If you're DESPERATE & don't mind an upside down car loan with the possibility of the car breaking down then this dealership is GREAT for that. They pretend to help "repair credit" but in reality they DESTROY credit. They're just not honest & upfront. You have to deal with so many different people and each person tells you something different. They claim to have "In house financing" but in the same sentence they say "it's not our decision it's the banks." I got a "deal" offer in the mail that sounded great so I acted on it & I was approved over the phone for a $15,000 car loan with no money down because I have a trade-in. Pricilla & Cheyenne convinced me to come in and "just pick out my car" however I just walked away with nothing because I didn't have $2000 cash. I'm not bitter I'm just advising from experience. I've had my car 3 months and its been to their less than brilliant service dept. 4 times for the same issue (s)The reason i bring it back to them is because i paid for the repairs to be done and my car was never properly fixed. The staff from the sales to the warranty department are all rude!! They give you the run around and then charge you for things they should be responsible for. Several employees from the Camacho Auto dealership kept calling my phone telling me that I had already been approved for a car loan for a brand new Toyota Camry and to come in with no money down! I already know that my credit is not good right now Because of a family member using my name! The last person I spoke to over the phone named Tanya told me to come into the dealership today and ask for George who is the head manager in charge and he was going to give me a car with no money down! I reiterated to Tanya over the phone that my credit is horrible right now and she said that's absolutely fine because we do not go based off credit whatsoever and you do not need a down payment! The guy I spoke to at the counter, named Juan who ran my application once again and ran my credit report again was extremely rude and disrespectful and had the biggest, Fakest white veneer teeth in his mouth and walked away mumbling things under his breath! I spoke to George and he walked away as I was still speaking and said he had something to do! These people are extremely rude and disrespectful! Do not waste your time going there!!! They tried to sell my little brother a 1998 car for over $10,000 a few years back, so I should have known better based off that horrific experience that time!!! Joli Garcia approached me when first arriving and talked me into driving away with a new car. She worked with me every step. She even went with me to the bank, with the car, and sat there while I applied for a loan with a better interest rate. She was a fun person who did not pressure me into buying what I did not want. If I could give zero stars I would. I went through absolutely nothing but hell with this dealership. I bought a used car from them with very low miles. Two days after I bought the car the check engine light came on. They had the car for two days and all they did was clean the the code. Then I get the car back and 3 days after that I had to take it back in for the same code coming up for the check Engine light. They had the car for three days this time for the same problem. I get the car back and I'm on my way to work in LA and the check engine light comes in and the car starts overheating. So then I had to pay for a tow from Santa Clarita back to Palmdale. They had the car for seven days this time and when I got the car back and hour later the check engine light came on I went right back to the service department and they were rude and refused to help me. So I go to the dealership the next day to meet with the General Manager Jugo Perez. I'm sitting and waiting all morning to speak to anyone. He then comes down and offers me a new car. I then choose the new car I want and he tells me I have to give them another thousand dollars if I want that car when I had already given then $4000 down payment and I have good credit. I refused and called my attorney and got my down payment back. I would never refer this car dealership to anymore. The most unprofessional team of car salesman and management team. They do not offer any services they do not offer any extended warranties. After I got my down payment back and they bought the car back from you like the paperwork they gave me said they did they mess my credit up said I was late for four months of payments and they repossess the car from me. I only had the car for 21 days so tell me where I would be late on four car payments. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THAT SHITTY ASS DEALERSHIP. Go somewhere else and get more for your money. read more

If I could give this place one star I would. Had my car towed to this dealer because the ignition broke and the vehicle was inoperable. They towed the car to the driveway of the dealership. It's stood parked there for a whole day without anyone bringing it into the shop. On the day it was towed I went into the service department and met with an African American service rep sitting behind the counter. I let him know of my concerns about the car and he seemed very disinterested. Told me to just leave the car and they will get back to me. He never got back to me. I had to call him back the next day and I demanded answers. The lame clerk told me that the car would have to be there for over a week because they had to order some parts. I told him to keep me posted about the status of the work. He never called me. I called him one week later and that's when he finally told me that the car will be ready in a couple of days and it will be covered by by warranty. On the day my car was ready he left a voicemail. That's all I ever heard from this guy. He was very unprofessional, rude and condescending. At one point earlier in our conversation he told me that if I didn't like the service I can take the car somewhere else. That black guy was a total prick. A few days later I got a survey in my email and I gave the dealership a bad review. Then a dealer ship representative called me to discuss the survey. He made excuses for the service reps behavior. The nerve of that dude. The first thing he told me when he called me was that he wanted to address my concern. He didn't care anything about my concerns only the reputation of the dealership. Okay... I know in the past I have said some really nasty things about Camacho (and it was kind of deserved and I'm not really sorry for it) but, back in November we made a really hard decision and traded our Saturn in (that we bought from them and we had a pretty bad experience with the used car and their customer service but that's a whole different story) for a brand new Mirage. Not only did they take the Saturn but they actually gave us money for it! The check engine light was on and the registration was out of date! They gave us a loyalty rebate and gave us an affordable payment! The whole experience was great, night and day from the time before at their used car lot. Miguel took great care of us and really looked after our family's needs. Today my check engine light came on and the car was acting really really funny. I took it in and Joey Gonzalez in the service department was super helpful and professional! He took my car right away no hassle and then they gave me a ride to work! The car is still under warranty so he reassured me they would take care of everything! Turns out a rodent had a little snack on some of my wires and that's not covered by warranty (understandable)! He still was super professional about it and kept it affordable. They changed my oil and bathed my car all for free and got her looking and feeling like new again, all in one day! And they offered to come pick me up from work!!! As Mitsubishi they have really gone above and beyond for us and I am really really grateful. I would definitely recommend them to a friend! read more

Great experience when I bought a car in October 2014 but, the car I bought in May 2015, has been a straight nightmare. Who honestly buys a car with one key? The receptionist are rude and lack basic customer service skills. They told the BBB that they ordered the keys a few days ago on June 26th and guess what? I still haven't heard anything. They said the car was "new" and guess what, it wasn't. Overpaid close to $7,000 on a car that I honestly hate now. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever again. They lost what could of been a very loyal customer. I just hope that at the end of the day they're happy with themselves. read more
