He gave us the honest truth that it would take about 3 days to fix our back number. And it was a plus that they also scheduled Enterpise car rental near by to pick us up from the shop. What customer service! They take all form of payments. If you do charge it on your credit card there's an additional service fee added on to the cost if you chose to pay this route. Ask about the fee amount before you decide to charge it! When we got a call back, it was 3 days! When we arrived the car was parked up front, washed, waxed and cleaned up inside. Both times I've have had to go back to the actual dealership to completely fix everything. A) If you bring in your car through insurance their estimator Mike WILL LIE through his teeth on the phone about your damage. B) Work done is subpar and they lag. That lifetime guarantee sounds good but they only cover that specific work they did not if they mess up anything else while trying to fix your car and it causes issues later. Literally had the dealer calling them asking why they didn't properly do the work the first time back in 2022 because coolant / oil was leaking from work being so poorly done and needed an AC and Heat Pump replacement. How do you manage to make a Tesla LEAK OIL?? Luckily I was still under warranty
