I like this place overall, but the service can definitely be hit or miss. I've had my lashes and nails done here a few times, and I was usually happy with the results. The quality of the work is generally good. That said, the service experience isn't great. I've booked appointments and still ended up waiting over 20 minutes because they were overbooked. On top of that, the person doing my service would sometimes stop halfway through to go work on someone else, then come back later to finish. I really wasn't a fan of that. I just left the salon and am writing this. I had the worst experience. No one there speaks English well enough to the point where if I am asking for changes on my design they can't understand me I had to keep relying on the owner lady who also comes up with the price and checks you out. I had a deluxe pedicure and gel x full set. The pedicure was under 30 min because the lady rushed through it SO fast I still have calluses!!! Unbelievable. They cut me numerous times on my fingernails too. didn't offer me water or anything but they did to the other ladies. I will include pics with this review. They kept taking walk ins when those of us with an appt were stuck waiting around for someone to be available. Then they tried to charge me 105 for french tips and painted on flowers (not 3D like i had asked them to do) and a few small pearls. I had to literally explain to them that that's ridiculous and then they said find we will do 90. That's still ridiculous for what I was given and the treatment. My fingers hurt so bad and are so cut up I immediately went home and put antibiotics on because who knows if I'll get an infection. I do nails at home and on my friends. I just wanted to treat myself. If I knew it would be this way I would've just canceled my appt. Terrible. I want a full refund and will be telling everyone I know to not come here. read more

This was my first time coming to this salon, I inquired about dip and was happy they took me right away. I was so lucky to get Kim. She did an amazing job on my nails. She was so sweet and efficient. I was asked about a pedicure and the owner was so nice and answered all my questions. I decided to get a pedicure and was so happy I did! Linh did my pedicure and she is absolutely amazing as well. I've been going to Bright Pearl Nail Salon for several years and originally my nails were weak and bright today my nails are very strong. They grow very long and it's the most excellent service. I'm always in and out in a decent time. I never have to wait a long time and they're always available to take me. I always feel special. My husband and I come here. Tried to give this place a second try esp bc my friend hyped it up so much. First time I came I booked an apt with Jolie, but for some reason she double booked and asked if I can go to someone else. I was willing - def did not like the results first time around. This time, my friend recommended Tracy since Jolie is out of town and I'm going on vacay. Really nice, works fast. I feel like maybe if I booked her last slot she would've taken her time and be cautious about the details, maybe? Idk. She also worked on me while I was getting a pedi. So perhaps she couldn't see without the light? Sigh. She had a client waiting for her after me, so I assumed she was rushing. She also used the cuticle cutter to remove residual nail polish from my skin. Yes, she was clipping off little pieces of skin in the corners of my nail... not even using it for my cuticles, which I am very picky and particular about! I am also a service provider and I know how it is working long days. So I get it and understand. I also don't like complaining or being confrontational, so obviously I didn't say anything. But be consistent. I would return, but not sure if I want to for this kind of work. Paid $132 (including tip) for my pedi and mani.. not sure if it was worth it. read more

I love the color options available, and I especially love that they can cure my dip manicure without the need of a UV light!! The prices are also super reasonable for the services they offer. Love this nail salon! Went recently for a full set of powder dip nails and gel pedicure for a wedding. They got me in easily even without an appointment and at end of the day. Finally posting on my Feb 2024 visit: Following a knee injury + the full hibernation of my feet inside of fuzzy Christmas socks all winter - I was quite frankly shocked at what emerged when I decided to apply toe polish this weekend... It's a bit TMI to share the before/after image of my tootsies, however, I must give credit where it's due as we're talking about REAL TRANSFORMATION here... I called in with 30 min notice for a pedi and they were very accommodating. I was fortunate to have VAN take care of me and was comfortable with her from the beginning. She was gentle, efficient, and focused. Meaning she wasn't super distracted and multitasking with things that didn't relate to attending to the customer sitting in front of her (which happens sometimes). She never tried to upsell me. I chose the Organic pedicure with gel, and while I assumed the description of the service was an over delivery of what I'd actual receive (a pretty basic pedi), I was pleasantly surprised to discover the opposite. I was given my choice of fragrance, which was delightful and such a treat! The service was so good, I added a mani and opted for a pretty milky white w/ touches of glitter that one of the nail techs was wearing. I learned it was a gel dip powder and decided to try it for the first time. Van applied this meticulously. The end result was perfect! So natural, 10/10! The vibe/ambiance is nothing fancy, location is street side, view of traffic/main road. Parking can be a little tricky, but otherwise staff is great. Cost is reasonable/average, not excessive. The technician dug so deeply into the toenail beds of my big toes that it hurts to wear close toed shoes. I do not wear sandals so this is a problem. The area is tender and red. They cut me twice and didn't say anything even after I told them and then put old polish that never dried on my nails. Another customer overheard that I told them I was cut and she said she was cut by the same girl too! When I told the manager he didn't apologize either and offered a $5 discount for bad service.
