I have three small children under the age of 5, and they weren't sleeping because of the heat on our home... I called and called every HVAC company in the area and, because it was going into the weekend, the soonest anyone could come to check on our AC was Tuesday or Wednesday, which wasn't going to work... I kept cling throughout the weekend and, finally, I was able to find Cano! I spoke with Javier and he said he could come out on Monday at 5 p.m., it was Sunday evening when I contacted him. On Monday, I received a knock on my door at 2.30 p.m. and it was Javier!!! He came even earlier than he had quoted! He went right to work on diagnosing our AC problem and within 15 minutes he had it diagnosed, he even texted me pictures of the part, I had work and had to leave before he could do the repair, but my mom was home, and it was fixed!!!! I noticed my AC had started leaking from the secondary drain line on the side of the house and also noticed a pin hole leaks in the roof of my kids bathroom. I immediately knew who to call because last year Javier came out to service my AC and was so professional and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He sent out Junior and from the start, Junior was professional and even arrived earlier than my scheduled time. Junior cleared the clog that was in my primary drain and noticed my levels on my unit were low so he charged my system back up and now the house is nice and cool.
