If you have a Goldendoodle, DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! I brought 2 of my Goldendoodles in for their appointment at 10:30AM and I didn't receive a call back until 6:30PM telling me that they weren't able to get to one of my dogs and they accidentally clipped the others ear! When I came to pickup my pets I paid for the one and then they brought my dog with the clipped ear out and he was bleeding profusely in the lobby. A bystander thought he'd been attacked. I stated to the workers that I will not take my dog in my car in that condition, that it must be wrapped or he must go to the animal hospital. One of the workers tried to wrap it, but the blood kept seeping through. I asked for the manager and she was not present. One gentleman finally helped me glue it and wrap it so that I can get him to my car. I received the managers contact and called Anita Sahoo and left a message about the whole situation. I ended up having to take my dog to the animal hospital because the bleeding never stopped. Anita finally returned my call 2 days later and said she'd pay the hospital bill if I brought it in. I asked her about receiving a discount or refund on my pets grooming because my pets were no longer able to be in our family pictures and she refused, stating that mistakes happen. I told her I wouldn't be bringing my other pet in, but I'd bring the bill in for the hospital. She was completely rude over the phone and when I brought the bill in the employee who cut the ear had no remorse. 3 months later Anita has ignored my emails and calls and hasn't refunded the hospital bill. I have contacted my lawyer and hope this aides in deterring new customers because no one deserves the headache of having to go through this. read more

Pretty disappointed about the daycare experience! First, the carpet in the lobby was coated in layers of long dog hair. Doesn't look like they vacuum or clean very often. :/ Next, when I went to pick up my dog he was oddly wet in certain areas, coated in dust, and smelled homeless. The smell was so strong and pungent that I had to roll down the windows the whole ride home and had to give him a bath right away. I was super annoyed because I just gave him a bath two days ago and now he needed another bath after daycare. Also, I noticed a circular red rash is forming on his belly and it looks like ringworm. :( Haven't got it verified yet, but it looks similar to photos online. I'm very concerned as it appeared after being at daycare all day. Furthermore, the webcams are really blurry. You can't really tell what's going on in the play yard. Other daycares have clear webcams, and with technology advancements, I was disappointed that no upgrades have been made. read more

In short: don't take your dog here if you want him to eat, play and/or interact with humans. We gave this place a real chance, and brought our dog back multiple times. We really wanted it to work because of the location, but after all the disappointment we will not be back. The first day he played all day, but the staffers never gave him a break to eat. The following days, we watched the webcam and saw that our dog mostly hid in a corner (edit: trying to hide from the squirt bottle-wielding staff). The staff wanders around and cleans up piddle, and they spray the dogs with a water bottle if they hump or bite, or for no reason sometimes. That's it. They never pet or train any of the dogs. I had given my dog's kibbles to the staff, and the first day they said he was too nervous to eat. Ok, I get that. The next time I gave them wet food knowing that my dog goes crazy over it. I asked if he ate it. "Oh, I'm not sure..." said the staffer. So wait, you're not sure whether you fed my dog? When my pup got home he was starving, and totally wild, wanting to play. If you need a place to keep your dog to make sure it stays alive and doesn't piss at your house, Camp Bow Wow might be for you. This location is new and I absolutely love it! Location, staff, clear cameras, clean play areas and furniture, they got it all. There is also a free evaluation for your little one on the first visit. Because this place is so new, there are not as many dogs as the Las Vegas location. However, my little girl had a good time because the handlers there are so interactive. I can see on the cam on my app, how much attention the handlers give her. They pet her, give out commands, and she follows. When we brought her home, she went to find her bed and plopped on it. After the evaluation, we quickly booked her overnight stay for St. Paddy's Weekend. Because the little one play hard, I made sure the staff document my request. The staff prints out the overnight campers card and jot down the amount of food to give Dolce, how many times a day, how she should rest for 20 minutes after 45 minutes of play. They are very detailed and accepted my little girl with kindness. When Earl and I went to go pick her up, we even requested for a tour of the camp. There is a room for tiny dogs, a play area for small dogs, another for medium dogs, and a bigger play area for large dogs. Those areas also have another part that dogs are allowed to go outside for some VITA D. We definitely feel not so guilty for leaving our baby here. She is well taken care of. read more

