I really wanted to have a better experience because my first interaction with Caliber Collision started off well. I have a brand new 2025 Toyota Corolla in Underground Gray that was hit in a parking lot while I was on vacation. I brought it to Caliber Collision to repair the passenger-side bumper. My advisor, Jorge, was excellent with communication during the initial repair, and the work was completed in about a week. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. After taking my car home, I noticed the paint on the new bumper did not match the rest of the car, and the bumper wasn't properly flush with the hood. I brought the vehicle back the very next day, and they told me they would order a new OEM bumper and repaint it. From that point on, communication completely fell apart. Instead of receiving updates like I did the first time, I had to repeatedly call just to find out if the part had arrived or what the status of my vehicle was. No one proactively reached out to me throughout the process. When the second repair was finally completed, the bumper alignment was fixed, but the paint still didn't match my Underground Gray paint. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping the issue would finally be resolved, but that only made things worse. I was initially told I would need a rental car because the repair would take a couple of days. Later, the manager claimed my car had actually been ready the same day, which was simply not true because no one contacted me. Even more concerning, Caliber told the insurance company that they had informed me my vehicle was ready when they never did. Once again, I had to call them myself to get an update. In the end, the bumper still doesn't match the rest of my car, but the other driver's insurance company refused to authorize any additional repairs because they considered the color close enough. As the owner of a brand new vehicle, that's incredibly frustrating. I'm giving two stars because Jorge provided great customer service during the initial repair, and the bumper fitment was eventually corrected. However, the lack of communication after the first visit, the inconsistent information, and the unresolved paint match issue left me very disappointed. I expected much better quality and honesty, especially from a company that advertises itself as a trusted collision repair center. Six months. That's how long this location has had my car since I dropped it off in November 2025 -- and the real problem was only found because I told them where to look. The first time they returned the car after repair, the steering wheel sat halfway to the right just to drive straight. They later admitted it had been handed back before it was even ready. From there it went through more than ten alignment attempts across multiple shops over several months, which I had to take the vehicle to. For months, Joe and the team blamed every alignment shop in turn instead of looking deeper -- even though the alignment readouts were out of spec from day one. The actual cause -- a bent frame -- was diagnosed only after I personally suggested they put the car on a frame machine and measure it against factory specs 5 months later. That is a basic intake step on a head-to-head collision. It should have happened in November, not six months and a dozen alignments later. The car has been returned to me over 8 separate times still not driving straight. Throughout, Joe made update and timeline promises that never held. The General Manager stood in the parking lot and told me this was a "hot car" they would take care of -- that was over a month ago. Caliber sells every repair with a "limited lifetime warranty." Mine has not driven correctly for a single day since I handed them the keys. The fallout: my entire insurance rental allowance is gone, and I've been without a vehicle for extended periods of time, this time nearly a month. My experience with Caliber Collision was frustrating from start to finish. I chose them for what I thought would be a professional repair, but I was left with more problems than I started with. The most glaring issue was the paint job. The color match was noticeably off, leaving my car looking patchy and inconsistent. It's clear that the attention to detail just wasn't there. To make matters worse, I discovered additional parts of my car were broken during the "repair" process. I brought it in to fix one thing, only to have it returned with new damage. Tried to go here because it was preferred by my insurance company. Dropped my car off and was told it would be 1-2weeks because they had to order the parts. My car was there for 5 days before they called and ask me when I was dropping my car off. Once I told them it's been there almost a week it took them 10mins to come back to the phone and say that they "found" it. So clearly they hadn't been working on my car and no parts were ordered. Next they said I had to come sign an "authorization form" in order for them to even do an estimate on the repair costs before beginning to work on my car. Customer service was terrible throughout the conversation as they tried to make it seem like it was my fault that I hadn't signed the form that was never given to me. Picked my car up next day because now I have no trust or faith that they will do a good job with my car. read more

