Amaaaaazing breakfast! The pancakes will blow you away and they have all kinds of flavors! The banana nut is very tasty. I always get the classic breakfast meals and they are also delicious. Me and my husband like to come here to get breakfast. But when we came in to put our name down we were greeted by a disgusting stare by a girl named "Kailey" it was 04/11/21. She rolled her eyes and spoke like we were a bother. We asked for the bar and she said okay with a rude attitude. Then 25 minutes later the buzzer goes off, we come in to sit at the bar. Other people who came in behind us were already sat at the bar. Claimed she "forgot" where we asked to sit... Once again with a disrespectful tone. We left and haven't came back since. Sad day! Today was our fifth time visiting the cafe (and that says something as we live about 30 miles away); we have always been very happy. Today, not so much... Music was very loud when we were seated, the host basically pointed to an empty table, and our server seemed to be having a bad day. When I asked for a spoon to stir my coffee, I got a second utensil pack, with a soup spoon. When I asked a my eggs placed on my hash browns, he said he would try, sort of as if it was a bother. Thankfully, a few minutes later the music volume was lowered, our server seemed to recover, and his attitude improved. Then came the food. My wife loved hers. Our coffee was great, as was the OJ. My eggs and hash browns were perfect. Unfortunately, I'd asked for the smoked ham slice. It arrived looking a little overdark, and was incredibly salty. I don't get it! Really good scratch made breakfast. The wife and I shared a cinnamon bun, which was served with warm. I had the 2-pancake short stack with 2 eggs and bacon. Pancakes were light and fluffy. My wife had the Douglas and really enjoyed it as well. Highly recommend and we will be back. read more

This is the first review I have ever done on yelp. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My wife and I ate here around 8 this morning. As most new mothers are, my wife was a little scatter brained this morning. Having a seven month old is taxing. She accidentally locked the keys in the trunk and because of the type of car we have it's been hell to get back on the road. The staff was gracious with us in offering coffee, water and the use of their phone multiple times to help us in our time of need. 3 hours later and they were still offering assistance. 5 stars for going above and beyond and just being decent. good, cute little breakfast place. i love that there's so many options to pick from! though makes it hard to pick. i tried out lunch, my chicken sandwich had coleslaw, bbq sauce and pineapple on it. so delicious! the fries are so crispy and good too! i would deff recommend trying the 4$ cinnamon roll, it was sooooo good!! so much icing and cinnamon. prices were good, service is alright. i'd try it out again for breakfast, for sure. read more

I've been here a few times and it is my new favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Mandarin! The team is friendly & efficient. The food is always fresh and prepared exactly as ordered. Even on a busy Saturday morning, the service is quick and the food is delicious. The best thing is the value. It is not over-priced at all! It's an awesome environment for a date or for families. They don't have a kids menu on paper but if you ask they do have meal options for the little ones. You can sit at the diner bar or at a table. If you haven't tried it yet, you really should! My first impression was great. We showed up close to closing time and were greeted warmly and shown to a table. The place was crowded with families and couples and the noise level was a bit high but tolerable. Hubby ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and really enjoyed it. He said the meat was of good quality and the onions were cooked which he liked. I had chicken salad which was good. My only complaint was that the fries, although tasty, were not hot. Decided to try this new spot out! Typical Breakfast/Brunch spot! So many options to choose from. Vegan, vegetarian, and Gluten Free options which is nice!! We started with a Cinnamon Bun. It was amazing. One was perfect to share. My husband ordered the corned beef and hash, and I had the monte Cristo sandwich. Everything was very good. One thing would be less time with the corn beef on the grill, it was burnt. Otherwise everything was good! Will be back to try more stuff! read more

Went on a Saturday morning looking for a different option other than Firstwatch which is my tried and true breakfast place and have been following this place since it opened so we decided to take the drive out to see what it was about. Service was sub par after a pretty lengthy wait and realizing the dining space is pretty small. Skip forward to receiving our food which looked great but the pancakes tasted like they put a pound of sugar in the batter. I stayed away from their listed pancake option from fear that they would be too sweet and turns out it's not just the toppings... it's the pancake itself. Bacon was ok but the hash browns were so greasy it was like they used a whole stick of butter to cook them and sprayed some Pam on them!! Avoid take out here! We were very disappointed with the take out food provided to us here. We ordered the Italian avocado toast and there were three thin/tiny slices of avocado on each piece of practically untoasted bread. First of all, it's AVOCADO toast and therefore the main ingredient should be avocado and there was BARELY any of it. Second, the avocado was supposed to be "smashed", it wasn't. We had to smash what we were given and was barely able to cover only one piece of the bread, which is not worth $12! There also wasn't any bagel seasoning included either that was supposed to be there. Next, the Bagel & Lox was supposed to come with CHIVE cream cheese, we received regular cream cheese in a packet so we had deconstruct and recreate the entire sandwich just to get the cream cheese on the bagel. It was also supposed to come with pickled red onion and capers and we didn't get any of that. The Monte Cristo was wet, soggy and tasted terrible and came with zero powdered sugar. Finally, we also ordered the Churro Waffle that came wet and soggy bc it was soaked in caramel sauce and did not include the cinnamon sugar crust or whipped cream. We did not enjoy our breakfast at all and were highly disappointed!! read more

For a florida franchise there is nothing really Florida about it. I've mostly had the breakfast foods which were good but had several friends say the chicken was dry in the sandwiches and salads. The service is a bit spotty. I have had good service and I've had times that I was served the wrong item or walked out because no one came by to take our order or get drinks. Then the food was not hot and looked like a slice of American cheese on our eggs we had the skillet eggs and a veggie omelet.
