They did mention that someone would be able to give my husband a ride after he dropped off the truck, since they would probably be able to fix it within a day. Strangely, on the day of the appointment, when my husband asked about a ride back to our house, which is only a mile away, Mario said that he wouldn't be able to do it. Seems like mixed information, since he mentioned he would be able to do that when he gave me the estimate. If you end up getting a rental car, this won't be an issue for you, but if it's minor damage that they could take care of in a day, this is something to consider. The location is a bit awkward. You have to drive all the way into an area that almost feels like an alleyway. When you exit, it is a quick merge, so have your wits about you, otherwise you might get into another car accident lol. I was essentially told they would not work on my car unless I agreed to pay out of pocket. What made the situation worse was the sudden shift in behavior. The moment I called my boyfriend to come over, the representative's tone completely changed. He then said he would take photos and reach out to insurance, which made the earlier refusal even more concerning. Because of how I was treated, I do not feel comfortable returning.
