AAA my insurance company sent my car here and they did a horrible job, gave me my car back a mess, I had lots of gas in it and it was almost most on empty when I got it back. It smelled like wet strong paint when they gave it back to me and when I got home the hood had lots of gashes on it like it was still wet and deberé hit the hood. Mike Lopez the horrible rude unknowable guy got very angry when I took it back, denied they did that and said to call to call my insurance. I was referred over to Caliber from AAA after an accident I had due to them being a preferred vendor. I was really disappointed in the outcome of my referral this time (last time there were no issues). After a week of my vehicle being in this shop I was denied service by Caliber and was told that even if I had not gone through insurance there was no chance that Caliber would fix my vehicle. My disappointment lies in the fact that it sat at the body shop for an entire week before this, and I decided to take matters into my own hands and take my business elsewhere for a second opinion. I have used Caliber in the past and they were fine, however I don't think I'd return to this location again or use Caliber in the future due to my negative experience. read more

Last week I brought my brand new Acura into this caliber collision for a scratch that someone made on the side of my driver door and the EMPLOYEES here are so nice! From the very first person you see at the front desk named Brittany to the service advisor Derik who literally walks you through the whole process. I was on the freeway at 2:00am when my car hit and ran over something hard. I file a claim with my insurance company. In the past, I have taken my car to Caliber Collision because there work was great. How times have change. I took my car to Caliber. They only had the car for one day. Caliber would not do any kind of work because they said my car had prior damage. I was very upset so I got a 2nd opinion at Hadley Auto shop. They did a tear down and found $1,900.00 in supplemental damage. After two weeks, the insurance company sent out there own advisor. My adjustor said to me that she was on the same page with Hadley Auto and sent payment. I would not have given one star if it was up to me. I will never take my car back to Caliber. They waste my time. Please do your homework before taking your car to Caliber. read more

I brought my new truck to this location for a simple insurance claim. I left with a truck that appeared to be repaired by my middle school son. The repair to my door for a simple door ding required quite a bit of paint blending. I agreed to the work but was not prepared for how incompetent the employees are at this location. My brand new black paint was swirled so badly. Although my service rep was very polite, that does not make up for the absolutely horrible result. The manager was very understanding and offered to have his "guy" polish my truck. Unfortunately I had zero confidence they could do a competent job and chose to use someone I trusted. Much to my disappointment, Caliber was only prepared to offer"some" assistance to repair the paint if I chose to use someone I trusted. I had to spend $700 additional to have a professional fix the paint correctly. I'm still left with damaged window seal, damaged mirror(overspray that appears to have been removed with sand paper and damaged trim from not masking properly. My advice is to keep shopping for your repair needs. This shop is horrible. read more

I had to the have warranty work done on my truck. The initial work was done by another collision shop and due to the less than exemplary experience with them l decided to take my truck to Caliber collision in Anaheim Hills. From the moment l walked in, the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming ( l walked in a half hour before they were to close). She obtained my info and assessed my needs and advised me that her manager Raul would be out to see me. Raul was awesome, he tried to address the issues l was having with my truck on the spot so l wouldn't have to come back unnecessarily. After looking at my truck he advised me that l would have to leave the truck with them so he could take a more in-depth look at the issues l was having. Raul worked with me and accommodated my schedule. After dropping the car off in the morning , Raul called me at noon telling me everything was fixed and l could come and pick up the truck. Even though this was my first time at this shop, he treated me like a long time customer. His shop was expedient and the work was excellent. I honestly wish l had come to his shop initially. They gave me a "worst-case" finish date then beat it by almost a week. What I liked most? I got a phone call every other day giving me an update on where we were in the process. My mom was in an accident and was leaving for a vacation, so trying to find a repair station that could work with her (and I) to get her vehicle fixed while she was away in another state was not an anticipated chore. I called halfway through to see how it's going I end up finding out the original estimate that they gave me they now change from $700 to not to be $10,000 worth. They are also bad at updating me on anything. They kept giving me a vague terms of when my car will be ready.
