Great sandwiches and wraps! I had the chicken salad on sourdough with the soup combo (delicious tomato basil). Generous portion, and "clean", delicious flavor - just the right amount of mayo for the palate. I like dark beers, and Bridgette (the server) suggested one that was a perfect complement to my sandwich. My wife had what she described as the best reuben sandwich of her life! Bridgette explained that it was due to their making it with pastrami rather than corned beef. My wife offered me a bite: MELTED IN MY MOUTH! My daughter, who likes health food, got the veggie wrap. Delicious and huge - she couldn't finish it! Excellent food and service, adorable setting, with a variation of tables and booths. Don't miss it when you're in Blue Ridge!

The waitress and wait staff were very friendly and polite to us as we entered the restaurant. The restaurant is decorated with great lighting and comfortable seating arrangements from bar area, booths and 4 seat tables. They display their daily specials on a colorful chalk board that is very easy to use. We ordered the daily soup and other great sandwiches which were delivered quickly to our table. Great job Cantaberry, keep up the great job.

We came here on November 2023 for late lunch. It was a a Tuesday so they closed at 4:00 pm. They are known for their soups one of them is chicken and wild rice and it was delicious. Creamy with lots of shredded chicken. You can get it by the bowl or the cup and also get it to go. I had The tomato bisque and it was excellent with chunks of tomato. Came with crackers. Small cafe style restaurant with inside and outside seating. Small bar. A full sandwich and a cup of soup was running around $13.50. I had the Reuben with Swiss cheese and sauerkraut. My sister had the turkey cheese melt with sourdough. The bread was excellent but she said that the turkey slice deli turkey nothing special but there was a lot of it.! Looks like they had an area for fresh desserts and they also had a bar that served liquor and beer and wine. Great little spot for a quick easy meal. Loved it.

"This place is not good! We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food just for it to be cold and dry. the waitress did not pay attention to our order the only good thing about this restaurant is that the chips are ok. I do NOT recommend this restaurant." The review above was written by my niece...but she's not wrong. It took about 45 mins for us to get a table for 11, and they ended up seating us all at separate tables anyways. Two of the tables were high tops, and the stairs leading down to the restaurant are pretty steep, so I recommend anyone with physical ailments to use the back entrance on Robert's Way and to request a low top table. The menu feels pretty limited, with sandwiches, salads and soups as the only options. The menu on Yelp has burgers on it, but they're not on the lunch menu. The kids menu consisted of pb&j, grilled cheese, and turkey sandwiches. The kids got pb&j, grilled cheese with added bacon and tomato soup, and I got the veggie wrap. The menu just listed chip flavors and I was hoping for homemade, but what I got was bagged chips. They honestly were the best part of everyone's meal. We were sat around 1pm and we received our food at 2:20pm. All we got were sandwiches. It really wasted hours of our day, since we were waiting since noon and didn't leave till about 3pm. We would've been better off getting sliced bread and sandwich meat from the grocery store and having a picnic somewhere. The most disappointing part was that all the 'warm' sandwiches were ice cold. The bread was dry and not even toasted. If you're going to wait that long, it better be good, and unfortunately it was not. I read Jordan C.'s review, a fellow Orlando Yelp Elite, and I wish I had listened. We don't often give bad reviews, but this just wasn't worth the time or the money. The server took our orders and then disappeared for the rest of the meal. We had to go to the register to pay so we could get out of there and get on with our day. If you're visiting with a big group like we were, this is not the place to go for lunch.

This is our favorite place to stop in for lunch when in the area. Their soups are amazing and we were so sad they ran out of the one we wanted when we went this last time, but their other food options never disappoint. Soups are ever changing but the chicken and rice one I've had a few times and it's amazing. Sandwiches? Say no more! I love a good sandwich it's simple but always seems to hit the spot. We got the honey club and the Turkey bacon avocado. The club was delicious and the perfect amount of cheesy. The Turkey bacon avocado was my fiancé's and he devoured it but informed it was great. As a side I got the apple pecan spinach salad with the raspberry vinaigrette and it was amazing. The vinaigrette was one of the best I've had in awhile and it was just the right balance of sweet and tangy. 10/10 would recommend (obviously we keep coming back so we must like it!)

Stopped here for lunch. Many places to eat on this street but this one looked inviting from the outside. Super cute lunch place. Lots of sandwiches and soups and other traditional things like hamburgers and chicken. We had a nice visit with great service and the cost was reasonable. I recommend this place for all you travelers!

The cafe looks charming on the outside, but on the inside, it's a clutter of things that shouldn't be in a restaurant. It was a mix of an antique/retail/restaurant storefront and not at all appealing. It took a minute for the hostess to notice we were even there since she was knitting while we stood at the 'wait to be seated' sign. I don't know what happened, maybe it was because it was the holiday season, but we came in on a day they had their soup of the day, as Butternut Squash. The 'soup' was chunky, not creamy, and tasted pretty bad. I had two bites and couldn't go on. We were not to thrilled with the experience.

Excellent and delicious, homemade goodness! The Wild Rice Chicken soup was melt in your mouth lusciousness. Spinach salad with three dressings. And under $30. Folks, you can't ask for much more.

The atmosphere was upscale without feeling stiff special enough for a celebration, yet warm and comfortable for the entire family. Our waitress, Kayla, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and helped make the evening feel genuinely special. It felt like she was using some of that Georgia southern charm! Every course impressed us. From the starter to the entrées, everything was prepared beautifully and full of flavor. We even ordered dessert, which we almost never do, and it was worth every bite. The best way I can describe the food is big-city quality meets Georgia country comfort and hospitality. Our kids loved it, my wife loved it, and I loved it. We consider ourselves serious food people, and The Black Sheep easily earned five stars from our entire family. Lol So in honor of an old time building I just had to order the Old Time Fashion. A never had before Bacon Old Fashion. Bacon and bourbon just had to be good right? Well it was amazing. Elijah Craig Bourbon, Barrel Smoked Maple Syrup, Rosemary & Orange with a strip of Candied Bacon! The appitizer was a huge table hit. Shrimp and crawfish fritters. Covered in cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese with fire roasted poblano peppers, corn salsa, remoulade and green onions. Holy cow. My main I went with the server recommendation of Lobster Ravioli with scallops and shrimp in a black garlic champagne cream sauce. All of this was finished off with some fresh Parmesan cheese over the top. It pays to listen what is recommended. It was fantastic. Exceptional service throughout the meal with charming interaction made the whole experience fabulous. This is going down as a must try when you visit Blue Ridge GA.

My child wouldn't touch their food so I tried a bite - immediately had to rinse my mouth out. Something is off with the oil or ingredients they're using. They did take it off the bill but we sat there forever waiting for someone to even come check on us. My sticky ribs were sauce wise but really fatty and cheap quality. The biggest issue arose when I went to pay my $19.04 bill, the "20% tip" on the machine came out to $5.61. I pointed it out to the server right there and he acted confused and played dumb, which was frustrating. The custom tip button wasn't even working so I couldn't fix it myself, and with my kid losing it I just had to pay and go. It wasn't until I did the math in the car that I realized just how off it really was -- that's almost 29.5%, not 20%. This left me with a really yucky feeling. Just double check the math on that tip screen before you pay. I have a feeling this has caught a lot of people without them realizing it. Needless to say, I won't be returning here.
