Used to go years ago with good experiences and thought I would try them again. Unfortunately there's a reason there isn't a wait. Everyone is very nice, but tge quality of the gel manicure was well below anywhere else in the area. The tech couldn't see well and had to redo most nails with a messy unfinished final look. Again they were very nice but likely some of their staff may not be up to the detailed work anymore.

If you do not want your nails to bleed and not get an attitude from the staff do not go to this nail salon. First of all she gave me an attitude when she told me a WRONG color for my nails. My service was a simple DIP extension with a light pink color and she could not give me that. Apart from just that she made me bleed and gave me an attitude about it. On top of all of that the powder got all over the sides of my nails and she didnt bother to clean it before setting it so it looks like my fingers are so much more WIDER than they actually are. And my nails literally are not the same color in the picture you can see them coming through. I wish I did not tip but I still did.

I'm very disappointed at my experience here. I was rushed through my service and left with poorly done nails. I had a gel mani removal, and then a regular mani/pedi. All of this was done in 60 mins....by 3 different technicians. A typical pedi alone is usually 1 hour....this speaks to how rushed my service was. I came in around 10am on a Saturday morning as a walk in. They were full at the time and was asked to come back at 12pm, which was fine, it was a small shop, and busy. I confirmed a gel removal and regular mani/pedi and left. I came back at 12, and was welcomed back, and asked to pick out colors. They didn't confirm the service but they recognized me so I assumed they remembered. I was asked to the mani station first, but I didn't think anything of it because all the pedi stations were full and I needed my gel removed, but halfway through, I looked down at my feet and my tech commented that the color still looks good and its not time for a pedi yet...at that point I confirmed that I DID want a pedi and asked if there was still time. Instead of being honest and saying they forgot/overbooked/whatever else, she said yes there is still time, and began to rush my manicure. She ended up cutting me while trimming my cuticles, and didn't say anything about it, just ignored it. Then before painting, she asked me to move to the newly opened pedi station, and said someone else would be doing the pedi....what I didn't expect was for them to pain my mani portion in the pedi chair as well. Technician 2 came over, and started asking to paint my mani while I was in the pedi chair. She was also rushing, gave me really streaky nails, and a blotchy layer. She didn't really talk to me other than asking for my hand, and she looked at her phone multiple times while doing my nails. Then, technician 3 came along to do my pedicure. Ironically, the pedi portion was much more normal and what I expected in service level. I wasn't rushed through the pedi portion of it. If they really didn't have time to fit me in, I'd much rather they let me know and come back and receive better service, rather than this. I'm frustrated that I paid to get my nails done, and I left with a manicure that I could've done better myself at home. I don't think this level of service would have been any different if I had made an appointment days before, I saw others come in with appointments that were also rushed as well, though maybe their experience was better.

Go here! They are so sweet and particular about your nails. The women were friendly and did a great job on my gel mani and pedi. They have all these plastic screens up so I felt very safe getting my nails done there during covid.

My finger started to have bad inflammation the next day after manicure.... it is still swollen and hurts a lot

Severe inflammation on my finger after manicure. Do not recommend as u won't want that happen to u.

Dip is peeling already, it's been 3 hours since I got the manicure.

Got a dip manicure three hours ago and the top layer is peeling off. It looks terrible. Super disappointed with this. It cost $40 and didn't last 3 hours...I haven't done anything with my hands except type on my keyboard. For anyone that isn't aware, dip is supposed to last 3 weeks, not 3 hours.

I've been coming here for about 6 months now and I love it! Cathy is wonderful and her shop is clean, comfortable, and high-quality. The dip manicure has transformed my nails -- they're so long now! No tips! Cathy is always excited to show me new colors they got in or to try out something new. I love Cambridge Nails and highly recommend checking it out.

Do not go here for dip. Absolutely terrible. Worst manicure I've ever gotten, it is laughable.

I brought in CND additives glitter that I wanted added to my shellac manicure, and Lena had never used this product before.

