This is what i have serviced or repaired

I have had my trailer in camping world San Martin a few times. I also try to buy any other products or supplies they have in store. Crystal the service writer has been absolutely wonderful professional. She goes out of her way to make sure things are right with your service. As a matter of fact all of the service department are A+ in my opinion. Great mechanics explain everything to you and make suggestions.

Unfortunately, our experience was so disappointing that we left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. When we arrived, we explained to the receptionist that our daughter had just called and needed to be picked up from work, so we only had about 25-30 minutes to look at a few RVs and compare layouts. We were initially told it was optional to leave our ID and contact information. We politely declined, but after that, the salesperson's attitude noticeably changed. We eventually agreed to provide our names and phone number, but he already seemed frustrated that he had to assist us. Throughout the tour, my husband asked several basic questions about the differences between layouts, sizes, and RV brands. Instead of providing helpful information, the salesperson repeatedly responded with comments like, "They're all the same," and often ignored questions altogether. It became so uncomfortable that I told my husband in Spanish that I felt we should leave because the salesperson appeared irritated and unwilling to help us. The situation escalated when my husband asked one final question about the differences between two groups of RVs. The salesperson became confrontational and told us we were "wasting his time" because there were "paying customers" in the office who were actually interested in buying. That comment was extremely insulting. We came to Camping World because we are interested in purchasing an RV. No customer should be judged based on how much time they spend looking or whether they immediately disclose their purchasing plans. We asked to speak with a manager. The salesperson went to get him while loudly telling his version of the story to him first. Manager Eric Boyd (had no badges claiming he was infact the manager ) he spoke with us. I asked if we could discuss the matter privately, but instead we were taken to a table in the front office where employees, including the salesperson, could still hear our conversation, despite there appearing to be a private office available. I explained everything that had happened and expressed how disrespectfully we had been treated. I was disappointed that the manager never said that the employee's behavior was unacceptable or would be addressed. I had to tell him several times to please address the situation with this employee which was walking around us so casually like he did nothing wrong , that lack of accountability to have his employee do such thing and not apologize was just as upsetting as the salesperson's conduct. I left feeling that we had been judged before we were ever given a chance as customers. While I can't know exactly why we were treated this way, the experience left me feeling as though we may have been unfairly profiled based on appearances rather than treated like potential customers. Buying an RV is a major investment, and every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether they're browsing, asking questions, or ready to buy that day. Unfortunately, our family did not receive that respect, and because of this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

After a terrible experience buying my first e-bike at a shop in Santa Clara, walking into Bicycle Trip was such a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They helped us find the perfect e-bike and an electric bike rack , and we felt supported every step of the way. We were so impressed that we even came back to purchase a lock because we completely trusted their recommendations. Their customer rewards points program is another huge bonus--it's a fantastic way to save money! If you're looking for exceptional customer service, honest advice, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers, I can't recommend Bicycle Trip in Santa Cruz enough! We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, because I needed my bike and had already waited for my scheduled appointment, I had to take it to another bike shop the same day I picked it up from your shop. They were able to take it in right away, complete what I needed, and get me back on the road. My disappointment really wasn't about the software update itself--it was about making an appointment, dropping my bike off as scheduled, and then finding out two days later that it hadn't even been looked at. I had made the appointment specifically so this wouldn't happen. I do appreciate you taking the time to respond and acknowledge the mistake. I hope this experience helps prevent something similar from happening to another customer. I value good customer service, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of that. Thank you again for reaching out.

We had a fantastic time with Cathy on our tour of Carmel by the Sea. They have a few different…read moretours so make sure you know which one you booked as all start from the same place and (from what I could tell...) same time. Cathy actually texted me the night before to introduce herself and provide a few instructions and tips. A key tip is bring water and a small back pack or fanny pack to put the bottle in. The bikes don't all have baskets and the baskets don't hold things very well. So you might also bring a small bungee cord to keep things "in the basket" should you get a bike with a basket. Check in was a breeze. The most "difficult" part of the whole tour was finding helmets that fit and sizing the bike seats There were 6 in our tour. We left right on time at 10 and got back at 12:45. We stopped multiple times for photo ops and to look at different properties. We even got to walk through the La Playa hotel which is a beautiful property! I loved seeing and learning about the Comstock homes and the fact that the homes in Carmel by the Sea do not have street addresses. (They will soon as a new reg has passed that every property now needs a proper address... Not just a name.) All in all, I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the tour very much. I don't ride bikes often anymore as an adult and this was the first time riding an E-Bike. The learning curve is easy once you know the difference between Eco, Sport and Turbo. I enjoyed it and it made the tour almost effortless. Highly recommend Mad Dogs! Note....the coffee shop is just up around the corner. You cannot access it directly from the bike shop.
