This review is based on the follow up and out of warranty support offered by Francisco (Frank). They did some work for me (which I probably would have given 3 stars for based on final price vs quote and a couple details at the end). One of the window molding was not installed correctly and ended up falling off later. They replaced it and stood behind their work. So 5 stars for standing behind their work, 3.5 for the first and overall job and cost. Gives them a solid 4 starts. No one is perfect. 4 stars is good. read more

So we're going from bad to worse. After several parts orders back and forth and wrong parts being delivered we agree to go with a NEW part directly from Mercedes. Part not delivered as promised and more excuses made by Francisco. He literally told me " We don't make the parts". That's when I ended the conversation. After we got our car back from Caliber, we immediately had headlight issues, both headlights weren't working. Caliber told us the headlamp bulbs needed to be replaced. I thought that was strange since we took the car there for front end damage. Had Honda dealer reinspect repairs, they said the car had been reassembled improperly. Had to take the car to a different collision center for the repairs to be completed properly with Honda approved parts. Just felt like Caliber was a big runaround. read more

Like the other negative reviews mentioned we experienced the same and similar situation. Poor attention to detail. Over spray, poor blending, spots in paint like dust and or debris. Other parts of our car had over spray on it. Over spray on molding pieces. Over spray in the door jams and inside molding. I don't believe this shop sprays inside a paint room. It seems like they spray outside and stuff gets all over the vehicle. We had to take the car back several times and eventually we gave up and took it to another paint shop. read more

I am on vacation in Temecula and the engine shield underneath the bottom of my car was dragging on the ground. I stopped by caliber collision in Temecula and spoke to the front desk to see if they would take a walk in. She said let me ask my supervisor. Frank came out and said let me take a look and he was able to go get a tool and come and unscrew the shield And place it in the back of my car and they didn't even charge me for it. OK to make matters worse, while caliber replied to me saying I should email them so that they can correct this problem. I emailed them and five days later still no responses. I guess this is the reputation this company enjoys. Thank you for confirming that my review was correct to begin with. So even higher up the chain, you guys can't even get it right. You've left me high and dry on something that should've never taken place. You treat your customers this poorly imagine how you treat your employees like. This is nonsense and I will take this further. Again, my highest recommendation to anyone considering caliber, DON'T!! you're very welcome. I just saved you a nightmare of hell. Do not come here whatever you do even if your insurance recommends it, you will be regretting it they made the car worse than what it was when it came in they burn the paint buffing too much the way they masked off the car was complete trash where the fresh clear coat is peeling away from the door jam. Frauded my insurance and said that they did work that wasn't done, The blending is horrid with clearcoat missing on door and a pillar, trash in the paint and clear coat and car feels like sandpaper. I've been to the caliber in Murrieta and had a great experience, but this caliber collision has no clue what they're doing and who knows where they got their workers probably next-door at the car wash. Now I have to get the district manager involved and corporate as well as report this to my insurance as caliber They said they remove the tail light assembly and got paint all over it. It's hard to pick up all the damage they did from the photos, but even the dent is now an outward dent and body lines they rounded. This needs a total respray and now that they burned the paint in the door it's going to lead into having to repaint a door that was not even damaged. Do not go here! Paint they blended doesn't even match and have 3 different shades of silver now as you can see in the rear door that was not even damaged. read more

Some person ran into me in December and completely trashed the left side of my Bronco, leaving me beyond angry and stressed. But, I felt assured that my insurance and Caliber would take care of everything. I won't lie, there were a few bumps in the road regarding the damage and timeline. I had my Sequoia repaired this week. I am unable to get my vehicle back from them because the person who gave me a ride when dropping it off is barfing and can't help me out. My husband died two months ago, normally he would have helped me. My daughter works in San Diego and doesn't get home until after they close. They aren't open on Saturday. I offered to pay them online and asked one of their employees to drive my car the five miles to my house. They said they can't do that. They said they were short staffed.