My puppy is passed out cold as I write this review. I just moved to the area and was looking for a kennel/daycare to check out. I love that you can watch your pup through the cameras! I seriously sat and watched Raven through the camera for over an hour. I could see that she was having a blast running around and playing with the other pups. There were a few instances where she got into it with another camper, but hey... she needs to learn to run with the big dogs. While watching my pup, I noticed that the staff members inside the pen gave my little girl all the attention that she wanted (she is always trying to be the center of attention). The staff members inside the pen are truly amazing. They cleaned up pee, gave attention to every camper, helped transition campers in and out of the pen (which is no easy feat if you watch the live stream!), and broke up any overly-aggressive playing. On one instance, Raven popped a squat in the middle of the pen and peed all over the concrete floor. Oh boy was I embarassed... but no worries, the ladies immediately ran to mop up the spill. I am very happy with this facility and will be back again as much as possible. Raven was so happy after camp, which makes me very happy! read more

I've been coming to this location for years and it's not the same. The staff was slow and rude and made the check in process very confusing and slow. I mentioned to the employee's that it usually doesn't take this long to check my dogs in. The dark hair girl in charge gave me an attitude and said they are training a new employee and gave dirty looks as I left totally uncalled for. I booked my 3 Shiba Inu's in for a 6 day stay and groom on pickup day. I didn't get any pictures of them like I use to on their stay. One of my dogs chewed his collar and it's ruined never happened before. On pickup the dog that came out of grooming had a scarf. My dogs no scarf. The employee taking my payment was rude again when saying you can leave a tip but I know your not like really expect me to not tip. I tipped $40 and smiled because I'm not sure what their problem is. I spent close to $1000 for this stay and I'm disappointed because this is after I talked to a manager about my last stay. I highly recommend looking for a better boarding facility. read more

The people that work there seem nice, I took my pup there a couple times to try their day care out..I logged in the camera's and I noticed a female worker spray my dog with a water bottle & she was just standing there not doing anything...So I just got in my car drove down & picked her up, after I saw that I was not going to let my dog get frustrated by some1 spraying her for no reason, besides I am training my dog to be a service dog & this is not how you treat animals, shes a puppy so you need to use commands not make them feel afraid of things....I brought her back for just a few hours 2 more times after having a talk with the people & how I wanted my dog treated & that I was already having her work with a trainer & the use of commands was important & I did not want anyone to use a water bottle on her...I previously had treated her 6 weeks prior for Gardia a fecal parasite & I had her fecal retested, & the test results came back the gardia parasite was negative but now all of a sudden she tested positive for a different parasite which she did not have before...so she got it from being at Camp Bow Wow from a dog there that was carrying the parasite & infested their location...I informed the Director there as they were going to need to let the clients know about the fecal parasite as their pets were probably infected or soon would be if whoevers dog was carrying the parasite would be spreading it all over their place..I asked if they dis-infect everytime after a dog goes poop & she said no..they only pick it up, well thats how the parasites are spread once a dog poop the parasites are going everywhere on the ground, the other dogs if they walk in the area then they will get infected... The Director gave me the impression as if she thought my dog was the problem for the parasite as they kept her in a boarding area alone for the time she was there the last day I brought her for daycare as I did call them after I had dropped her off in am & then I got the call from my Vet about the test results but I couldn't go back to get her for a few hours as I needed to go to AZ for the day, but I wanted them to be aware of the test results after I found out...I had no problem for them pulling my dog aside for the day but I did not appreciate the impression after I went back to pick her up that they weren't going to do anything for the other clients who bring their dogs there... The Director did not seem to be too concerned about it just said she would look into it & talk to the owners. Well at that point I told her their location was infested already & now my dog has to be treated all over again for now Ova Parasites ...Which I am very upset about and the fact they werent going to inform anyone else that brings their dogs in for day care was nuts...Who knows at this point how many dogs are infected & just spreading more of the parasites...I will never go back there again... read more

