The pizza is an amazing, along with the meatballs. Everything else we've tried has been ok. It stays quite busy and the noise level can get pretty intense. Parking can be fairly scarce, especially at peak times. And be prepared for them to run out of dough for pizza, so have another menu option in mind --just in case! The food was delicious. My favorite was the hot honey pizza. The peach Bellini was a little too sweet for my taste and I watered it down with ice. There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. Very loud but, great venue and decent service. We had a table of six and chose several different pizzas, a charcuterie board and a few different cocktails. Price was acceptable for ambience. I would suggest the pesto pizza and bbq pizza (wood fired) definitely delicious. Parking is difficult. Be prepared to walk a bit. read more

Have been wanting to try this place for a very long time. Came on a Saturday evening around 4:45. The place was PACKED! We were able to grab a bottle of wine at the bar and were told the wait would be just about 15 minutes. Exactly 15 minutes later we were seated. There were a total of 5 of us. Service at restaurants continues to go downhill, but this had to have been the best service I have had in months! Every single person we interacted with was so friendly and nice! Our waitress Emma was fantastic. She was extremely busy, but very attentive to our table. Making sure we had full drinks at all times. Parking can be tricky, but after 5pm they have a partnership with the Dentist next door and you can park for free. The food....wow. If you are looking for specialty pizza in the Cincinnati region, I HIGHLY recommend stopping in here. We had the All Meat Pizza and the BBQ Chicken Pizza. One small pizza is enough for two people to share. For anyone that loves Ranch, I'd recommend a side of that with your pizza. By far the best ranch. I cannot wait to come back and visit! Should I go with the soppressata and hot honey or the pepperoni and sausage? Decisions. Decisions. Wait, I can get half and half?!? Yes, please! This is an absolutely fantastic pizza. The wood fired Neapolitan style pizza is the way to go. The crust was cooked perfectly in a 1,000 degree Italian wood fired oven. It was definitely one of those legit ovens with tiles on it. The crust came out blistered with the right amount of char. It was crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and folded easily into the perfect bite. The toppings were fresh, and the pizza was remarkable. I'm so impressed by the pizza. I can't believe a young girl who looked like she was on summer break could fire such a delicious pie. I will definitely be back. Maybe even tomorrow. read more

Second visit. We tried the Americano style with all the meats. This is a 16 inch pizza, and a different crust. This pizza is a WIN! So much flavor! A ton of toppings, especially that pepperoni. I prefer this style of crust. I will definitely order this one again. read more

We warmed up with the meatball appetizer, and then shared 3 brick fired pizzas among our family of four (with a few leftovers). We ordered the hot honey, the buffalo chicken and the pepperoni/sausage pizzas. They were all amazing, but the hot honey was the favorite. The wait staff were so friendly and the owner even served small samplings of pizza as we waited for our table (35 minute wait on a busy Saturday night). We loved the atmosphere and had wonderful experience all the way around. We were visiting the area, but will definitely dine here again if we are anywhere close. Highly recommend! read more

This place is truly a neighborhood gem. Place was slammed at 6pm but handled the volume easily. The first thing you see when arriving is a brick oven. I have noticed the red sauces in Ohio are sweeter than back home in Atlanta. Nonetheless, very tasty pie with the peppadew peppers had great flavor. Looking at their website the owners are pictured and they clearly work in the business. All the hustle and bustle looked easy to the team there. We ended our meal with the salted caramel gelatto. It was my last night in town so we ate here for dinner. The Caesar salad is the best salad I have ever had. They make their dressing in house, and it is amazing. The salad has an anchovy filet on top. I ordered the four cheese pizza, wood fired. Great flavors, really good thin crust. For dessert I had the tiramisu. So light, great coffee taste. Talk about the place to be! Paced house but we didn't have to wait. The staff is friendly, and the menu has something for everyone. They do not have Buffalo mozzarella or dairy free options, but allow you to choose between graded and fresh. The pizzas are the perfect size for two people or even three with and app. The crush is doughy but light in the best way. The sauce is a little sweet, but over added a little balance to the salt from the pepperoni. Be sure to try their coffee and cocktails. I def would recommend checking this place out! read more

