I had booked my appointment online, which requires a CC to book because if you don't come to the appointment or do not cancel within a certain time you get charged. Which I totally understand! I booked a 6pm appointment the same day. Luckily I checked my email before I left my house (I get so much spam it's hard to stay on track), but they just randomly cancelled my appointment out of the blue. First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible. Not to mention the girl on the phone who told me this was so rude, saying I was lying and it was all my fault. I will have to try to find a new wax space because this is truly terrible customer service. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I have gotten very good waxes in the past

I canceled the other place and changed my uber route to there. I literally had my luggage with me so I was a little embarrassed but I needed this done immediately lol. I came in and it was the cutest decor upon entrance and everyone was friendly. I was greeted by Rose and she was nice. She looked and said " I'll do your stomach", um they don't do that in St. Louis at all. She also knew I shaved and mentioned the reason and what happens when you shave. I told her it was a life or death reason I shaved( out the country and no where to get waxed ). Rose was nice and sweet and fast. I was in and out and I appreciated that most out of everything. The vibes at each Sweet Peach are the same, adorable and covered in peaches! Reviews looked good so I scheduled. I don't know how it is for all the waxers but Jody was a MACHINE. She was so fast I think I was in and out in less 10 minutes. Jody was kind and helpful and talked through everything. I thought it was interesting this salon provides a hot towel at the end for you to wipe yourself down with. It was a nice extra touch. All in all great experience! I would definitely return.