Camp Bow Wow is fantastic! Our pup Riley loves to go and meet new friends and play at least once a week. I love the flexibility of the half day/ full day for the campers! Since Riley is such a big dog he can only handle a half day but he is exhausted and happy every time he leaves. He hates leaving us so the first couple camp days it was hard for him to leave our side but once the employees brought him in to play he was settled for the day, and now he doesn't even look back when we drop him off! The employees are all so caring of the pups, it helps too that you can view the campers throughout the day with their campercams (live video cameras), for us overprotective moms LOL. First the front desk takes my info and says the trainer will be in contact with me, didn't happen. I then emailed asking for information on the training sessions. Anthony the trainer finally emailed me back and provided his schedule and asked me what day works best. I picked this Saturday he says ok and that the front desk will call me the next day to confirm all the information. They never called. I call the friday before to confirm the appointment and they tell me it's just for a interview which is not even required for the training and that their trainer Anthony is not even in this weekend I emailed the trainer back asking what happened, he has not responded. So my husband figures we will take our puppy in for the interview any ways and try to get more information. He gets there and they turn him away saying the puppy is not old enough for the interview!! My 3 Italian Greyhounds aged 5 months to 14 years LOVED camp bow wow. The breed is known for being high energy. They were asleep before we got off the property! The puppy was surprisingly the first to fall asleep. We thought we needed boarding next week so we went through the interview process. Our sitter is not leaving town now so they will be back when we return to town at least once a week. I loved the cameras and know they got tons of attention and play time. Was told there would be a sur-charge for Thursdays and Fridays (since when?) Told them I should not have to pay that bc I made the reservation 3 months prior before they had that policy. Then they tell me there's a surcharge for the Independence day holiday (extra $20.). I searched and searched the website and found no such surcharge- even when it talks about making a reservation early during the holidays. Also, I looked around the office, no sign. So....they will give meds to another dog every day (my dog doesn't) at no charge but all these added charges for weekends and holidays?! I have been taking my dog here for 4 years. The place is wildly chaotic and busy, but our goal was to get our puppy used to other dogs. They had training available while boarding her which was very convenient and they helped her get socialized. If they had staff overnight, I would have given it 5 stars. The pricing is affordable as they promise all day play, however there is no real way to make sure your dog is getting tons of playtime unless you watch the cameras all day. All I know is our puppy slept for a day and a half after she went, so I am sure she got plenty of playtime! I would NEVER take my pet to this location! My wife and I were in Boulder City, NV with ticket flying from Las Vegas to Deutschland so that we could go take care of her since she was having health issues. We have an adopted, senior male Chihuahua and needed to find a place to watch him for 4 weeks. We called Camp Bow Wow weeks in advance because we had used them in Tennessee and had a WONDERFUL experience. We were quoted $1200. We sent all of the required documentation and filled out all of the requested forms. We brough him in for the introductory visit. Everything seemed to be in place. Now the day of dropping him off and traveling to the airport. The nightmare begins. We show up and I notice the price is now right at $1800. I explain what we were quoted and we were replied to "The girl that you talked to was new and they cannot honor the quote." They will not budge and end up leaving a bit upset. Decided to stop to get lunch on the way. Call from Camp Bow Wow that we have to come back and provide a deposit. We drive back and are told that we now have to pay $900 deposit. I ask to talk to the GM. To be respectful I asked to talk to her privately. Explained to her that this had not been discussed with the many times we had talked and could pay $250. She agreed and I paid the $250. I asked in my conversation with the GM was the girl today working the front desk that had checked us out earlier new also, as nothing that was being stated as required had been communicated at any point during this entire timeframe. I was told she was not new. The GM was then getting the owner on the phone and immediately the owner was very antagonistic. To the point she started trying to overtalk me, wouldn't listen, and then started yelling. I hung up. I told her that she did not need to be talking to me like that. We left to head to the airport. By this time, my wife and I both were pretty much crying as we were put in a terrible situation. Decision on what we had to do came from the following text msg: Text message from the owner Hi Derek: It's Anita Sahoo owner of Camp Bow Wow Henderson. Your deposit of $250 will exhaust in 4 days. If