Sitting outside....why wouldn't you want to go here?!?!!

We were promptly seated and LOVED the retro theme!! The drinks were cold, the service was spot on....what more could you ask for?!?!!? Felt line a cool old midwestern town bar, with above average food. Love the vibe and the Cuban and tots, which we split (more than enough for 2 people) was AMAZING! Especially the pulled pork, which they do in house. Definitely a place to go and watch a game or do what we did and just have a very enjoyable afternoon!!! Cheers!

Service was 10/10. Only one server and some bus boys for the entire restaurant and they did great for an NFC Championship game day. The guys liked their burgers, although on the expensive side. The Cesar wrap was dry and had too many croutons. The sweet potato fries are much better than they look. The additional covered patio that they've added is heated and cozy! Two TV's for viewing games.

The only question I have: How do I get the Campus Lounge back to Chicago?! Thanks to our hosts Miranda and Jessica, we enjoyed a fine meal--good God, that was a fabulous burger!--and excellent brandy Old Fashioneds. Our super comfortable booth echoed the rest of the CL's mid-century vibe.

Solid brunch and bar food! Plenty of tv's and bar space. Also kid and family friendly with a few arcade games. We sat at the bar and service was great! Loved the orange juice to champagne ratio for the mimosas ;) also loved the poutine!

Went here for some late night drinks after dinner. The vibe was cool and definitely nicer than your average sports bar. I ordered a Negroni and the bartender said she makes it with Hendricks so I said fine. Turns out using Hendricks doubled the price of three drink. It was a pretty good Negroni though and better than I would expect at a dive bar. However totally not worth the price of $20 if I can get one for less than that at a great cocktail bar. The whiskey and berries cocktail was also good but the blueberry syrup made it have a slight medicinal flavor. Really clean place and overall would go back. Service was also quick.

My sisters were visiting from out of town and we came to campus lounge to see Magoo the bluegrass band play. Service was excellent! Even though we had one starter meal and a soda, our server was the nicest and took great care of us. IG: @merimusubae

I've driven and walked by Campus Lounge for serval years and tonight decided to give it a try. I consider it a little above a dive bar with decent food. Service is good and waiter was very attentive. We tried the fried chicken sandwich. The coating was light and crispy, and the mayo was the perfect amount with the iceberg lettuce. The Cubano was packed with slow cooked pulled pork that was tender. The sandwich needed more mustard to add the tangy flavor. It could have used more pickles to add some crunch. The bread had an odd taste, so I just ate everything on the inside. I would go back again when there's a game on TV.

    Cheers!

The wine list is well curated, and the cocktail program is thoughtful and interesting. The ambiance is clean, open, bright, and generally inviting - the service matches the quality of food and decor. Everything is as it should be; it is just perhaps not as good as some of its counterparts, Cherry Creek, and for that reason, it excels at having tables open when I have failed to plan properly and need a reservation. I do eat here fairly often, and I can't quite tell you why it is not a 5*, but it's not quite there for me.

From the customer service and environment to the food and whiskey selection, I'm always impressed at how high quality of a long standing institution this is in Denver. On my most recent trip, a bar fight broke out, but our waiter James handled this with ease... even though he got punched in the face. We tipped him well. Food is always fantastic. Get the prime rib alongside a draft beer. We also ordered Tacos and Loaded Potato Skins as appetizers. I'd love to sit at the bar next time to dig into their whiskey selection!

I have been coming here since I was a kid and back then the place was packed with orange T-shirts and full of smoke. Fans would wield Bloody Mary's and cheer on the Broncos with Craig Morton at the helm. Now it is more refined and smoke free, but still a great place to enjoy sports. The classic Eggs Benedict has always been my favorite and what I get just about every time. You can't go wrong! In my younger days I would toss back a couple bloody Mary's but times change and now I mostly get Corvus Cold Brew, both drinks are solid choices. If you haven't been here you need to visit. We started with the Thai meatballs. I am not a Thai food fan but my wife loved them. The pretzel bread was also very good, soft and warm. My wife and I both had the filet cooked medium rare. We both said the same thing, they are heavy handed with the seasoning. She actually had a few bites she didn't eat because of it. I also found the steak to be a bit dry. The golden mashed potatoes were good as was the baked potatoe. We ended with the caramel cheesecake, which was easily the best thing about the dinner. It was pretty good but I think I would try a few other steak houses in the area before returning.

The Yelp rating being 3 stars already feels like a warning sign, and after going, I understand why. Parking in Cherry Creek is already inconvenient and you have to pay to park, so the experience needs to justify the effort. I went in for brunch by myself, was there maybe 40 minutes, and the bill came out to over $120 after tip. For one person. For brunch. That is ABSURD. The biggest issue was the drink pricing. I asked for a classic Aperol Spritz. Their menu shows a "free spirited" spritz option for $12 with a $3 upcharge to make it a cocktail, so I expected something in that general range. Instead, I was charged $15.50 each plus an additional $3 Prosecco upcharge, making each spritz $18.50. I ordered two, so that was $37 just for two basic brunch cocktails. That pricing was not clearly explained beforehand. When I asked about it after the check came, nothing was fixed. It was basically treated like "it is what it is." The food was fine, but nothing memorable or special enough to justify the price. Cheesesteak egg rolls and short rib benedict should not turn into a $90.72 bill before a real tip, especially when the overall experience was just average. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the service was okay, but "okay" service and decent food do not justify these prices. Between the parking, the unclear drink charges, and the overall poor value, I would not come back. EVER. The restaurant was also surprisingly empty on a Saturday afternoon, and honestly, now it makes sense. This is exactly why people are eating out less, drinking less at restaurants, and choosing to cook at home instead.
