but shop communicated, they don't where they came from. Scratched on right side, yet was communicated, "it's just wax it will come off".

On pick up day, I called crash champions, and was told that my car was not ready for pick up because they needed to order two OEM Mercedes headlights because the aftermarket headlights they ordered were not operable. The service tech stated that they had to order a driver side headlight because of a broken tab, even though there wasn't any damage to the driver side area. I was then told that it would take another day to work on the car. Another two days pass and I called back for an update, the service tech stated again that my car wasn't ready and that they would call me back with updates, that never happened, I always had to call them back. My car was finally ready for pick up on Friday, May 16, as I inspected my car I found that the vehicle's bumper was misaligned from improper install, the headlight was replaced with an aftermarket part and not OEM. My original headlight on the driver side was left alone and not replaced. There was also dirt embedded in the clear coat, the service tech kept trying to talk to me to prevent me from finding any more errors. They also wanted my car for an extra day to fix their mess, I told them that I cannot and that I am too busy. Unbelievable, unprofessional, dishonest, and I strongly caution others about this auto body shop.

Gio was cooking in temperatures unknown to man and I (dare I say it) let her cook. My car took a bit longer than expected to be completed but s'all good because I thoroughly enjoyed the rental I had. A story for another time. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. When I got my vehicle, it looked practically brand new. Safe to say I was very happy with the way my car turned out. It could walk (roll?) the car runway at this point. What more could one ask for when dealing with car repairs? It was a smooth, simple, and pleasant process.