you do not pay according to our terms which I report to Animal Control after 7 days that your dog has been abandon. And file as theft of service. And now I require prepayment of entire service pr come back for Enzo. We did not have anything for "according to our terms" (which change every 30 minutes) other than what had been previously. There was nothing that was in agreement other than everything that had already been provided and signed. Every time we turned around Camp Bow Wow was changing the variables ON THE DAY WE WERE HEADING TO THE AIRPORT. I sent the following reply: Get all of his stuff ready I will pick him up I turned the car around, went and picked him up, and did have to quickly work out emergency type reservations. He ended up at a WONDERFUL location. I explained my entire experience with Camp Bow Wow to them. We now get daily pictures where he is having a blast and the owner is so caring. Bottom line: they quoted a price weeks in advance, and on the day of travel reneged on what we were told. Waited until we were on our way to the airport (yes, after everything had been signed ,not including all the things they brought up afterwards) to completely change all the agreements. They reneged on us 3 times and threatened us. I would not trust them to care for my dog, nor would I want my hard earned money to go to them. Not the character of people I respect at all to go back on your word, then change all the parameters, and when you question those, agree to something, even change them again and threaten to report you. I absolutely love this place! Their customer service is great! They're extremely warm and welcoming and I never had a problem/miscommunication. All my questions are always answered. They give you a whole tour of the place so you know their system and what goes on in there! My dog has so much fun and she comes home happy and tired from all the playing! :) My FAVORITE thing about them is that they have cameras running from 7am-7pm which is their hours of operation so you can watch all day and it gets pretty addicting! You can also call them about how your pup is going. They give you a full review on how your dog did on each stay which I LOVE! I have been a client of camp bow wow for years. Howevet I hadn't used their services in quite a while. I called to see if there was a day care place open for my dog. The guy answering the phone did not look me up on the computer before he told me I needed an updated shot record. I told him the vet had it and he said he wouldn't call them. He told me I needed To bring in proof. He then said he would see if the vet would answer, then immediately got off the phone. It was then I realized that he didn't have my name. I looked up the vet receipts from one week ago and called back. I told him what I had and he just kept repeating that my shot records needed to be updated. He even went so far as to tell me that someone had called to tell me that. I then asked him if he had even listened to me when I asked if my current receipt would work. He said that, "I know you were in a week ago but your screen shows your shots need updating. He said that he would have to look at it and made me email it in. 15 minutes later he called back to let me know the shots were Up to date. When I brought my dog in no body greeted me. I signed what I thought was a sign in sheet. A tech brushed by me and grabbed my dogs lead, almost knocking me off balance. She told me she would take the dog and leff. I was left standing there asking, "is that it?" I got no answer. I thought this was strange, but left anyway. About an hour later I got a text with my dogs picture on it. I thought they had just taken a new picture because she hadn't been in for a while. When I picked up my dog, I was told that the pictures of my dog would cost $10. I emphatically said that I didn't agree to that. The manager then pointed to what I had signed and said yes you did. I explained what happened and even though they knew there had been a misunderstandin, they still charged me. The overall impression I got was that this place does not care about my business. With 3 people at the desk, I should have been given better communication. I ran a successful business for 15 years and find their treatment of me to be appalling. I had previously had a great experience here but the last straw. came when the tech told me not to come back with my prong collar. She even told me to buy a new collar. i have used this collar every other time I was there and they just switched out there own collat. Now I get a lecture? Initially, I was told that my dog would be in a crate for 1 hour a day when eating. Come to find out it was not 1 hour it was 1 1/2 hours. I was quite surprised and upset with this because every time I'd go to this business, there were dogs whining/crying/begging to be free and now I know why. When I addressed this with several staff members they acted like it was no big deal that I was lied to and dismissed my concern as if I was annoying them. I'm sorry but keeping a dog locked up for 1 1/2 hours because they ate was and is extreme, as my vet agreed was unnecessary. I could tell it was a "policy" not in the best interest of the dog, but a break for the staff! Bad business and this is why I have not returned or recommended this business to anyone. read more

