First off, her adorable grooming salon is located in her own personal she shed and looks and smells amazing when you walk in. She and her assistant only work with your dog(s) at any given time which means your pups do not go into crates while they wait, and they get lots and lots of personal love and attention. I am SO HAPPY that we found Heidi Groom, she is incredibly friendly, treats your dog(s) like they're her own, and takes the time to get to know your pup so they are comfortable and content during their experience. He was the 2nd dog in the door this morning and he should have been finished well before. A glance to the back shows half consumed beverages all over and dog fur from many different colored dogs all over the tables and floor. As if going the day with minimal bathroom breaks and no water (she blamed him for not drinking- my guess is that the water was dirty) wasn't bad enough, our little dog still smells disgusting. Like no shampoo was used or he sat in a dirty kennel all day and picked up a nasty scent. Just not acceptable. For $75 a groom, we will go elsewhere. As it is, I need to find a place tomorrow to bathe him as he reeks.