I cannot say enough good things about Shannon and her business, Noel Herbal Skincare…read more I had my first facial with her over the summer and it was by far one of the most relaxing and effective facials I've ever had. As a person, Shannon is a true professional and is an expert when it comes to skincare and using natural products to promote wellness. She has such a gentle, calming spirit, and you feel at ease as soon as you are in her presence. When I visited Shannon, I received the Moon Facial, which was very restorative and left my skin feeling beautiful. It involves extractions and steam, but in the most gentle way possible. I'm personally pretty sensitive to steam, so I asked Shannon if it could be lowered and she immediately took care of it and was great about checking in during the whole process to make sure I was comfortable. The products she used didn't irritate my skin at all and really made a difference. My mom has also visited Shannon for facials many times, and tells me that her "happy place" is being at Noel Herbal Skincare, receiving the most amazing facial. I completely agree. Cheers to many more visits to the happy place.

All the products felt so good on my skin. When masks were sitting on my face Shannon did neck, shoulder and arm massages. I used the restroom when I was done and I was shocked when I looked in the mirror. My skin looked so healthy. A few months ago I did a hydro facial and my skin did not look like this when I left. Going forward I am going to skip those spa's and do a facial with Shannon.

Let me tell you why. 1) She genuinely cares about her work and her customers. It shines through in everything she does. Her space is well organized, cozy and welcoming, and her products are really tempting (and if I didn't already use the best skincare line out there for me, I'd buy whatever she recommended). 2) She takes her time getting to know you and your current routines, and what your skin needs. Everyone's skin is different, and my own skin changes a lot depending on time of year, stress, and age. She takes everything into account and customizes my facials to what I need that day. 3) Her prices are all inclusive - no tipping needed. That is so refreshing, and takes a lot of pressure off of me as a client. I highly recommend her, if you can get a spot!

You must go to Cheryl. I had major surgery this year (one of them being over 12 hours long!!) and was dealing with a lot of (inevitable) swelling. I also, related to issues with TMJ and bad posture (partially due to jaw issues), have had chronic and fairly severe shoulder pain. Forever. In one of the surgery recovery FB groups I'm in, I came across a number of people touting the benefits of lymphatic drainage/lymphatic massage. Since I was willing to try just about anything, I looked into it. After reading about a zillion reviews, I settled on calling up Cheryl. She was super responsive and we set up our first appointment. Now fast forward almost five months - I'm still with her and the results have been incredible. Indeed, after only the first few sessions, my surgeon commented on how amazed he was at how fast my swelling had come been resolving. I know it was due to Cheryl. We are now trying rolfing to better help my shoulder and I can already feel a difference. Cheryl listens to what's going on and makes suggestions and a treatment plan based on those concerns, along with the things she detects as she goes along. She knows a ton about the body (putting basically every other massage therapist I've ever seen to absolute shame). She even came to my house a week after surgery to do a massage on my bed, when I was absolutely miserable and unable to leave the house. She would have come to see me at the hospital, too. She follows up and remembers everything we've been working on. She is fantastic. She also spends an incredible amount of time with me - more than she really should, given how much I pay her. But she's clearly a perfectionist and cannot let you leave until she's gone through and worked on all the things that need work. As I've spent time with her, I've learned about the many clients she's had (and continues to have) who have come to her with serious (and awful) issues around swelling, lymphedema being chief among them. These people have stayed with her *for years and years* because of the help she has provided them. (it's not her fault - lymphedema is the kind of thing that requires constant vigilance and thus repeated professional treatment). She has changed lives - truly. On top of all this she is just a great person. And her dog Bella is absolutely the most adorable little thing you've ever seen. Oh! And she also does more regular massage and facial/face massage, all of which I've also been able to enjoy as the needs around my surgery have lessened. In short: Cheryl is absolutely the best. She's worked at all the fanciest spas in Boston, even worked on celebrities (the stories about which are super fun to hear), and now runs her own practice that means the rest of us can see her. I 100% recommend!