If you're expecting the same experience you get from other Camp Bow Wow facilities, you will be sorry. I'm going to list the problems I have with this camp and you can make your own decision, but I can tell you right now that you will not be happy with it compared to the others. I usually take my dog to the Vegas Camp Bow Wow, but on this day I did not have time to go that far from home so wanted to drop him off at a closer location. 1. They told me he had to do an interview process like all of the others, & I understand that. Let me start by saying that no other facility has ever had a problem with my dog. They love him to death, he is one of their favorites. I dropped him off in about an hour later I got a call saying he was fine in the interview, but that he played with the other dogs a little bit too hard, but he would be able to stay for for daycare. 2. When I picked him up I sat in the entryway for almost 10 minutes before I saw anybody at all. Finally a young lady came got my payment and went and got my dog. Some other gentleman walked out with her and I was told that my dog had to be separated several times from the other dogs during the day because he was "playing too rambunctiously" (rambunctiously is not my word.... it was theirs and not even a real word at that ) In all of the years I have been taking my dog to other Camp Bow Wow locations, usually the Las Vegas location, I have never been told my dog was playing too hard. I brush this off and figured it was just a bad day. 3. A few weeks later I took him in for day camp again, and was quickly told that he couldn't stay that day because it been more than 6 months since his last shots. Apparently they require Bordetella shot every 6 months. So that day I didn't leave him and took him to the vet to get his shots. My vet informed me the kennels who asked for Bordetella shot every 6 months actually actually asking for trouble when it comes to Bordetella, because the 6 month immunization can actually do more harm than good and make the dogs sick. The vet told me a six-month booster intranasal is fine, but Camp Bow Wow Henderson requires the full immunization. The vet said that used to be standard operating procedure but not anymore Needless to say I have not been back to this location. My dog is happy and playful and loves all of the people at the Las Vegas location, so regardless of how far away out of my way it is I will probably be taking him there no matter what. The Henderson location needs to get it together and contact all their customers once they have it together & I might consider giving them another try down the road. Not for now. UPDATE: I have adjusted my rating up to 2 stars because the owner reached out and we discussed some issues. Working 40 hours a week pays the bills but it also keeps your dog(s) cooped up inside the house all day. That is not fair nor healthy for them. Camp Bow Wow allows my dog to interact with other dogs, exercise, and have fun while I am at work. The even have awesome discounts for casino employees. The staff is very pleasant and nice. This company truly cares about every dog. They give reports on how your dog is doing and even list names of dogs they got along with. By the second visit everybody knew my dogs name. They separate by size and sometimes energy level. The facility is very clean and requires proper vaccinations for all dogs. This is just like a day camp for children. You dog will get sick or get hurt sometimes. Once my dog had a gash on his leg. We called to let them know. We told them it was not a big deal we just wanted to bring it to their attention. They went back and checked the tapes for us to make sure it wasn't anything serious. The only criticism is that it does take awhile in the morning for them to check in my dog. They usually only have one person check in your dog and take it back. And same for pickup. I would suggest more runners to get the dogs to speed up the process. However, I've never had to wait too long. I usually do day camp but they also have over night camp as well. It is a great place to take your dog(s). I would recommend it to everyone. I bring my dog here basically weekly. My dog LOVES coming here. I have a large dog and when we enter the facility he pulls me straight to their entrance door and once one of the employees grabs his leash they tend to go for a ride because he pulls them right to yard for large dogs. I watch him through their video system and the staff does a great job with all the dogs. As far as the spray bottles, who cares, it is water and not going to bother him. My dog is like a kid to me (and acts like one at times) and if a little water takes him out of whatever mind frame he is in so be it. Do I want my dog eating while he is there not really, if he gets a snack fine, but he gets fed very well at home, so 5-8 hrs. of not eating isn't a problem. The best part is when he gets home, he done for the night. He eats and basically sleeps the rest of the night. Totally exhausted! The owner and staff are very friendly. read more

