My trainer suggested I look into a meal prep service so I could get better results and make more consistent progress. I feel like I definitely feel the difference training eating really balanced and protein heavy meals I've also been able to lose a few pounds in these 3 weeks. I am on my third set of meals, and I really love it so far. I think it is a great value for the convenience and quality and I like their selection and diversity. Their packaging is also really great, and everything is very intentional and organized. Every couple of weeks they change up the menu I appreciate being able to do swaps as well because I can't eat broccoli/cauliflower anymore Everything was really easy on the sign up and I was contacted to arrange delivery right away. Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away. I am very happy with the service, and I love supporting as local as possible! I would definitely recommend to try if you are interested in a meal prep service and are local in their service area. I think if I could offer any feedback it would be great if there were some vegetarian options or swaps available someday? My partner is vegetarian and this could have been a double client household :) but yeah understandably different target populations for different meal prep services - but just thought I would share.

Excellent customer service - friendly, great communication, quick responses. Delivery always arrives during the designated time, is contactless, and very well packaged. The food: The meals are freshly prepared, not frozen, and ready to be reheated. Many meal delivery services are so high in sodium. Not the case with Lean Mean Meal Prep.
