    Meatatarian Pizza
    Talesha C.

I came here on a Thursday night for dinner with a friend. I did make a reservation but didn't need it. There was a good crowd of people in the restaurant but there was still plenty of seating. The hostess and server were very nice. I started with the calamari and it was perfect. Fried and seasoned excellently and paired perfectly with the green sauce that came with the dish. I loved it. The meatatarian 8" pizza was pretty tasty. I only ate half of it because I ate the calamari and there's plenty left for lunch tomorrow. The bread pudding was so delicious. It was so soft and tasty. I don't even like raisins but I did tonight. The caramel drizzle and the ice cream on time just made my entire night. So good! So glad I found this restaurant.

We went to Camps on a spontaneous date night. I knew it was a pizza/pasta place and was impressed by the menu upon arriving. We enjoyed a fig & mushroom pizza (from the September specials), a GOAT pizza (regular menu), and a glass or two of wine. The side salad was really nice. The fig pizza too. The GOAT pizza needed to be salted. And no complaints about the wine. Solid 4*. I would go again and try something else the next time.

Camps pizza is an Atlanta secret! Amazing large gourmet pizza.

Life hack! This pizza is wonderful and is bogo on uber eats! Highly recommend. Easily delivered to your door. Ice storm today and didn't want to go out. I had half mushroom and half meatball (for my husband). Perfection and super inexpensive.

Our visit to Camps unfortunately left a lot to be desired. My girlfriend and I visited for dinner and left disappointed. The inside of the restaurant does have a good ambiance, but the service was lackluster. The waitress seemed uninterested and bored when she talked to us and took our order, which didn't make for a great experience. The food was hit and miss. In total we had the Crispy Brussels Sprouts as an appetizer, and then split the fish and chips, smash burger, and Caesar salad. We both enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and the burger was solid as well. We both found the fish and chips to be very bland and the Caesar salad had a really off-putting taste, so neither of us ate it. Overall, Camps wasn't exactly what we were looking for that night, it may have just been a bad night for the kitchen and crew, but given our experience I don't think either of us are planning on returning.

What a cozy, homey spot this place turned out to be! It's hidden behind a shopping center and adjacent to a cantina (which we'll be checking out soon as well), & not very visible from the main roads nearby. Unassuming from the outside, it's like walking into a country store that's dressed up for a dance on the inside. The barn facade and seating sets up nicely for families in the booths, cozy corners and convo in the bar, and open spaces for larger groups. We wanted to sit outside in the beautiful patio overlooking the water, but it had just rained and the tables and chairs were all still wet. We were still able to sit near the window. I wish I could remember our server's name because she was phenomenal! She was welcoming, friendly, efficient, attentive, and really accommodating. When I asked to adjust one of the specials, she had no problem asking the chef and made it happen. ALL our food was DELICIOUS! From the Brussel sprouts and melt-in-your-mouth Garlic knots, to the salmon plate and deconstructed Hot Chicken Sandwich, to the peach cobbler "bite." I didn't want the bread in the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, so that was I asked to have served with a house salad instead... holy cow it was amazing!! The salmon dish looked small but was a perfect serving and tasted just as amazing. My only surprise was how tiny the peach cobbler was, so I'm calling it "a cobbler bite"! Still, we can't wait to come back here to try more menu items!

We have been wanting to eat here for a long time and we finally went a couple of weeks ago. I loved their outdoor seating area. It's really big and dog friendly, which is nice! Our server was super nice and checked on us frequently. The menu is large and looked really good. I wanted to love this place because it's so close to where we live, but we sadly didn't enjoy our food. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was okay. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken, which comes with Alfredo pasta, and I did not care for the chicken at all (though it was a large portion!). The pasta was good. My husband ordered the French dip.

    8" The Roost Pizza

The search is over! I have found the best pizza in Marietta! My husband and I met for dinner at Camp'a Kitchen and Bar. I was undecided on what to order until I looked at the specials for July. The Roost pizza called out to me loud and clear! It has chicken, caramelized onion, spinach, pizza cheese, parmesan and olive oil. I ordered a small (8 inches) and side salad. I sent my compliments to the kitchen for such a delicious pizza. I was so thrilled there were pizza leftovers, which I enjoyed for lunch the next day. The Roost is being offered throughout July. If I have a chance, I'll be back for another round...the pizza was that good!