Fantastic dinner al fresco on the patio! Super busy on a Sunday evening, but we got right in! I sipped on a Country Boy amber, and we ordered a meatballs appetizer. Came with 3 light as air meatballs with delectable red sauce and thin chewey slices of baguette. Hubby had no choice but to surrender the 3rd meatball to me, as I gave him the glance! Ha! I shared a bite with him..... We also enjoyed a wood fired deluxe, without bell pepper. The sauce!!....so satisfying! Super thin crust, but with great chew, and not cracker like in the least! After hearing some very good reviews of this restaurant, I decided to treat my woman to a night out for a few slices of pie. We arrived to find that the parking lot was, indeed, rather small. Luckily we found a spot and walked around to the main entrance. The surrounding environment was pleasant and enjoyable on this stretch of Dixie Highway, and it did not give that uneasy feeling you get when you're on Dixie Highway in Florence (just south of Mt. Zion for example). Upon entering the restaurant I will say that I was immediately concerned with two things. One being the noise level, and two being the cramped feeling. The place was very busy and we waited in a decent outdoor sitting area for about 15 minutes to get a table for two (not an issue). While our host was walking us to our table, we had to stop several times to allow other guests and employees walk past us. There is not much room in the dining area! We got seated in a very large booth and it was actually quite comfortable. It felt spacious, and it felt good to get out of the walkway. One issue that persisted throughout our entire visit was the noise level. When our waitress arrived to take our drink orders, I could barely hear her and I had to move closer and ask her to repeat herself twice. Having a conversation with my gal also proved to be somewhat difficult without yelling over all the noise. When the drinks did arrive, I was blown away by the Dr. Pepper. This was a 10/10 fountain drink and the ratio of carbonation to syrup was perfection. It might be worth coming back just for the drinks, lol. We tried both styles of pizza, a wood-fired margherita and an Americana deluxe. These pizzas looked absolutely gorgeous. It was immediately apparent that Camporosso uses high quality ingredients. The tomato sauce was delicious and all the toppings were cooked to perfection. The only thing I did not personally love about these pizzas: they are rather floppy. If you're looking for pizza that has a good crisp to it - you might not be the target audience for this pizza, but the flavor will not disappoint. There is nothing to complain about in regards to the customer service or wait times. The atmosphere is not extravagant and not dingy, but a nice middle ground. I would recommend this restaurant if you can tolerate the noise. We are undecided if we'll be back to eat-in, but will certainly be getting takeout pizza in the future if we're in the area. If the noise level is addressed then I will provide the full 5 star rating. read more

We have driven past Camporosso soo many times and we finally got a chance to try it! My husband and I came on a busy Saturday night around 7 pm. We said we were willing to wait longer if necessary to be able to eat outside. We sat at the bar and we each ordered a beer. We only had to wait about 15 minutes before our table was ready. Our waitress was clearly very busy but she made a point to stop by and bring us water. We were not in a rush, so the busyness didn't matter. I thought that their house made meatballs were fine, but not great. My favorite dish was pizza with sopressata salami and local hot honey. I enjoyed being able to sit outside, and we already made plans to come back again soon with more family. read more

This was my second time here and the food is really good. We all agreed that the pizza crust could have been crispier though - it seemed a little uncooked in the middle. Service was really good at first but we did have to wait 15 minutes after we finished eating before we ordered dessert. This spot is popping all the time so we decided to try it! Was not let down. The interior has a nice ambiance with a big outdoor porch. The service was really fast and attentive. The food was as good as one could expect. We got the meatballs and the Italian chili. Both were good but the chili was especially delicious. Then we had them split the wedge salad in half and I think they just gave us two portions of it. They were huge!! Finally we got a half and half pizza. It's nice that they let you do this! It was delicious and perfectly cooed. I love the stone oven fired style. Will have to try the classic American style next time. The best pizza in Cincinnati/Northern KY, however, it is a small restaurant, and the waits are very long especially on the weekends. It's worth it.