I have taken my Irish Setter "Guinness" to this location several times for both overnight stays and day camp stays. Guinness really enjoys going to CBW Henderson, every stay has been a great one for him. We watch him on the webcams all the time and he has so much fun interacting with other dogs in a large, safe, and monitored play area. When we pick him and bring him home he is one tired pup, which tells us that he gets plenty of playtime there. The facility is spotless, we were so impressed with the cleanliness of this place when we were taken on a tour of it. The staff is so friendly and helpful, it just makes our day when we do have to board Guinness there. We leave the place with a good feeling knowing that he is well cared for and will gave a great time. I would highly recommend CBW Henderson for boarding, they run a great facility there. read more

I appreciated the Camper Cams, it made traveling a little easier knowing I could see my puppy while I was gone. So happy Camp Bow Wow opened up a location near home. We take Maximus to the dog park every morning before work but sometimes we either oversleep (oops!) or have to be at work too early to go. That's when Camp Bow Wow's day camp is SO helpful. I can drop Max off and he gets to play all day, and I don't have to worry about him having too much energy cooped up at home. Anita and her staff are very, very kind and lovely people - they're always polite and you can tell they're dog lovers at heart. The facilities are always impeccably clean and each dog's "cabins" are HUGE for their size! The cabins are only used during feeding, overnight sleeping and lunchtime naps. As for the reviews that complain about the spray bottles... I don't think these people realize the potential liability and safety concerns of physically reaching in to separate dogs. Spritzing water is a common and safe deterrent and it halts the pups immediately. I watch the cams like a hawk (because I miss the kiddo) and I rarely see the staff use the bottles. From what I've seen, they only use it if a dog is pestering another one and it's obvious the other dog is not enjoying it... or if a dog is mounting another. Docking a star because I find that depending on which employee is working when I pick Max up, I don't always get very knowledgable feedback about how he did. I realize this may be due to shift changes or it's just hard to know off hand with so many pups. Also, I wish the staff in the play rooms interacted with the pups a bit more. read more

I recently started coming here because it's closer to my house than the other Camp Bow Wow. I only used the other location for boarding and was satisfied with their services. Great customer service every time I come here, and the best part is that they open at 7am which is earlier than most other doggie day cares in the area. The play areas are much more spacious than other places too. It's pretty pricey for one day ($26) but my dog ALWAYS comes home so tired from a long day of fun - which is hard to do seeing as she's still a very, very energetic pup! And they also have newcomer deals for day camp, including discounted packages. Most importantly, my pup loves coming here every day and couldn't be more excited walking through the door. Worth the few extra dollars to come home with a pooped pooch after having a long day of work myself. read more

