I had microabrasion done on 7 teeth for gum abrasion. 3 of them fell out in less than 2 months. When I went in to have them repaired, the office manager tried to charge me more than what I paid the first time. It seems like this office does not care about their patients. The staff appears cold. I felt like they were constantly trying to upcharge me. When I asked for a refund on the microabrasions that fell out, I was denied. I had already gotten a second opinion which indicated more of the work would probably fail as well. I would not recommend Dr. Jason Morgan to anyone. I will never return to this office. The New "office manager" aka receptionist Fabiola in the office is rude and unprofessional. She has zero people skills and has completely ruined this business. She doesn't want to do her job and lacks customer service. My family has been going to this dentist and orthodontist for 6 years and never had a problem until this subpar individual started. We had a credit on our account because we have double insurance for 2 years. Fabiloa refused to bill our secondary insurance or use our health spending card when she told us about a small balance during an appt. She said "I am not doing that" she is lazy and has very poor work ethic. I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone after the way I was treated. I have had the absolute worst dental care of my life here! Came in for a chipped tooth & was told I needed a cleaning. At the first appt they told me I could just do a general cleaning if I didn't want to do the recommended deep cleaning. So I scheduled for a general cleaning for a different day. Once I arrived for my general cleaning, I was told that if I didn't do a deep cleaning they wouldn't see me. Mind you, they wanted to charge me $140 for a deep cleaning. So I decided to cancel for the time being. Then I called to receive some clarity regarding the situation & was transferred to Irene who told me that I didn't have the option to choose what cleaning I wanted bc I have a "gum infection", which was never communicated to me. She then told me she would email me my medical records & have the manager call me. Well, then another 5 days go by with no email from them or call from the manager so I call back & finally speak to the office manager, Sabby. Sabby then tells me that I was told I had a gum infection per the notes, which is concerning that they are falsifying medical records. She then told me I have to pay $25 for my medical records, even though Irene told me she would email them to me. Sabby continuously cut me off after she would ask me a question & I would try to answer. & the phone call ended with Sabby telling me that I should receive care somewhere else & that I can come by in two days to pay for & pick up my medical records. If you would like to feel like you are running in circles trying to receive clarity regarding your own medical care, then this is the place for you! read more

I went in with a coupon for $49 new patients; I needed 2 crowns & they wanted to charge me over $1,500 for each crown and when I said no, too expensive; they kept coming down in price and still it was too expensive. And I made an appointment for 3 months later for a cleaning at the end of the first appointment there and I specifically asked how much it would cost and I was told; "$49". I asked if she was sure; she looked at my file and said yes. Today I called to confirm my appointment for this Friday and I was quoted "$120". They call you 3 times and text you 4 times confirm your oppointment for your typical cleaning and if you want to commit to other repairs they want to reschedule your cleaning! The dentists themselves are great and did good at reassuring me during my crown application and my top wisdom teeth removal. However, scheduling here is hectic and you still will have to wait at least 30 minutes to be helped. I tried scheduling my bottom wisdom teeth removal and was rescheduled twice in one week only for me to wait 40 minutes in the lobby and for them to tell me no one in the office accepts my insurance for this procedure when I was not made aware of on the phone. read more

I wish I came here to read the review before I went to the clinic. This dental office is trying to max your insurance and plus ask for lots out of pocket. I brought my son for regular every 6 month clean, but was told he need moderate to deep clean which they will charge insurance plus I have to pay $260 by myself. My son had never need more than regular clean and he has no single cavity. If it is not because we change insurance to HMO, I would not end up there. This clicking was automatically assigned to us. So, after first visit, I called and changed to different dentist. But I will have to wait for another month before my son can go to different office to get check and clean. Waste my time. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now, one, because I have HMO, and two, because it's close to my work. Every time I come and set an appointment, I have to hassle with them to do our standard cleaning, and they always tell me "we don't know if we'll have time." A cleaning takes 10 minutes! Their staff at the desk also tends to always have an attitude especially if you question their procedures, or they tend to come across as they really don't know what's going on. The place itself needs a major overhaul - the furniture is out of date and there's pipes coming out of some of the walls. As far as the dentists go, they're all fairly professional, and seem to know what they're doing for the most part. Do watch the prices they come back to you with and double check them with your insurance to make sure the copayment is correct. read more

So my family and I have going California Dental group in Cypress for about 4 years now and me and my family will not be returning to them ever again. The office staff there is incompetent. They told me what my insurance covers and what I had to pay out of pocket for root canel and cap. Which was fine and paid the out of the pocket fee in full. Well now I bill from them saying that I owe them $1200 that insurance didn't cover. This is a problem! Telling patients what they have to pay and obviously they not checking the insurance on what they cover is negligence on their part. Maybe I wouldn't even get the work done if I knew the true cost. I wish that this was just a one time problem but the same thing happen to my girlfriend on a separate occasion. This office took $15,000 from me. Dec 2019, and I still have no teeth. Dental work was done by Dr Isacc, he was very incompetent. Not sure he knew what he was doing. Constantly had different issues each time he completed a procedure. This went on for months. I had a total of 4 different partials that did not fit right. The woman dentist who checked my mouth was extremely rough. When I complained she said she had to do a thorough check up and kept hurting me. She was argumentative and sadistic. I don't think she understood English well. Wish I could remember her name, but she said she is the dentist on Thursdays. Don't go on Thursdays.
