Both gentlemen were 5-star courteous and professional. Removal/disconnection/disassembly of my 30+ year old twin stack washer/dryer appliance was not required for vent access. After field inspection of the condo rooftop site and unit appliance location because my dryer vent was a short location from the vent exhaust location (less than 12 LF upward) cleaning from the vent exhaust location was easy and was completed within 15 minutes. Vusal tested the dryer airflow after the cleaning and measured at 6.5 m/s (1280 ft/min). After the vent cleaning, Vusal also cleaned up all the areas where the decades old loose dryer lint that had been extracted/expelled. Afterwards Vusal also was able to recover & retrieve my mini-vacuum extension that had previously fallen down into the vent screen shaft inside the dryer vent system. Workers left project site by about 12:25 pm. For this day and this specific project they get an easy 5-star rating. Paid by check for the quoted amount and I believe all is good. She had tried to fix it in her own, but the glass was screwed on so tightly that she wasn't able to get access. In addition, the glass had become foggy and clearly had not been cleaned for a long while. After opening it, it seemed like the previous owner had tried to burn real wood in the gas fireplace. Damn, it's been a couple of months now and I've been able to control the climate of my entire house from my phone, optimizing the temperature and sometimes making it as low as 66F to just enjoy the air being crisp. The install has been fantastic quality and the crew listened to everything I wanted every step of the way. They mounted rat spikes where I wanted, they put the lines and the units exactly where I asked and I've had no issues at all. I truly believe with home price comparisons in my area that I made money off of the install because it increased my home value.