E X P E R I E N C E we made a reservation for 4 for Easter Sunday for 6pm. we were immediately greeted and sat. there were only a few other tables occupied in the restaurant. we sat on the patio and it was so nice. the weather was optimal with a bit of wind. the tables were clean. seeing the little pond was quite enjoyable. TIP: PATIO IS DOG FRIENDLY :):):):):) when we left, every employee that we passed, greeted us, which was a nice touch- just to say bye. F O O D calamari: well fried. crispy. light. meaty. love! definitely a staple Brussels: love. lightly oiled and beautifully crispy. not soggy or mushy. bee me up scotty: definitely a crowd favorite for a reason. light sweet honey drizzle to balance the heaviness from the cheese and the meaty toppings. the pizza crust is chewy but not grossly dough-y. it has a nice crunch to the crust wings: meh. very average. nothing special. the wings were a decent size tiramisu: different to what youd expect from your average tiramisu. it's more pudding in texture. the breading is very soggy. I don't like it but my friends did. it's not as strong in the coffee flavor either 3 fountain drinks P A R K I N G plenty of parking. the plaza is not very busy. large parking spots too S E R V I C E Tari was amazing- friendly and relaxed. she was quick to review the menu with us and mention that the menu changes often. shes prompt with what we asked for (straws, drinks) and was accessible in case we needed anything. attentive. timely. easy to approach. 5 star service. Wow... we've been in a couple of times and I have failed to leave a review. Last night was amazing. We had great drinks from the $12 summer menu, the Brussel sprouts appetizer, and entree of Caesar salad and the pasta. Our server Tari (hopefully I am close on the spelling) was very attentive and engaging. I would love to have her be our serve the next time.

Dined here for Mother's Day with the family. I saw an on FB for the buffet on the patio and immediately made a reservation. We wanted something off the beaten path with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. This fit the ask! The buffet was $25 that included brunch favorites like pastries, croissants, chicken salad, hash browns, scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, fried chicken tenders, waffles, bacon, chicken sausage, shrimp & Gouda grits, biscuits and gravy, French toast, Canadian ham, bagel & lox, fruit and warm cinnamon buns. Non-alcoholic beverages were included. They had breakfast cocktails like mimosas, Bloody Mary's and more. The only thing I dinged them on was nothing green on the buffet. Mixed greens, spinach, cucumbers, green tomatoes, beans or kale - nada. That was a let down since I'm eating low carb these days! Overall, loved the service and variety of the food. There's something for everyone. We'll be back to try the regular menu next time.

We've been here a few times and it's great! The bar area has a nice fireplace. The patio is very nice! We love the pie and vine special for a pizza and bottle of wine for $20 (we got a bigger one for $25). I love love the bee me up Scottie pizza! The hot honey and goat cheese just pair so well together. Everything else we've had here has been great.

I've come to Camps on two occasions. On the first to dine in and the second to carry order out a pizza order, but we had a couple drinks the second time while we waited. On both occasions it was me and my discriminating girl. Camps made a great impression on us, and is an upscale casual dinning experience with a fun eclectic menu and super friendly hosts and staff. There is a nice lounge area to distress in front of a fire place behind the front and center bar. Surrounding the bar are both booths, tables for seated dinning and a open kitchen with views of the pizzeria which they manage to crank out quickly. My dinning in experience was equally pleasant. My little one got to color on crayons and paper while we dined on very fancy food. My carry out order consisted of a pepperoni pie and a pie hysterically called Momma Eat your Veggies. Both were wonderful. We had a Shirley temple and Spicy skinny margarita while we waited. Yum! I highly recommend Camps. You just can't go wrong either way.

