We waited at least 15 minutes to be greeted at our table and have our order taken. Others seated after us were helped before us. Half of the food came out and we waited a while for the rest to come out so some of our group was done eating while others hadn't received the food yet. The busboys were phenomenal though, they helped keep our water refilled and met all of our needs promptly. This is in the middle of other business sites but there were no interruptions from them that impacted my experience. Parking is in a professional plaza so plenty of space. I visited around 10a.m. when it wasn't busy--though there was no host at the front, I found my friend easily. There's plenty of seating, including picnic tables and a bar area. One unique thing to me is that they do not fry anything which I thought was pretty on par with their theme. I tried the roasted lemonade, which tasted mostly of bitter lemon peel and wasn't for me. For food, I had the pancakes (a small portion, as the server mentioned) and parmesan potatoes, which could've used more seasoning beyond the cheese. Service was friendly but quite slow, even though there were only a few tables occupied. If you're on a schedule, it might help to mention that when you arrive. Now - I blame myself for ordering the skirt steak cheesesteak- it looked good but was uneditable because the meat was so tough. If you don't know - outside skirt steak is the better tender cut - I think they gave me inside skirt. Plus you should run it through a tenderizer - but I digress. My mom had the wagyu cheeseburger and I promise you that was ground beef. Someone told me they had the best espresso martini and it wasn't. And, I like sweet drinks. I even get my coffee extra sweet. HONEST REVIEW: To enter, you have to walk to the very center of the convention center which is a really long hallway and other businesses are located inside, which were very visually misleading and there isn't a sign that says please waited to be seated or please wait for hostess. We were confused where to go until we saw an employee that sat us. We were sat at a table with dirty placemats that had crumbs all over them, we had to dust them off ourselves. Our server was very standoffish, didn't really offer any pleasantries and huffed multiple times (especially when I asked for a different menu) Toward the end of our meal, she seemed a little better but it didn't really do anything to make us change our opinion or dining experience as it was practically over at that point. FOOD: An extreme case of Expectation VS Reality. From the pictures posted by the business to what you actually receive is an insane difference, felt like we were catfished. We were immediately given a drink menu and their brunch menu which we were confused about because it was extremely small and didn't have any of their other meals or what was pictured on their photos online. The older couple behind us informed us that they weren't pleased with their meal. They told us to ask for their other menu, the campfire menu, because it has way more items listed. They told us that the Arroz Con Polo meal that they ordered barely had any chicken and it was $26 for a gigantic plate of rice. When they told the server of the issue, she told them that she wanted to make sure that they were happy with their meal and then a different server handled the rest of their lunch and payment. The other server sat down at the table and when they told her what they expected vs what they got "the menu doesn't state I'm going to get a large plate of rice with small pieces of chicken, I was expecting a large chicken served with rice" the server told her "well the menu doesn't say that it's going to be a large chicken". They were also confused about the menus as we were and told the server because they had eaten at this location last week and had no issues (they were given the campfire menu at the beginning of their meal but this time they were only given the brunch menu) but the server informed them, "we began a new process 2 days ago which caters to both classes, the people who are eating the florista experience will be placed in the dining room and those that want the budget friendly option campfire menu will be placed on the outside". First off, the brunch menu is more expensive than their campfire menu and there are sides that are the exact same on the "budget friendly" menu that cost almost double the price. My husband said that the best part of his meal was the ruffles chips which tasted like from a bag, the Ember sandwich tastes thrown together and nothing special, he said it tastes like something he would throw together and make at home, for example store bought hamburger bun and ruffles chips. I had the campfire breakfast which is $19 on the brunch menu but cheaper on the campfire menu for the EXACT SAME THING. The meal itself was nothing exceptional, 2 eggs, potatoes, sourdough bread and bacon, the potatoes were the only thing that really "stood out". We also had the espresso martini, the marigold cocktail and the cheesesteak deviled eggs ($15 for 3 deviled eggs). Our drinks were good but tasted like zero alcohol was in them; expected more for the price. The deviled eggs were fine. If it was just an experience that's supposed to be visually appealing then maybe I would understand but the location of the restaurant is kind of in the middle of nowhere in a random convention center and the food was pretty mediocre and didn't taste very special compared to the visual aesthetic of the dining area. If you're selling an "experience" make it known what people are coming for, more marketing, signs etc. Additionally, the food should be well worth the money and match the pictures that the business itself posted! read more

This is a one and done restaurant for us. I had made a reservation at least 3 weeks in advance and had requested to have a table in one of the tents as shown in their TikTok advertisement which was the reason that I wanted to try this restaurant. I had looked at their menu and was happy to see they had a selection of different deviled egg dishes, one of my favorite things to try at different restaurants. When we arrived, we were seated at a picnic table in the center of the room. When I asked about my request they said they don't take special requests. My friend had just had knee surgery and it was very difficult for her to sit on a bench, she had to sit at the end of the table because she couldn't lift her leg over the bench seat. We sat there for approximately 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. We ordered the cheesesteak deviled eggs as an appetizer. I was very disappointed as they were plain and tasteless with some hard bits of steak on top. Two of us ordered the skirt steak and eggs. The dish came with potatoes but not toast, an additional charge. The steak was very salty and the scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from powdered eggs. I wanted to like the place given the strange ambiance of having a campground inside an office park. Once you make the long walk down from the entrance to the atrium of this office complex, you are met with a table that seems to be a hostess stand, but there is no one there nor are there any signs directing you to be seated or wait, and the tables already have place settings, so you just stand in limbo. Then when you notice the office door that serves as their counter, you realize it's order at the kiosk service. This neat little room has one touch screen for ordering, which you also pay at. When done, it tells you your name will be called when your food is ready. After sitting there for 30 minutes, I went to counter only to discover my food had been ready for quite some time. Not one of the 7 people working was calling out any names or ticket numbers. The staffing was incredibly odd since it was a Sunday and there were very few customers. They seem to do more food delivery service than anything. Our barely still warm breakfast sandwiches were good and well priced.
