We have visited several times and always impressed until today. We stopped in Saturday around 1pm and asked for the two slice specialty pizza lunch special. They declined as not available on weekends. So kids come out to car with menu and notice the ridiculous pricing for a regular pizza to share. Scan across the street, literally, and see Blaze Pizza. The disappointing no to our lunch special request, as well as a reheated large cheese pizza a couple weeks back, just left a bad taste in our mouth. So guess who lost a sale today ?? And kids really liked the competitors pizza as much, if not more. So we will likely use Cannoli Kitchen less now. Customer service has to be more inviting when so much competition exists in the pizza game. Would have never looked elsewhere had the owner been a little more accommodating here. read more

I've lived here all my life and have loved this place. Lately it has really sucked. I don't know if it's new management but today I got a pizza with the cheese on top and the toppings underneath. The cheese was hardly cooked and of course just fell right off. Who the f sends out a pizza looking like this? Their garlic rolls are super dry even if made fresh, so I'm not sure what they're changing over there but if it ain't broke don't fix it. Deserts as well have become increasingly less fresh and questionable. Being busy and messing up every once in awhile is always forgiven on my end but not if I'm waiting on the hold line for an hour without any communication/answer with another human. I find it incredibly sleazy. Like I said, I'm a local and have come here since a teenager. I won't order again from here on out. Terrible customer service now. read more

We got a coupon in the mail today $25.99 for 2 large 18" cheese pizzas, a dozen garlic rolls and 4 cannolis... best deal ever!! Their large pizzas are huge, very cheesy and delicious! The garlic rolls were fresh and tasty... and to end a good meal the right way..., the cannolis! They were outstanding! Crunchy and literally filled with pieces of heaven!! Loved them! I really liked everything, I enjoyed a very good dinner. This was a delivery order and we got it super fast, plus the delivery guy was very nice and friendly! Recommended!! We go here from time to time. The chicken stromboli is really good and baked fresh to order. The marinara dipping sauce on the side is what elevates each bite a few notches. Pizza is good too. Everyone seemed friendly and helpful. We love the cannoli! Light, creamy filling and not too sweet with perfectly sized chocolate chips clinging to the filling at each end. I wish they had these in Texas! I was traveling for work in WPB and their food was catered in for lunch one of the days. I was able to try a variety of items from the menu. The arugula gorgonzola salad was fantastic! I always order salads like this when I have a chance and I was impressed to see it as an option at a pizza place. I also had the penne ala vodka and a variety of pizza slices. I love the "fancy" options they have like the eggplant special and Philly cheesesteak. And yes... I have ordered from this establishment a few times in the past and the orders were fine. I decided to trust them with a $70.+ catering order. BIG MISTAKE!! I had guests at my house and wings (Italian style) were delivered on time (6pm). I opened tray on my table the wings were BURNT and dried out. Rather disgusting! I was so upset! My guests said don't worry about it. I did have plenty of other food. A few people had some of the wings. I tried them they really were gross! And I have had them before but they were never like this!! At the end of the night I threw almost a whole tray out. I called Cannoli kitchen on Sunday, asked to speak to manager and was told no manager available. I left a message and was told manager would probably call me sometime on Sunday. No call so I called again on Monday. Again told no manager available. The employee actually had the nerve to tell me I should've called when I had the problem! (In the middle of my party) This business is a joke and I feel if they are going to serve garbage, they should have a manager available to deal with all the unhappy customers! read more

Stopped in here on the recommendation of a friend I love the theory of getting these giant slices of pizza that are pre-cooked and displayed for the choosing then thrown back in the oven until the cheese and toppings are heated through. They had more than a dozen exotic pizza choices from plain cheese to penne ala vodka, something called a grandma, and several more creative pies rarely seen anywhere else. Unfortunately the service was a little disorganized and the ordering protocol was a bit confusing being there seemed to be no order or direction from the staff. The pizza was delicious so it was definitely worth trying them out. If you're on the go theres a freezer at the entrance filled with individually slices in cryovac packaging to reheat when you get home this seemed to be a popular option. So if you like New York style pizza that you can fold in half you'll probably love this place. There are bottles of garlic, pepper flakes and freeze dried cheese on the tables and can or bottle drinks in the cooler. The crust and pizza dough was cooked perfect a little crisp which is how I like my pizza, good quality pepperoni and cheese, sauce was not sour at all it tasted like authentic Italian sauce. Growing up in an Italian family we are big on cannolis and the ones here were sour, it's like they forgot to add sugar to the filling and the shell was soggy which is a big no no. if your going to name your business "cannoli kitchen" they really should be good. We were ROBBED!!! It's terrible what they are charging for their pizzas they make with the cheapest skimpiest ingredients I've seen on a pizza in this area. The sauce was sporadicly spreaded over the dough. There was more empty spots of dough than sauced spots. The cheese is thinly sliced circles to make it look like a lot of cheese which it's not once you pull it apart and see the thin layer of dough. This pizza tasted like doughy flour. You can't taste the sauce or the cheese. The only reasoned we ordered from here is because Umbertos is closed for renovations. Avoid this place if your looking for a real pizza. Domino's is better than this place. Never mind the missing topping on our pizza which was listed on the menu description. It wasn't worth calling them because we will never eat here again. This is awful pizza even by South Florida standards and sets the bar at a new low. Either the cheese is not real cheese, a blend of cheese and some crap or the cheapest cheese product available. It is truly lousy cheese and it sets the tone for the pizza and all of the beyond awful food offered at Cannoli Kitchen. As bad as the regular pie was, the Sicilian was worse. It's not really Sicilian but just white bread with low quality toppings placed on top. And low quality is the hallmark of the Cannoli Kitchen with everything from heroes to pasta dishes made on the cheap. I think Cannoli Kitchen benefitted from a visible Federal Highway location and a cutesy name but their food is beyond lousy. read more

Great value, we got the family bundle #3 - a large cheese pizza, wings, and either 4 cannolis or a 2 liter. We added a topping to half the pizza and 2 drinks and our total was still only $37.