***Unresolved Billing Issue - Urgent Attention Needed*** I previously connected with Caliber regarding the incorrect bumper installed on my vehicle and was assured that the mistake would be corrected at no additional cost to me, including full coverage of my rental car expenses while repairs were completed. While I appreciate that my bumper has now been properly repaired, Caliber has not fulfilled their commitment to cover the rental car charges. Instead of billing Caliber, Enterprise has billed me, leaving me responsible for a cost that was promised to be covered. Over the past month, both Enterprise and I have made multiple attempts to contact Caliber to connect billing departments, but our calls have gone unanswered. This issue has now caused additional financial strain and remains unresolved since December 2024. My vehicle was placed back in the shop in March to correct the mistake made in January. As per the agreement, Caliber was to cover 100% of the rental car expense incurred due to their error. I am requesting immediate action--can someone from Caliber please return my or Enterprise's calls to rectify this billing issue? Brought in my car for a front bumper repair. It took longer than what they estimated initially. The communication wasn't great but the part that got damaged looked like new at the end, so I was fairly satisfied at the time. When I finally drove it though, I noticed a noise coming from the front of the vehicle any time the car was put on cruise control or in coasting mode. Almost shaking, if that makes sense. I don't know much about cars, but I do know that that noise wasn't there prior to the repair. Called the shop, they said it couldn't have been caused by the accident and probably an unrelated issue, told me to bring the car back for a diagnostic. Then my bf got the idea to just go and check the bolts on the tires just in case. 4 OUT OF 5 were completely loose!!! This is not even mechanic 101! I'm very disappointed that they didn't do the most basic thing and put my life in danger. That tire could have come off on the highway! read more

Front desk staff was friendly but every time I tried to call my collision specialist I could never get ahold of him, he was always busy and they would tell me he'd call back but he never did. It took him forever to get me my initial estimate which he promised multiple times and the days kept going by and I had to keep reaching out to him about it. I shouldn't be the one reaching out all the time for updates. Speaking of updates, I was receiving automated text messages saying my car repairs were in progress and then that it was finished. So I call Caliber and they say they halted repairs on my vehicle because the cost of parts went up and they have to get the new estimate approved by my insurance. [The manager reached out to me to discuss the hiccups and stated that caliber cannot discuss if your car is in the process of being deemed a total loss and it's my insurance's fault for not updating me on that (which I didn't know it was insurance's responsibility for this discussion). However, I think that their automated text system is misleading and needs to be fixed. Don't text me my car is ready for pick up if it's still being worked on or if the repairs do end up being halted. I appreciated the manager clarifying the process which should've been communicated better to me by my collision specialist. The insurance company said Caliber was their preferred body repair company. Therefore, we took our 2018 Chevrolet Traverse to the Marietta Georgia location. The car was there for several weeks while they repaired the left rear passenger door. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was not clean and the repairs were substandard. I was told that they would need to buff out the paint to remove the places where the paint was runny. While there, somehow, the right side of the vehicle was wrecked. So now we have a car with substandard repairs and paint on both sides. I can not in good faith recommend Caliber for quality workmanship at any level. read more

When my car needed collision work, I chose Caliber since my insurance agency recommended them and this location was reasonably close to my home. Finding the shop at first was a little challenging, as it's located at the rear of a small shopping center. Dropoff took about 15 minutes total and they made sure my rental car arrived promptly. Caliber sent me text messages throughout the process with estimated completion times, and they stuck to the 1-1.5 week estimate they initially gave me. Picking up my car again was a cinch and the staff cleaned it impeccably. Although I didn't need it, they even offered after hours pickup. Importantly, the staff here seems to be taking appropriate Covid 19 precautions. These included masks for front desk staff, plenty of hand sanitizer for patrons, and sanitizing pens between uses. Overall, I had no issues at all with Caliber and felt the communication during the process was excellent. I hope I don't need to return, but if I need collision repairs in the future I will definitely choose this location again. read more

