After two other Caliber Collision locations caused $15,000 in additional damage to my car, I swore I would never step foot in another Caliber again. Then circumstances brought me to this Fort Worth location and Sebastian completely changed my mind. Fast forward to my next accident -- I still didn't fully trust Caliber so I went to a certified Lexus collision center instead. Biggest mistake of my life. Three months, seven supplements, and they still couldn't fix my car and tried to ghost me. State Farm ultimately authorized an independent diagnostic and there was only one place I trusted -- Sebastian. Once again this location delivered. Sebastian, the amazing woman at the front desk, and the guys in the back treated me like family. They immediately checked my car for safety concerns, were completely transparent about everything they found, and genuinely cared about the fact that another shop had let me drive an unsafe vehicle for months. In the middle of a four month insurance nightmare this team was the one bright spot throughout the entire ordeal. Sebastian deserves every recognition Caliber has to offer. I ran over a can of spray paint at 4 o'clock on a Friday. I took it straight in and they immediately took it back and within half an hour had all the paint off of it and the car washed and it looked perfect. They were so kind, so helpful, so quick to respond. Very impressed. read more

okay first off I don't wanna say the whole business is shady but the guy doing my estimate that works at this location is very shady and has lied on my estimate. He added parts that were already missing like my front bumper which I put in the police report, I never even had then he listed a part on the estimate that was a broken or damaged door handle and not once did I send a picture to insurance saying I had a broken door handle plus I had just went up there a few days ago and pointed out exactly what happened and I never pointed out a broken door handle because that's false . Well, I get a call from the insurance saying the estimate is just short of nine grand and they're just gonna total out the car. I said OK that's fine but what parts were listed on the estimate and that's when I found out the guy that works at this location was lying. He's probably been lying before on other customer's estimates he's probably gonna continue to lie and who knows what other parts he's lied on. on the Estimate.... Incredible service from start to finish. Now only did Caliber complete the job, but they finished all the work earlier than anticipated. Sebastian is a true professional and very friendly. He went out of his way to over-communicate to ensure the information and timelines were understood and never once did he over promise. He was patient to answer the questions I had and touched base when he said he would. Front desk staff were also inviting and helpful. Overall, the work they did on my car was exceptional. Years ago I had taken my car to caliber twice, after getting nailed with the infamous hail storms in the early 2000's, and was very happy with their work and experience. However, when I started searching for shops recently after my daughter wrecked her VW, I started to see some negative reviews about Caliber's shops overall. Thankfully, I decided to take a chance and use them despite reading those reviews. So glad I did. The Vickery location is all that you want an automotive repair shop to be. Their work, their clear and constant communication, as well as their timing, was amazing. Of particular significance, was there follow up service after the fact. After getting our car back in perfect running order, a week later, my daughter called me to say that the car was acting up and Electronics were freaking out. I immediately assumed that the shop had connected something wrong when putting it back together, even though it worked perfectly up to this point. I called Caliber and spoke with Sebastian, who was the representative in charge of our car when it was there being serviced. I told him the issue and he said that they would send out a tow truck to get our car for an exam. Early the next morning, the tow truck showed up and grabbed it. Several hours later, Sebastian called me and said that it was just a drained battery and that nothing else was wrong with jt. And here's why you should take your vehicle to Caliber...because they go above and WAY beyond their duties. Not only did they NOT charge me for the tow service, but they charged up the car's battery for us! I was blown away, to be honest. They had every right to charge me for the tow and for their time to look it over...and charge it, but they didn't! This is the kind of service that everyone dreams of having from a repair shop. One that actually operates with honesty and integrity, SERVES people and doesn't seek to take advantage of them at every turn. It's particularly high def and beautiful to see, especially in this day and age when people have become so self-serving and narcissistic. I posted this review on google as well- but to hit another audience it's going here as well. I know that caliber collision is not the only guilty party in this review- insurance companies are definitely playing a role, but this has gotten far out of hand. We dropped our car off at the end of may 2023, and still to this date do not have it returned to us (August 1st). Let that sink in, we haven't had this car in MONTHS. It is not totaled or any where near totaled. The insurance company can no longer give us a rental do the extreme amount of time this has taken. We have not had a rental car in over a month. Caliber told us it would take 3-4 weeks, and it has been over twice that. Now the car is fixed and finally done, and we can not pick it up due to insurance not paying out (not our insurance either). We deserve not only our time, but our patience respected. A car is a necessary tool in this and many other households. We have been dragged a long with little consideration or thought. There is no accountability, no apologies. It is heinous. read more

I have had to use this place twice because USAA thinks they're good, what a joke! The first time I had to take my car back three times to get it correctly fixed. I am only giving it two stars because the center manager kept his word and did fill up my car. He was very nice but as far as everything else besides the repair. I am giving them a one star on customer service and communication. Even after i spoke to the center manager i still failed to get told my by Issac if my car was even ready on monday morning so i had to call once again and speak to John at the front who told me it was ready. My antenna was bent and the cover scraped off of the top of my Edge, there was a little scraping on the actual roof, but mostly it was replacing the antenna and cover. They ordered the parts and had the cover painted and ready to go when they got my car. It cost WAY less than what the dealership had quoted and took less time and they were able to just buff the scratches out on the roof. They also took the time to check on a problem with my sunroof and find out what was wrong with it when I mentioned a problem with it - just to be nice! We had used them before and they did a good job then too and we have recommended them to several friends. read more

literally impossible to get ahold of, suck at communicating, and took 3 plus weeks to fix very minor damage on my car. do not recommend. after posting this review - steven at calliber collision called me and said he refused to repair my vehicle. this happened immediately after i (at 30 weeks pregnant) just took the rental there to switch it out for another car they gave me that had a mechanical issue. i have never in my life had someone do business this way. apparently, if you write a negative review of this company - instead of attempting to make you happy - they refuse service. unbelievable. read more
