I came here mainly for the cannoli. Obviously, because it's called cannoli kitchen! it was late night and they were definitely closing. How do I know? People were mopping and we were avoiding the wet areas! With that being said, I was trying my best not to step on the wet floor. The person who was mopping was so nice and wasn't pushy about us standing around, even offered for us to sit during closing hours. I really liked how these cannolis are made to order like they should be. The chocolate was nice and crunchy and the size of the chocolate chips were perfect. I like the pistachios the best. The cannoli was nice and lights, not too sweets and the overall shell was light and crispy. I give four stars even though I just got the cannolis. The service was great and I appreciate businesses that don't push late customers out. read more

I went to the location on Federal highway and I was highly impressed their cannolis were absolutely delicious and nicely stuffed. I went to the Palmetto and powerline location and they have disgusting cannolis I commend you guys for upholding great quality and service clearly the other franchises could take a couple pointers from you guys. I decided to check this place out, because I've heard a lot of good things, and I was thoroughly pleased. My fiancé and I went for lunch last weekend and not only were the pizzas delicious, but we ordered some cannolis for our desert (because if the place is named after them, they must be good) and they were AMAZING to say the least. The folks there were very nice and on top of that the inside was so clean ad welcoming. 10/10 would recommend for a fun lunch spot or if you just really like pizza and/or cannolis. read more

Second time my takeout order was messed up (4 missing cannolis from my Uber eats order on 12/6/19!) and my brownie and baklava were stale and inedible - check your records - this review is legit. Brownie was dry as a bone (same Uber eats order). These aren't cheap desserts either - but don't bother ordering them because you won't be able to choke them down. 2 stars because the pizza was pretty good. Not amazing (the sauce tastes too sugary for my liking) but I DO like how they cook the crust nice and crisp. So I'm giving two stars for that. But to sell totally inedible desserts is unconscionable. Leaving desserts out entirely (twice!) is just incompetence. Avoid. read more

This is a decent pizza place. They have a large variety of slices. All premade by the slice or you can order a whole pie if you are so inclined. I personally prefer the baked ziti pizza and the plain pizza. There are so many choices it does make it hard to decide. The crust is generally thin which I prefer. They also have subs and salads and other things. They even have frozen slices to take for later. Not bad. About three miles north on Federal is Renzo's. I prefer it, however, Cannoli Kitchen is good. read more

Hours are wrong on the google maps...it says Friday - Saturday closed at 12:00am and when I called to place an order the lady on the phone was pretty rude and says they closed at 10:00pm on Saturday.....? maybe try to be more polite and update the hours so customers are not calling when you are "closing" .... read more

We got together with our friends for an evening trying out the food at Cannoli Kitchen which did not disappoint us. Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and sausage, spaghetti, ziti, garlic rolls, and salad. Everything was delicious, fresh and the staff was very accommodating. Keeping an eye on us making sure we had everything we needed. We ordered Cannoli's for dessert which we split 2 between us, just enough to top off the meal. We even had to go boxes for the unfinished meal as we were stuffed. What an awesome time enjoying the great food, excellent service and our wonderful friends. I bought 5 large cannolis to go and tasted them as soon as I got home. The shells were stale and soft. I called the manager and asked her if she could replace them or refund them since I still had the 4 and half cannolis left, but she refused to. She told me it was "impossible" that they were stale and claimed that I must've put them in the fridge. This was about half an hour after I had just bought them. Even after explaining this, she kept saying that it wasn't their fault and that it was impossible. Horrible customer service! Why would I lie about a cannoli being stale? Cannoli kitchen. I love your pizza, I order the BBQ chicken pizza at least once a week. But I got it delivered this time instead of picking it up and the pizza was great, but I also ordered a side of French fries.... please stop serving them in a styrofoam container. I live 10 minutes away and when they got here, they were literally wet, soggy, and I couldn't eat them. It was gross. When you put them in that styrofoam after they are burning hot, the steam gets trapped in there and ruins them. I will attach a picture to show just how I gently picked up one of the fries and it fell apart into mush. Please fix this. Thanks. read more

I've never had the chocolate cannolis but they were delicious. They still taste good the next day if you put them in the freezer. The cannolis that I'm used to eat is mostly at chain restaurant. I know this is a chain restaurant but the one on Federal HWY and 20th Street is really good. Management cares about the quality of the food they put out. I can't eat dairy so there isn't much I can get there but their pizza sauce is flavorful enough that I don't miss the cheese. read more

Not a bad spot if you're in the mood for fast italian meaning, the food is premade earlier and thrown in the oven for you. We had a Chicken, Tomato, & Mozzarella Stromboli, Lasagna, and an order of Mini Cannolis. The food is good here but could use the kicking up a notch or two. I thought that the Lasagna was alright but a bit heavy on the mozzarella. My gf practically inhaled the Stromboli, and while I thought the Cannolis were decent, I like Cannolis better when there isn't so many damn chocolate chips on them, I prefer the pistachio garnish. I thought the Lasagna was a bit pricey.. 12.95 for a slice plus 2 little garlic rolls is a bit much, about 3 bucks too much. While visiting Boca, we ordered the family bundle for delivery. We had heard great things about Cannoli kitchen but had not ordered before. Not only was this a great deal (a medium pizza which really is the size of a large, wings, garlic knots, and 4 mini cannolis for just under $20) but it was delicious. We added the kale salad which was a fresh mixture of greens, tear drop peppers, sunflower seeds, etc. The wings (medium) were spicy, meaty, and well cooked. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the sauce was very good. And, everyone of course loved the cannolis. This is my new delivery go to when I am in town. A great find! read more

Ordered delivery for the 1st time on 4/10, after our neighbourhood received flyers the day before. Ordered 2 family pacs with pizza wings and cannolis. Total $45.00 Unfortunately the food was very very good, but our wings were missing celery, ok no big deal, but our 4 cannolis were also missing! We told the driver and he said he would return with them. After 45 minutes I called back, inquiring when they would arrive, the very rude young lady informed me if we wanted them we would have to drive to pick them up, we are in Delray! She also felt the need to inform me they we are in the middle of a pandemic and I have 5 lines on hold! So sorry cannoli kitchen you're food is very good but your customer service truly lacks! We have been eating here for as long as they have been there. The pizza and wings are decent and my only negative comment is customer service from Kaitlyn. I did take out and when I picked up our 3 separate orders I asked if the salad was there and she pointed to a bag. As she walked away I asked about the garlic rolls and she barked "everything is there". We can all agree that we do take out orders from a variety of places to get home and realize we are missing an item. I could also have used assistance to bring it to my car but nope, not Kaitlyn.