Don't bring your car here. The staff, technicians, and managers all lack the required skills to do their jobs! As previous customers have stated, their "techs" don't take pride in their work and half ass do their jobs! I brought my vehicle in at the end of April and didn't get my vehicle back until July! When I initially came to pick up my car I noticed the carbon splitter wasn't what was on my car when I dropped it off. The service advisor Tran informed me that they installed what they did for the time being until the original part came in as my front end is aftermarket. Cool, no big deal, I'm not tripping if you're going to get me squared away with what I came in with we're good! Take my car home and park it. This is where the fun begins: Two weeks later I'm leaving the barber shop and notice something awry by my bumper/fender area so I go take a look and there's a hole in my fender liner on the passenger side front which was obviously caused by the tire which was now down the to wire. I go to check to see how secure the bumper is and it's flimsy as if it's not even screwed/bolted together. I proceed to Caliber to let them know what I found and come across Eddie, the General Manager of the location. I explain to him the issue I found amongst other things and without investigating or even opening the hood he tells me "it looks like you ran over a curb"! Now if I wasn't prior military and wasn't trained to "combat park" he'd have me red handed! HOWEVER, I back into every parking space I park in. Furthermore the "damage" that he claimed was done from running over a curb wouldn't have been this significant! I explain to him that there's no way that running over a curb at a such a low speed would cause such damage on top of that my car sits too low to even go over a curb! Eddie then proceeds to act as if the English language and decorum as a manager has left his brain and decides to turn his back and walk away from me to dismiss me and my claim. Verbal gloves are off at this point: I profusely explain to goofy that I put this bumper on my car MYSELF in my own driveway with no lift and way less resources and it held up for 2-3 years until I brought my car in for repairs! There was no way in hell that my bumper should be floppier than floppy disk after driving my car to my night job 4 times (1mi round trip) as I didn't drive my car to my day job all that week! Eddie then says to me that there's nothing they can do and it's not covered under warranty AND that they weren't going to replace the lip that they owed me after my service advisor, Tran, stated they would! Luckily at this point, Tran magically appeared out of thin air to de-escalate the situation! He claimed he was going to re-open my file to get me squared away. However, that never happened! I gave them until Tuesday the following week and never heard back from them. In between the time of me speaking to Tran and leaving I got Eddie's managers phone number to explain how poorly he treats paying customers and that nothing got done to rectify the situation! Long story short, she wasn't any help and corroborated with Eddie and this story of me running over a curb! I let her know she should be prepared for an insurance fraud case because there was no way this was going to fly! Fast forward a week! USAA sends out a collision specialist, Kevin, to my residence! The first thing out of his mouth to me was "well they obviously put on the wrong splitter". Now, how it took him no time to figure that out and for Caliber to try to argue me down about how they don't owe me my splitter is beyond me! Under further investigation I point out that they didn't install the mounting bracket in that connects the bumper to the front fender! FYI, there are two screws that are supposed to go in and connect the bumper to the fender and the bracket holds the bumper and the screws in place (I installed the bumper myself, remember). Whoever the tech was decided to not use a mounting bracket. OH NO, that would have made too much sense! This idiot decides he's going to secure my bumper with ONE bolt too that's big for the hole with a nut on the back end to secure it! F*****G PATCHWORK! Also don't forget they had my car for TWO DAMN MONTHS! You couldn't run down to BMW and grab one, order one real quick? They're $10! The day I spoke to the general manager he claimed to have inspected my vehicle and was the one that "buffed out" my vehicle on the line! If that's the case you both f***ed up royally and both should be FIRED, IMMEDIATELY! All in all, don't go here! After I sue the living hell out of them the establishment will be renamed anyway! Then y'all can come back. The bad reviews aren't cap, Caliber is truly terrible! DO NOT COME HERE! You've been briefed! read more

Having to deal with the aftermath of an accident (repairs and insurance) is usually a terrible process. Initially, we were going to do the repairs through a body shop our insurance company had selected, but after some quick online research (the online reviews were mixed), I decided to find my own place. Caliber Collision in Buckhead stood out because it was close to where we live, had amazing online reviews on Google and Yelp, and even had an online quoting process. The Yelp community was spot on. Can't say enough about how great my experience with Caliber was. The online quote process was really simple (it's not necessary, but it did help get the ball rolling with my insurance company right away). The office staff was very friendly and everything was so organized. I was so impressed by how smooth the operations were. Forms were pre-printed and everything felt very covid-safe. They work with Enterprise for the car rental, and that too, was easy. Enterprise drives the car over and you can leave it at Caliber when you're done. The repair work looked great, and they guarantee their work. The car came back cleaner than when we brought it in. And they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I felt very well taken care of - it was such a seamless experience. Also, a shoutout to John who handled our repairs and went through great lengths to source a part during a busy holiday season. Caliber Collision provided the worst service I have ever had. I was asked to pick up my car on a Friday evening at 6:00. When, I got there the car was not ready for pick up and the person responsible for my car was nowhere to be found. The next time I showed up for car pick up, once again it was not ready. After I did pick the car up, it had a new problem - one that had not existed before the accident. I was told that the repair was under warranty and I should just bring it in anytime. Once I arrived, the manager drove it around the neighborhood, heard the problem, but insisted "I cannot diagnose it" and therefore cannot repair it. (It's 2023 - who diagnoses a problem simply by driving a car around and listening?). His proposed "solution" was for me to go to a dealership, pay for a diagnosis, prove that it was linked to the original accident, and then bring the car back to him. I am reporting the incident to my insurance company, will file a consumer complaint, and discourage anyone from ever using these people. read more