My dog loves coming to Camp Bow Wow. He's been going to daycare and boarding here for the past 4 months. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They are so good with the dogs. The rates are fair and published on their site. No hidden fees or costs like we experienced at Henderson Pet Resort. I like all the camper cams, too. He gets lots of playtime, too (unlike HPR). Let me start by saying, everyone was very nice, friendly and remembered my dogs name from the first day. My dog started going to Camp one/ two times a week, half day daycare just for exercise and interaction. We were going on vacation and we decided to keep our dog here seeing we liked it so much, even though it was pricey. We dropped our dog off on a Thursday night and Tuesday we received a call stating another dog had bit him, but there were no marks they just wanted us aware. Then on Thursday we received another call from another worker stating he was bit again, but everything was all good. On Saturday as I was at the airport to fly home, we received another call from another person stating a handler noticed a spot on him, but they were not sure what happened (First Photo). The lady sent me a picture of it, and said it's fine, they cleaned it really good. When I got the photo I was shocked, I told them I got two calls stating he was bit, and I bet the spots on him were the bite marks and they were irritated. When we picked him up his face was swollen, and you could tell he was not feeling good. We took him to vet, where they found 3 puncture holes, and a horrible infection. He is on antibiotics, amongst other meds, it has to be cleaned 3 times a day as well as putting antibiotic ointment on the marks. Not only did I have to pay to board him, I also had a horrible vet bill. The vet told me, this could of been avoided if they would of cleaned it. They also said I should submit the bill to them. I called them and spoke to a girl who told me she would talk to her managers and have one call me. That was Monday, still NO call. I have never did a Yelp review, but this is NOT okay. Today is my dog's first day at camp and he seems to like it a lot. The staff and particularly Holly, have been very friendly and helpful. Dogs have to go through an interview process to see if they're going to be able to get along with the other dogs before they'll accept him into Camp Bow Wow. Makes sense since they all have to get along. Very nice facility that's clean and organized. There's always a human in the same room watching over the dogs playing and I've never seen poop sit around for long before it's cleaned up. read more

I recently moved to Las Vegas and needed to socialize Diamond! I visited Camp Bow Wow and fell in Love. They were very understanding of my emotions about leaving her as well as Diamond's. They didn't rush me and they took the time to check us in. Very nice environment. Fun and interactive for the dogs. I liked that she had the choice of going outside or staying indoors whenever she wanted instead of being in a crate all day. I would recommend to anyone to allow them to care for your fur baby! read more

IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! I have been taking my dogs here for years. I had always delt with Holly. Today I took my kids here and I was watching them on camera ALL day. I dropped them off around 810 and my girl dog wasn't allowed in the back with other dogs for over an hour. After I called to see why they put her out. Then about 20 minutes later I see my dog being removed. I called and spoke to Kevin and he pulled the camera footage and told me this incident wasn't her fault she just went over to play with other dogs and they didn't like it. So he said she would be back out soon. Around 12:15 (about 2 and a half hours later) I called to see why she still wasn't out. Kevin said he wasn't sure but he would find out. He came back on the line and said they were gonna put her back out with my boy dog. Everything was going fine then all of a sudden I see my dog being held by the collar. Two other workers came in and she was let go. I continued to watch the camera and she was fine. Then I got a call from the "owner" Anita. she called me and said I needed to come get my dog because she has been in issues all day! She also told me she could never come there again. Confused by her hostility and accusations I asked if I could see the camera footage of these instances and she said NO! I DON'T HAVE TO SHOW THESE TO YOU! So I asked her why her account of what my dog did today was so different than what Kevin's was and she couldn't answer instead just told me to come get my dogs. I could not believe her tone and hostility talking to me. It was so unprofessional. Then the fact that she is making accusations about my dog without proof is outrageous. I asked for corporates number and she refused to give it to me. Once I got there to pick up my dogs she wanted to be right there adding salt to the wound. I asked her to get away from me and let me deal with Kevin and she refused. She wanted to be out there adding her comments... Kevin showed me the video of the "incident". Yes it was clear my girl didn't like something that happened and jumped at another dog. But I watch these cameras... this happens all the time! What makes my dog get banned? Then after the situation I see they don't even take my dog out of the yard. They let her stay in and everything is perfectly fine. If it was such a big "incident" my dog should have been removed immediately... yet she wasn't. I again asked for corporates number and she told me to "Google it". so if you want your dog to be accused of things that they refuse to show you proof of... if you want to get talked down to and treated unfair bring your dog to see Anita. She will ensure this happens. It's so sad that a person like this works with animals. She is an ugly person inside and out and I feel horrible for the people who have to work for her.
