My family has been ordering from cannoli kitchen for years as it has always been down the street whether we lived by the west location or this east location and funny enough we recently moved and they are opening one down the street from our new place. Best rigatoni alla vodka I have ever had , easily is better than some of the most highly rated Italian restaurants in boca / the United States... I cant explain it , but it really is. Love their buffalo chicken pizza as well and the fact that they have chocolate Italian ice is the cherry on top. So I've been to this location a couple of times the last 2 times I've had horrible experiences. And will not ever be back or recommend to anyone! The first horrible experience I walk in and I'm not greeted by anyone. there is a couple in front of me going through the menu and haven't ordered yet. After about 6 mins of waiting. Best Pizza by the Slice in Boca! Even Bigger Hearts!!! I was craving a slice this evening so I headed over to Cannoli Kitchen. While there, a homeless woman walked up pushing a shopping cart full of her possessions. She parked it outside and walked through the door. Most businesses would have chased her away at this point. This was not the case at Cannoli Kitchen. The staff warmly greeted her with a slice on the house and sat her at a table as a regular customer. First time, they sent an advertising with an offer which they did not honor. They said that the mailed coupon/offer was sent in error. Today, the pizza was cold and the quality was not the same. On a busy Saturday afternoon, I waltzed in with a friend and we ordered a large pizza with pepperoni only (their single slices looked really creative and interesting, but I've never tried them... so I stuck to something familiar!) I was impressed with the size of the pizza - it was MASSIVE. The slices alone are daunting, but worth the battle. The crust on the pizza is delicious - it wasn't too thick or hard to chew on; the cheese they use is great. After putting the remaining slices away into a protective box, I tried one of their cannoli's. Okay, stop right here. You need to have a cannoli - maybe mine was just incredible, but goodness... I could get really fat eating those. (I need one now, honestly!) I took away one star for the prices on drinks ($1.25 for a bottle of water - no option for tap water with ice in a cup) and lack of restrooms... you can run over to Subway and use theirs, though. She said she could not deliver to my address after 15 minutes on hold, I tried to explain that they have delivered to me before. They also offer an extensive amount of Italian dishes, salads and of course, cannoli' for dessert. 3rd Star - Service: Although they do not offer waitstaff (you order and then find seating), they bring everything out to you and even pace you if you order desserts. The staff was friendly and attentive. 4th Star - Quality of Pizza: As a born and raised New Yorker I can tell you their pizza is heavenly.