Office staff had no idea what was going on, telling me my car was ready to pick up in the am, then when I made arrangements to actually get it the glass had not been reinstalled and wouldn't be until after the weekend, which led to me not making preparations for a rental car. Additionally, twice I was told information had for sure not been received from my insurance. I then had to take my car back twice for more repairs within a few days. Now I find out that they never did an alignment which caused my brand new tires to be ruined! Refused to make necessary repairs after check engine light continually turned on. Said they'd send mobile mechanic to follow up on issues but never did. I happen to share the same insurance company, read some reviews (highly rated), and felt good about taking my car here. Due to COVID, they are asking to bring car in for estimate first due to supply shortages. Makes sense. Scheduling was easy and estimate was quick. However, when I called to schedule the repair, I was told they are not scheduling at this time. No feedback on when. So, the last 3 weeks have been a waste of time, and I am now in search of a shop that can help with the actual repair. My feedback to others would be to ask if they are actually able to do the work; this would have saved me a good bit of time. read more

Windshield broken on Thursday, no contact until Sunday. Scheduled an appointment for Monday, it was raining so they asked if I could bring it their shop; okay, no problem. He asked if I could be there around 10:00 am. When I get to the shop, the receptionist can't find my name on their list. Someone from the back asks if I'm there for collision or glass. Glass, I said. She says oh, no wonder, this is for collision. The glass guys just use our shop sometimes. We don't keep track of their work(she was rude and dismissive). There is a sign on the wall that clearly says Caliber Auto Glass. I contacted the technician to let him know I'm here and he says he's on the way. An hour and a half later and I'm still waiting. I'm here with a car that is from Flexcar. (I also have other vehicles insured with USAA and they have a sign on the wall that says this is a STARS facility-I don't see how). When I first arrived to drop off my car I was thinking and hoping that it would be a seamless process. There was no one in line and I had already set up a time for Enterprise to drop off my rental car...but still the process took an hour. Even now thinking about it, there should be no reason it should take that long. In addition, one of the receptionist ladies was quite rude. When it came time to pick up my car I got a text that my car was ready on Friday. I called on Friday asked to speak to Travis and was told he was at lunch. Just like that. Probably the same rude receptionist I interacted with before. Was not given an offer to leave a message or that they would reach out to him on my behalf. Because I have a job I'm not able to make continuous calls. When I finally did have a chance to call back it was after hours and the gentleman who answered the phone was also rude and told me they were closed. Didn't offer to leave a message or even seem interested in helping me. Now I'm thinking there must be something in the water for me to keep getting this type of service. I call again on Monday, asked to speak to Travis and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I actually had to hang up the phone b/c I had patients to attend to. Called again and finally was able to speak to Travis (3rd time must be the charm) and told him I would be picking up my vehicle at 5pm. I arrive at the shop at 4:59 pm to retrieve my vehicle and unfortunately I'm "assisted" by the same rude receptionist from my previous experience (her station is the one on the right while facing the reception area). She removes my packet from the drawer, tells me his much I owe, then answers the phone. While she is on the phone Travis comes by and tries to retrieve my packet from the file station. I told him I have it and as I pick up my file from the desk the rude receptionist pulls the packet from my hand and tells me "that's not yours". I look at her in surprise (like did she REALLY just do that?) and I say "yes it is" as I point to my initials. She just continues on the call without apologizing. Travis is a witness to all of this. I made a comment about how this place is weird and just went to sit down and wait to sign my papers so that I can pay and get out of there. Lastly, when I got home, I noticed tape around my car key. I called to ask why there is tape and was told it was to prevent my key fob from falling apart b/c it was loose. This tape makes it difficult for me to push the lock button. I would think a repair shop can think of a better way to fix a "supposedly loose" key fob then by wrapping it with tape. Anyway, I won't be coming here again or recommending this place to anybody who appreciates their time not being wasted. Thank you. read more

Want to give an update to my recent review. I received an email from Eddy at Caliber after my post, he said to bring the vehicle in asap that they had a hitch replacement ready. I brought it in this morning he took the vehicle back and within 30 minutes I had the replacement hitch on my vehicle. Without interruption, no over talking, just allowed me to list my concerns and then addressed each and every one when I picked up my car.
