A update on previous review Horrible nightmare! We brought our car in for a minor repair and it came out with an aftermarket part which constantly caused a drained battery. We took in our fully equipped Honda Accord 2025 that was only 3 months old. They decided to cheat us and installed an aftermarket part which they denied they did anything wrong and constantly blamed the Honda dealer. Honda performed a diagnostic test and found out that they replaced a new part with an aftermarket part. I do b not recommend them. They use deceptive practices. The worst part is AAA recommended them. read more

I was side swiped on a Tuesday afternoon, took it in to on Wednesday morning, and my car was ready the following Thursday.Not to mention, it was delivered to me! I was in a minor car accident and my insurance company provided me with a list of car repair shops that I could go to. I selected Caliber Collision - Whittier since it was the closest and had the best reviews. My insurance estimator sent them the report and within minutes of them receiving it, they had called me to see when I could bring my car in. I was able to do so within the hour. Once arriving, I was promptly assisted by Rose. This was also when I noticed that they were Ford recognized (I have a Ford). The whole process was very quick and easy. They also work with Enterprise since they are close by and had someone come to pick me up since my insurance had made a reservation with them. During the repair process, they updated me via a link, texts, and phone calls. They also finished earlier than anticipated. They answered any questions I had. When I went to pick up my car, it looked brand new (my car is 12 years old). They washed, vacuumed, and I'm pretty sure waxed my car (since it was so shiny). The inside smelled great. Rose even called me a couple days after picking up the car to see if everything was still good. Exceptional customer service! This is a Geico Auto Body Repair center. They gave me an estimate, Geico approved it and wanted to schedule the repair. All I asked is would they please order the $279 part first, and I will bring in my car. I use my car for business and wanted to minimize the loss of use. The General Manager, Rey said no. Because he has been burned before. I asked Geico to intervene, on my behalf, due to my long term relationship with them and he still refused. Geico graciously reached out to another approved auto body shop in Whittier and they were more then happy to accommodate me. As a member of the Whittier Chamber of Commerce it hurts me to see a local business turn away business because they don't trust the people in their community. read more

I recently got an into a car accident on 8/2 and was able to take my car to Caliber Collison through my insurance. The moment i walked in the woman in the front was very welcoming, as were all the workers. They made sure to walk me through the process of inspection what would be done to my vehicle, and approximately how long it could take to fix. They were also welcome to any questions /concerns. I was quoted to have my car back in about a month an a half however, i was able to get my car in a month to the day. (Picked up 9/2) While they were working on my vehicle Ubi and his team kept me posted throughout the process with text messages and calls weekly letting me know what was being done to my car and again, if i had any questions. They also stated that a part i needed was on back order and found a place that had the part in stock and drove to Ontario to get it themselves. When getting the car back, they also explain what was done. All parts needed etc. They also gave my vehicle a wash. Looking brand new, i was truly satisfied with everything done and everyone who helped bring my car back to life. The team at Caliber Collison is very professional, friendly, hard working, they also made it a point to make sure i was satisfied 100%. I highly recommend taking you vehicle here. I had a 'minor' collision with a larger vehicle that tore off my front bumper, cracked the headlights but more importantly, slightly skewed the frame.