I had an idea of what this place, but wasn't exactly sure what it all entailed. We walked in and were greeted by a large shelf or should I say shelves of a bunch of different board and card games. We walked to the register and told them we wanted to play some board/card games. I believe it was $7 per hour and then $35 for everything else. Everything else means all the video/electronic games. Think PS5, Switch, PC, Xbox. It was sooooo cool seeing everyone play all the different games. There were bigger groups, couples, people by themselves. It's truly a place where anyone can go and have a good time! We got some drinks (they have a really cool cocktail menu). They do have a food menu too, but we just came from dinner, so we only got drinks. Our service wasn't the best though. It took forever for someone to come and check on us, and no one came to fill our water the entire time we were there. Service could definitely be a lot better! They told us that we would have to show up and just wait to be seated... fine. No big deal, again we are a large group coming in HOT on the weekend... I get it. We call ahead again, closer to the time we were planning to arrive to double check. THIS TIME they said they could reserve us a space and that it wouldn't be a problem. We get there and everything is seemingly fine. The vibes are good and the waiters are taking orders diligently. We understand that this is a huge group (16 of us) and that we would have to be patient with them as they are with us. So everyone puts in there orders. First wave comes out... I noticed that all the food is cold. Not ideal but the food was good so whatever. Second wave comes out, again the food is cold and peoples orders are missing. Fine. We are a big group, it happens. 3rd wave comes and they are seemingly trying to land the plane with us, finalizing anything that may have been missed while also getting refills. One of my friends that was a part of that first wave was still waiting his burger that he ordered (he had informed them twice at this point). 45 mins later the waiter checks on us again... My friend still doesn't have his burger. Cool AGAIN this is a big group... It happens. My side of the table who got all their food are ready to play some games now. We go to the front counter and there is seemingly a good cop/bad cop routine going on. One host says we can rent a station the other says we can't unless all 16 of go to that station. I told him not everyone wants to play games so what if we just cash out now then the 4 of us that do can just play/sit at the station. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT ITS AGAINST THE POLICIES" O....kay... whatever don't take my money, I then tell him I'd like to cash out anyway. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" I can't pay you now? "THE TAB CAN ONLY BE SPLIT 5 WAYS" Huh? So not only was this not brought to our attention beforehand but you want to be a jerk about it? There reason was because some people run out on the bill and things get missed. Meanwhile the entire table is sitting here with their cards out ready to pay you? Not to mention if something is missed thats on YOU as you are the person entering the stuff into the system. Mind you we still have folks that were missing food or order was taken only for it to be sitting under a heat lamp. After some back and forth we paid (which they REFUSED to give us an itemized receipt) only for a smug waiter to come out with the missing deserts with creepy smile to literally say to us "I hope you enjoy it..." Nope. Not eating that. Matter fact we will never eat here again. This has been a yearly tradition for some Dreamhack attendees and I can wholeheartedly say that I'll NEVER step foot in here again more will anyone I associate with. If I could give it a 0 I would.

I would also like to give a special shoutout to our favorite waitress, Ashley. She has always been amazing, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. Her friendly personality and excellent service are a big reason why we continue to return, and we always ask for her whenever we visit. Thank you to the management team and to Ashley for reminding us why we've remained loyal customers for so many years.

I love the atmosphere at Marlowe's. The black and white photos always get my attention…read more The food, in my humble opinion, needs improvement. The menu has changed since my last visit. And I had to study it to find something interesting. I asked the server about the Bahn MI, a Vietnamese type sandwich. He recommended it, so I ordered it. When did portions get so small?? Maybe they should get smaller ceramic plates. The sandwiches looked marooned on an island. The flavor was missing something...lime juice Maybe? The side of fruit salad was okay. My husband stayed with his usual; a well done burger. The fries on his plate didn't look good. They looked they had been made in a large batch and served up all day. I'm done with Marlowe's. Maybe it's time to just stay home.

I've owned a restaurant in downtown Roswell I called this place out years ago for switching meat purveyors on the hanger steak and serving a lower grade meat. You know what happened? It got fixed. I came here years ago and had a subpar experience with a bartender who was too post counting her tips to serve me and my date on a Friday. You know what happened? They changed management. This place is what defines top tier. This place is what it means to deliver consistency in the name of public service. I had eaten here 237 times in a single year. I'm telling you: the menu is not driven by margin. It's driven by experience. I've eaten it all. You'll find a packed bar most nights because the regulars love this place. You'll discover bartenders remembering your drinks, servers remembering how you want your steak cooked, and hostesses knowing you prefer the bar. This is a 5 star experience with 3.5 star prices. It's elite in that regard, a date night spot or solo hangout that will never let you down. If Salt ever leaves Woodstock, may the bedrock beneath it burn.

We weren't overly hungry, so we ordered the Louisiana Egg-rolls to start, along with our beers. Thought it would taste a little more spicy like Cajun food, but delicious nonetheless. We shared the Southern burger - lettuce, pickles, candied bacon & pimento cheese. Yum!! They were nice enough to split our order on two plates beforehand. Food was very good & we enjoyed hearing the live music coming from nearby. Service was a little slow, but server was very nice. Can't go wrong eating here!!
