Good morning unfortunately there are no parking lots on the strip. It's all street parking.

No. I believe it was a state wide order that bottomless aren't allowed anymore.

Is it kid friendly?

Absolutely. As long as your kid understands that not every place they go to is a playground. I brought my 4 year old and she did just fine.

The tables, vibe, personnel etc. are all wonderful. Everything about it is really great, except... As they are quick to point out, to the extreme of even having almost a "doorman" at the door to let you know before even entering: There's no grapes in this place, nor any wines made from grapes. It's all made from flowers and nectar. This company didn't invent this technique, but while they seem to do a good job at it, the wines, and I tried three different ones, just aren't my thing. The best one was a peach flavored one being served in a hot beverage on a chilly evening, which was nice, but had a lot of sugar in it, more of a hot toddy. Glasses of "straight up" wine on a subsequent visit just didn't do it for me. Bottom line, if you've got an open mind, definitely try this place. I'm glad I did, and again, it's a great place to meet up and relax, with a great atmosphere. Maybe the wines will appeal to you more than they did to me.

This marked my second visit to this spot. Initially, drawn in by the delightful mimosas during my first visit, I couldn't resist a return. Seated in the enchanting back garden, parasols sheltered us from the sun, and fans kept pesky flies at bay. The team's warm hospitality and engaging conversations enhanced the experience. Ordering via the app did test our patience, resulting in a delay for our food. However, the manager (or so we presumed) graciously presented a mimosa kit as a gesture, a thoughtful touch that we appreciated. Once the dishes arrived, the breakfast platter and brunch nachos lived up to expectations, earning praise from my guests, with one declaring it the best meal in San Antonio. The food here is good the endless Mimosa cost the same price with a meal includded at Marie Callenders & thats my First reason why I say Marie Callenders is better. A true San Antonio gem! I can't believe I lived in San Antonio for six years before visiting Candlelight. Great ambiance, yummy (and very affordable) food and free wi-fi. Go for brunch and sit outside if the weather allows. It's absolutely perfect! And you can't beat the $10 bottomless mimosas. The spinach chicken salad is DIVINE and I'm a chicken salad snob. Trust me! On my last visit, they rang up the wrong order. They replaced it with the correct one, refunded me the difference and didn't charge me for my sangria. WIN! What a great place. It has such a history behind it. The building is apparently almost 100 yrs. old. It has a charm and character about it, reminds me of a coffeehouse in San Francisco.The staff is awesome. The food is excellent. The brunch line was long but the wait was very worth it. I had the privilege of meeting the owner. She is very attentive to her customers. She has such a servants heart and she leads her team well. Kiana is great. She made sure we were doing good.
